This modern light filled 2 bedroom with open plan living area offers spectacular ever changing views down the valley and across the sea to Kangaroo Island. The house stands alone on 2.5 acres.

Secluded and private country property with 'walled' secret garden, native and exotic trees. Generous living area with polished wooden floors throughout, a cook's kitchen and floor to ceiling glass doors. The main bedroom opens onto the deck with the garden beyond and the stars above.

Enjoy the outdoor shower (hot water!), under the sun or stars (yes, there is also a shower in the bathroom).

Watch the wildlife - native birds, kangaroos, maybe an echidna and a family of hares through the floor to ceiling picture window.

Visit the beautiful Raywood Nursery growing and selling exotic and native plants 5mins away on Tappanappa Rd, with a 1000yr old Grass tree (Xanthorrhoea sp.) growing next to the carpark! Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Thai or Korean takeaway 5mins drive down the hill.

We have a dam on the property, which may or may not have water, so parents with young children will need to supervise them at all times.

Dogs welcome (but not on the furniture, please) at an additional charge.

Being off-grid, the reverse cycle heating can only be operated for limited hours or not at all in winter, depending on the forecast. The woodfire is the main heat source.
