Le Petit Suite is a private secluded 500 square foot cottage nestled among 100 year old oak trees. There is a large private driveway, secluded deck out back, adirondack chairs, umbrella, BBQ grill and fire pit. The interior boasts a king size bed, cable TV, Wifi, central air and heat, love seat and dinette, giving you everything you'll need for your stay in "Mt. Adorable". Continental breakfast and coffee provided in the cottage as well as a welcome bottle of wine. Mini frig, microwave, toaster, air fryer and 4 burner electric cooktop in kitchen. Owners live on sight.

This was our second stay at this property and it won't be our last! The neighborhood is lovely, as is the cottage, and you will never see a better appointed vacation rental! It is about 8 blocks to walk to the main downtown or you can arrange for the local Golf Cart service to pick you up if you don't want to drive. There are a couple of restaurants in the neighborhood only a couple of blocks away that we enjoyed. We also enjoyed the small private "courtyard" area with a nice fire as well. Thanks to Sherre & Ron for the wonderful hospitality!

This is our second stay at Le Petite Suite and it is honestly one of absolute favorite places to stay. Sherre and Ron are perfect hosts and the place is wonderful from top to bottom. All the amenities and extras a host can think of they provide for the most comfortable stay one can have. Bed is so comfy, decor is lovely (especially at the holidays when we go), snacks and wine, chocolates to munch on, a wonderfully comfortable and clean bathroom, with all the little extras in case you forget anything. The town is such a treat and the cottage is so close to the downtown area you can walk everywhere. All in all just a lovely experience and we plan to come back forever! :)

This cottage was homey, welcoming, cute, and equipped with everything you could need or might have forgotten. The owners were very accommodating and they made you feel comfortable right from the start. They even made sure our dog was welcomed with food and water dish awaiting. The Mt Dora area and downtown looked interesting, we definitely want to return to enjoy this magical cottage.

I periodically find it necessary to take ‘stay-cations’ to recuperate from the physical effects of my exceedingly busy, stressful schedule. In the past, my attempts to escape these demands have resulted in me staying in hotels where the ‘typical’ hotel environment – even in very nice ones - usually just added to my stress because the environments felt sterile and unwelcoming to me and I couldn’t wait to get back home.
From my initial, personable and welcoming communication with the hosts to my departure, my stay here felt like a welcoming embrace and a complete feeling of ‘home’. Tastefully well-appointed and fully equipped with any and everything one could need while away from home, this lovely cottage afforded me an extremely comfortable and cozy place in which to hibernate and rest. I never left the cottage. I spent time with my thoughts, took peaceful naps, read, and watched old movies – all things for which there is little or no time to do at home.
I’m sure that Mt. Dora is very nice and I look forward to returning and strolling through its streets one day, but all that I needed this weekend, I found right here in Le Petit Suite. I thank Sherre and Ron for sharing this sweet treasure with me. I’m sure that I’ll be back.

Our stay at Le Petit Suite was exceptional. This lovely little cottage is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Mount Dora. Our hosts welcomed us and made us feel "at home". We didn't want for anything. The soothing music coming from the vintage radio when we arrived, our nights spent on the deck reflecting on our day while enjoying a glass of wine, was magnificent. We hope to go back soon.

Le Petit Suite was was charming, inviting and much more than we expected. Mt Dora is a quaint “Mayberryish” town. But I’m sure the best kept secret there is this special little cottage. Sherre and Ron were terrific hosts and some of the kindest and most caring folks we’ve ever met. The cottage was equipped with everything your heart desires. We want to go back for another stay and spend more time exploring Mt Dora

If I could give more that 5 stars I would. Ron and Sherre were so warm and welcoming! The cottage itself was amazing! It was so cozy and inviting. We stayed in the fall and it was decorated for the season which was a really nice touch. If I come back to Mt Dora I will definitely stay here again.

This is a very well appointed and cozy little suite. The bed is very comfortable and the accommodations, overall, are excellent... extremely clean. The neighborhood is quiet yet positioned close to the downtown. We walked to the Streatery just up the block for a couple of meals, which were delicious and great service. Our hosts were very accommodating, willing to help with any questions, and yet did not crowd us at all. We highly recommend this property.
Three gems we discovered while in Mt. Dora: the boardwalk along the lakeshore, an early paddle on the Lake Dora Canal with Katrina of Adventure Outdoor Paddle in Tavares, just 5 miles away, and a spectacular dinner at Goblin Market in downtown.
We loved Mt. Dora and the Petite Suite.

Our anniversary getaway was made even better at Petite Suite at Mount Adorable ! This fantastic little cottage has EVERYTHING one could possibly need! Our hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay comfortable, and made this cottage incredibly cozy. Our dog was welcomed as well! A quaint little backyard deck was perfect for relaxing outdoors, and we plan to make this stay a yearly event! Thank you Sherre and Ron for being exceptional hosts- we have stayed at many VRBO houses and you are the BEST.

From the cleanliness to how well Sherre anticipated every aspect of what guests need, this was by far the best vacation rental that we've ever experienced.
The rental itself is super cute, has dedicated parking, and the furnishings are well laid out. It's also in an amazing location within walking distance to the best parts of the Mount Dora area.
Their home is also in a really nice neighborhood where we were able to walk our two dogs without issue of too much traffic.
If forever in the area again visiting we will without a doubt stay again in this fantastic rental!

This vacation cottage was perfect. It has everything you need for a great stay. The owners have thought of everything, and they really do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.
Mt. Dora has plenty to do for a long weekend. We enjoyed walking through the town and checking out the shops, going on boat tour of the Dora Canal, walking along the boardwalk at a park near the lake, and eating out at the local restaurants. Doing all of this and having such a nice place to return to made this the perfect long weekend.
I highly recommend this rental! We will be back.

Fantastic accommodations and wonderful hosts! This was one of the best VRBOs that we have ever stayed at. Le Petit Suite was impeccably clean, spacious and had all the amenities of home. Ron and Sherre thought of every detail when setting up Le Petit Suite. Location was ideal with an easy walk into town to all the restaurants, shops, parks and sights. Ron and Sherre were very gracious, warm and friendly hosts that treated us like old friends and were very responsive and accommodating. Le Petit Suite is such a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mount Dora! The cottage is quaint, private and immaculate.
