About this house rental
Nestled in Indian River, this lovely house for $185 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to our Paradise Getaway! Experience tranquility on .58 acres of land with a fenced backyard! Located in Vero Beach, within a short driving distance to the ocean and beaches, dining, shopping, and family friendly activities. Spend time outside near the relaxing pool or large outdoor area. The house has a king bed master suite with cable, a queen with smart TV, and another queen spare bedroom. Full kitchen perfect for the cooking enthusiast. AC is equipped with an Active Pure Air Scrubber destroying 99% of all surface and airborne contaminants. Guests agree to the following prior to booking: -Cats are not allowed due to health hazards to the home owner. -$100 per pet will need to be paid before check-in info and house access is granted. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. -Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws. -Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. -Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard. -House trained dog/no cats. -Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans. -Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings. -Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence -No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well. -No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes. -Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping. -Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets. -Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly. -Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately. -Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee. -Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation. The home was very comfortable, good location, and many thoughtful things provided for guests such as a few coffee pods, enough soap for a couple of loads of laundry, the appliances all worked well, the wifi was super fast Xfinity, loved the sunporch, pool and yard, etc. I've stayed at a lot of rentals and this one covered all the bases and I didnt have any complaints or issues. :) Will definately be renting there again..

We've rented through VRBO several times, and this was the most personal touch we've felt over any other rental. The property has a homey feel to it, was extremely well appointed with kitchen place settings, appliances, just everything was head and shoulders above any other rental we've ever had. It's was wonderful.
And the manager, Eddie Nero, was amazing! Helpful right down to the tiniest detail, he went above and beyond, ensuring our vacation was just perfect. He's definitely a keeper! Don't lose him!!!

Sometimes you just need to get away. Relax and just breathe. This home was like my home away from home. You know what I mean. A house that feels like “your” home. This house had EVERYTHING!! If you forgot something, not to worry. They had it and more. Everyone was so nice, great communication, and if you had a questioned. ANSWERED. Location was 15-20 minutes from anything you would need. I will definitely go back next year. Thank you guys soooo much!!!

The property was in a very nice cozy, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely rent again. Any questions we had were answered. The house had a couple of binders and one was full of ideas which was very helpful.

Yes, yes, yes! As a family of 4 traveling with a small dog, this is an excellent family property to be! Communication from property managers and owners, to the cleanliness & thoughtfulness throughout the whole house & location were key! Truly a home away from home! The pool was absolutely a fun, refreshing & relaxing place to be. The grill came in handy when we were ready to cook burgers and grill fish from the local fish market. Our dog was super happy as she got to run around the very large fenced in yard too! We are very grateful for our experience in this beautiful Vero Beach home.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean and had all the amenities as listed to make it easy to start our vacation right away. The location was very convenient and close to everything - shops, beach and the baseball stadium. Eddie Nero was easy to work with and was very responsive via text to any questions I had.

We were pleased to stay at this property for almost a month. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool and lanai were perfect. The pool was heated to a temperature well suited for children and adults alike. Lots of pool and beach toys and even a beach wagon in the garage. Directions for the use of various aspects of the property were clearly and strategically posted. Great laundry facilities. The home contained all of the amenities listed on the web page and all were in good working order. Eddie, the property manager, was incredibly responsive. Access and checkout were easy, with very clear instructions. We recommend staying at this property without qualification, and hope to do so again in the future.

This was our second year at the property. It was just as clean as the year prior, with every single thing we could need to live for a month. Our pet quickly feels at home with the massive fenced yard, and having a couch cover is wonderful, so I don't have to bring along my own. Thanks again for having us, Skip and Gail. This property was great! Very quiet on a dead end street, the house was lovely and very clean. There was a large fenced yard which our dog loved. The swimming pool and outdoor fire pit added to the fun! Also a great location, close to the beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great experience staying at this home. The location was wonderful- quiet neighborhood, but a quick drive to anything you might need. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to any questions and/or requests that we had. They have thought of everything - including so many wonderful toys for our one year old daughter to play with, a high chair, and a pack n play! Very family friendly. Loved the pool. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Vero!

Vero-Nice
Travel day we received timely texts and updated information from our management group. All the directions and access codes worked properly. The property was better than expected. I was impressed when I booked on-line. Once we actually got there we realized the pictures were 100% accurate. The property is beautiful. Landscaping and gardens abundent.The home is very well decorated and the beach vibe was evident everywhere.
We were in Vero for a wedding at the Rustica...What a setting. Beautiful location and quite the venue. Our rental property location was excellent. Smack dab in the middle of everything and places we wanted to visit. Sandridge Golf resort literally out the back door distance wise. Excellent for early rounds and plenty of day left to enjoy the fabulous pool at the house.
The pool....perfectly heated and clean as a whistle. Every pool toy or float imaginable provided by homeowner. Every bedroom was clean and well stocked with linens and extra blankets. Many games, books and children's toys available to keep everyone busy regardless of age.
My wife loves cooking so we were quite pleased to find not only a well equipped kitchen but also many spices, oils, coffee etc. to make you feel right at home. We enjoyed a good old fashion Italian Sunday dinner with about 10 family and friends.
Coincidently, my daughter also did a VRBO rental across town in Sebastian and her manager happened to be Eddie Nero as well. Just another well run property with all the amenities...Go Figure.
If visiting this area of Florida in the future there is no doubt who I will be calling first to find our VRBO home away from home.
