Located in Vanderbilt Beach, this lovely condo for $154 per night is a great option for your next break. ROMANTIC ESCAPE! BOUTIQUE BEACH CONDO WITH ROOFTOP POOL. This METICULOUSLY CLEAN condo is on the top floor with gorgeous views of Vanderbilt Bay and only one block to Vanderbilt Beach. We are mom and pop owners who manage and maintain the condos we offer to vacationers looking for a fun and carefree getaway. (Note: Many of our vacationers are repeat customers and book directly with us. VRBO does not post private-party reviews. Please see earlier reviews for a true feel of the vacation experience we offer.) This romantic, cozy and eclectic turnkey condo has it all whether you want to take it slow and easy basking at the beach with provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels or relax up at the rooftop pool or take romantic walks along a sunset beach. (Note: THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES has begun major construction in the area. There are no obstructions to driving/parking, or access to beach. Construction noise is Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM. Discount in pricing reflects construction. Please call owner Bernice at 505 459-5007 for construction updates, availability and discounts.) Enjoy your comfy Lanai overlooking the bay as you sip coffee, tea or Martini, or relax in the living room watching the 50 inch TV. Condo features boudoir-like alcove bedroom with 27 inch TV and queen size platform bed over 4 large drawers and separate chest of drawers. Wi-fi and cable are included. Washer and dryer are in unit. The kitchen has first-class appliances, dishwasher, disposal and granite countertops.. Walk to the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort, the Turtle Club or the Lighthouse Restaurant for their famous Grouper Reuben sandwich. One mile close is The Mercato with world class restaurants, clubs, fine shopping, a luxury state of the art movie theater and outdoor concerts and fairs. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Publix are all nearby. You will love my condo and the attention to detail. Owners are available 24/7 and take pride in giving vacationers personal care and attention. Great location, very clean & comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed and very convenient to Vanderbilt Beach. Bernice & Steven were great to work with! We will definitely rent there again!

The view from the lanai is an inlet (bay, lagoon?) and the beach is an easy walk, less than a block away.
The owners, Bernice and Steven are terrific!
Welcoming, yet unobtrusive, they live right across the street from the condo, and although we barely saw them, it was nice to know they were there.
Just a text away, Bernice was always handy with suggestions of what to do in the area, and even a sweet good morning text now and then!
We would certainly recommend this condo for a couple looking for some time away on beautiful white sand beaches (or rooftop swimming pool 😉).

The condo that my husband and I rented at Vanderbilt Beach in Naples was exactly as pictured on VRBO, very clean, nice amenities, lovely view from the lanai and easy walking distance to beautiful Vanderbilt beach. Our hosts Bernice and Steven were very nice and always available, but our short vacation was great and we had no problems at all.

The place was fully equipped including even a dishwasher, washer and dryer which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely accommodating and located nearby for any questions or help that we required. The location is excellent and its convenience to the beach is great. In addition there is a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Our Anniversary Trip
We were looking forward to finally getting away after a tough year. We were so happy with our condo! The building has only 2 stories with a pool on the roof! The pool was warm with brillant views. The beach is a short walk and they provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We had our morning coffee with the view of the lagoon. We are looking forward to our next stay here. The owners live across the street and are so nice and helpful.

The rooftop pool is amazing! The location is safe, the owners are so helpful and friendly, they gave recommendations for the area which was great. The unit had everything one would need...towels, beach chairs, WiFi, appliances, etc. The only drawback is the unit is not a true 1BR, it has an alcove (so no bedroom door). I would absolutely return to this property, the owners do a great job ensuring you have everything you need.

BOOK IT NOW! This place exceeded every expectation we had! First off, they were extremely accommodating for us. We got such a warm welcome and got such great recommendations for the area. The place itself was super clean and had a lanai porch overlooking the water which was so beautiful and relaxing. The property is only a 3 minute walk away which you just cannot beat for the price! The beach itself is clean, calm, and has an incredible view of the sunset. There are a few places right within walking distance to eat with is awesome and you are just a short drive away from MANY other stores and restaurants. The pool deck was also incredible - there was a CLEAN pool and hot tub overlooking the water. Plus, it was never too busy! You are a short drive over to some of the other local beaches like Naples Beach and Lowdermilk Park (You are provided a parking space too!)

If you’re looking for a clean no frills eclectically furnished efficiency style apartment in a great location 10 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach with helpful hosts and a super comfy leather reclining loveseat, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for an apartment with up to date stylish designer furnishings, you’d be better off at the Ritz across the street.

Beautiful and relaxing stay!
Bernice and Steve are great hosts!! Very attentive and checked in with us several times to be sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. The condo is very upscale and cozy and the balcony is where we spent each morning and evening. Very nice area of Naples with many walking trails. We will be back for sure!!!!

Perfect getaway
Had an awesome week at Bernice’s condo. It was a perfect location to the beach (less than 5 minute walk), had a great view from the balcony, and was a short drive away from just about any type of restaurant you’d want to go to and a lot of other hot spots in Naples. It’s such a romantic location on the beach at sunset that I proposed to my girlfriend on this trip! Will definitely be back next time I’m looking for a beach getaway!

Bernice and Steven are terrific hosts who are attentive and caring. The location is quite remarkable. The condo is clean,the living area roomy and comfortable; kitchen and eating area beautiful as well as functional! Our only preference would be a larger bedroom as it is somewhat small, however there is plenty of storage space. Overall a great spot.

This property is excellent! Very clean and great hosts! After picking up a few groceries we actually didn’t get back in the car again before we checked out....walked to beach, restaurants, live entertainment and rooftop pool a real plus! Definitely recommend!
