Situated in Rio Grande, this attractive villa for $465 per night is a great option for your next trip. DO WHAT YOU LOVE...LOVE WHAT YOU DO... In need of some rest and relaxation? Come down and enjoy the ocean view and the pleasant and warm tropical Caribbean breeze. Only 23 miles east from the San Juan International airport. This Mediterranean style villa is located inside the tropical grounds of the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar beach resort hotel and spa. With over 2,000 sq. ft. of cozy and comfortable decoration, this two story villa is ideal for family and friends that are looking forward to soaking up and enjoying the warm Caribbean sun and two miles of sandy warm blue water beach. You can walk to the beach or use the complimentary 2016 golf cart to access the hotel, casino, restaurants, pubs or the clusters beach club pool. You’ll experience a beautiful hill top view of two world class 18 hole Golf courses, the Atlantic Ocean and the “El Yunque” rain forest. Located on the lower floor with central air conditioning, you’ll enjoy the spacious living room with a beautiful view of the ocean and the resort greens. The kitchen is well equipped with all brand new needed utensils and basic necessities including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove and fridge. The dining table has space for (6) with brand new dinnerware. Also located on this floor is the breathtaking balcony view and a full bathroom. The upper floor has three (3) air conditioned bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests along with two (2) bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The Master bedroom and bathroom also has beautiful view of the northern coast to the rain forest. You can use the villa pool or go down to the beach and use the beach pool after a nice swim in the ocean. You can enjoy all this by having a nice walking stroll to the beach or use of the golf cart. There are also plenty of other activities minutes away from the resort such as “El Yunque” rain forest full of rivers and trails for hiking or biking, “Hacienda Carabali” for horseback, four tracks and go-cart riding. There are Bio-luminescent bay night kayaks trips, catamaran sailing, deep sea fishing, fresh catch of the day seafood restaurants and shopping. So come over and enjoy a piece of paradise.

Property was exactly as described. 6 of us stayed here and had plenty of space. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect. The air conditioning worked very well, the property was well stocked, clean and the host was very responsive and friendly. Golf cart was convenient and fun!

We loved this villa. So spacious, comfortable, a great location and spectacular view. The Villa was immaculate and included everything you could possibly need. We loved the use of the golf cart! It looks exactly like the pictures, if not better in person. We will return!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time here! We are only a family if 4, so there was room to spare, but my kids enjoyed having their own rooms. The resort property was dead- most days we had the beach to ourselves or shared with one other family. The food/drink stand at the pool was closed the entire time, but there was a smoothie truck that we took advantage of on Friday. We spent a lot of time adventuring off the property and this rental location was a great home base for us.

Access to the private beach and beach pool made for several excellent days playing in the sand and water in a clean and uncrowded beach. The surrounding area is beautifully landscaped and being so close to the rainforest made for plenty adventure opportunities. The house is spacious, comfortable and has been well maintained. This villa was exactly what we needed. 6 of us stayed for 4 nights. Plenty of room for all of us plus plenty of towels and dishes. The views, golf, beach and pools were wonderful!

The property is very nice. It’s well equipped with beach chairs and even a cooler. Lots of towels too and fully air conditioned. The area is beautiful and access to the pool and beaches was great. We had a great time and def recommend it.

I went with a group of 10 friends and we had a great experience. Three full bathrooms are amazing to have when you have so many people. The place was clean and beautiful, with a short golfcart ride to a semiprivate beach. It is close to el yunque and outdoorsy activities, and a 30min drive to San Juan. We found almost everything might needed in the condo such as cutlery, cooking utensils, board games, a speaker, cooler, and water guns. Riding around the Wyndham with the golfcart was an incredibly fun way to get some amazing views. Property manager was always available, friendly, and attentive. Overall a great stay!

The property was better than I imagined. It was beautiful! Everything we needed was right there. Location was close to the rain forest and Loquillo Beach. We did not rent a car but had an easy time arranging transportation through the resort. We found a driver that took us everywhere we wanted to go.
The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating. Checking in and out was very easy. He contacted us to make sure we were ok.
The beach was very clean. It wasn’t overly crowded. The resort provides lounge chairs and umbrellas to relax on the beach. They have showers conveniently located outside the beach entrance to rinse off the sand.
The food and bar was conveniently located to the beach. I will say we were told from Friday at 4PM - Sunday at 4PM two of the beach restaurants/bars are not supposed to serve guests from the Villas. They only serve guests from the resort. They were kind enough to serve us if we took our food and drinks to go.
My family and I enjoyed the stay. We plan on visiting again and will definitely book with this host again. The property was better than the pictures show!

This house is decorated beautifully for you to enjoy every piece of your stay. The beach is located a little far from the house, your should expect to have a nice decent walk to the water, however, the view compensates everything, and you have the car helper where you can accommodate up to 4 ppl. Everything here is pleasant. I have nothing negative to say. I would suggest to add a play pen maybe for next time

We only stayed for 3 nights but Overall we had a wonderful stay with an absolutely gorgeous view. Bonus was being able to use the golf cart to cruise around the resort. It was so much fun driving the golf cart and exploring the beach and golf course. Would love to come back one day.,

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the decor was very homey. The property manager was easy to get in contact with also. The golf cart is a necessity! No other way around the grounds unless you rent a car.

Beautiful villa!! The villa had all the amenities one needs for a stay at Rio Mar. Even though, a problem occurred with the golf cart before our arrival he had previously coordinated for us to have one available. Excellent host!

This was the best rental property I've stayed at. The host contacted us ahead of time with all the check in procedures and made it super easy. He called a few hours after we checked in and suggested places to visit, told us about the area, and asked if we had any questions. Incredibly helpful. The place itself was spotless and had literally everything we could need, especially in the kitchen (we were two families so we wanted to cook instead of eat out all the time). Blender coffee maker, pots, pans, shakers, utensils - literally everything. The rooms were large and comfortable with nice pillows, blanks, linens, and towels. Internet was great, TV worked well (Roku, I think) and there was a balcony where you could sit with a great view over the golf course all the way to the ocean. They had a golf cart for getting around the resort area (restaurants by the main hotel area), and there was a pool for the complex about a 4 minute walk that has individual reservations because of covid (kids loved that!!). The location is phenomenal - 10 minutes from Luquillo Beach and the kioskos (must see), 10 minutes from El Yunque (rainforest), and about 30-45 from Old San Juan. Whenever I get back to Puerto Rico, I'll be hoping this rental is available again.
