Situated in Marco Island, this lovely house for $495 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to our fully furnished and spacious Marco Island home! Our kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate you and your family. Entertaining is easy with the open floor plan and large screened lanai with private heated pool. Decorated with lovely furnishings and four flat screen televisions, our home can be your home. We are minutes from the beautiful Marco beaches, shops, restaurants, and not to forget, the ice cream parlor! Relax at the pool or on the dock and enjoy the water view. Our home has a master suite with king size bed, walk-through his and her showers, and separate bathtub. Second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. The den has a desk and a built-in Murphy bed, so our home can easily accommodate a large family or many friends. We have six bicycles and several fishing poles, as well as beach chairs and gear, all available to help make your stay enjoyable! (Please note that the bicycles and fishing poles are very popular with our guests. We strive to always have them in working order, but we cannot guarantee they always will be.) (Please know that our home accommodates up to a MAXIMUM of 10 persons. This includes all children.) **Please know that you will be asked to supply your home address to the owner to finalize a reservation. (VRBO now requires the owners to ask the guests directly for this information.)

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 9 including 2 infants. It was very spacious with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen! The pool and lanai were awesome and we spent the majority of time there swimming, playing cards and hanging out. We loved having the beach chairs, toys, tent and umbrellas for the beach plus all of the beach towels that were provided! The house went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you for sharing it with us! We would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I spent the week with my two sons and their families. The house was perfect. The pool was much better than expected and was used by the kids and adults every day. The outdoor patio was also used for most meals and lots of card playing.

The house and pool were amazing!! So many extras with the house that made our trip absolutely wonderful. Communication with the host was great and she was very quick to respond to my pre-trip questions. Check in was short and sweet and check out was a breeze. We left extra beach things for the next family to enjoy. Publix and Winn Dixie were only about 5 minutes away by car as well as Alvin’s souvenir shop (which we spent way too much time at). Thank you for letting us borrow your beautiful home.

We can’t say enough about how amazing this property is. We spent a week over Christmas and enjoy everything. Lots of room for a big family and had everything we needed to celebrate the holidays ( even a Christmas Tree). Would recommend to everyone!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. House is well stocked and in a great location. If you need absolute privacy, this may not be the property for you as the main areas have floor to ceiling windows with no blinds or curtains, so your neighbors can see in the house. Internet was hit or miss. Overall, would definitely recommend.

The place was nice, not the cleanest. Location was great...5-10 minutes from everything. The house supplied plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and plenty of bicycles. The neighborhood was beautiful. The dock was large and we sat on it in late afternoons because pool area got shady(which was nice after a long day on the beach). The one bedroom was extremely noisy if you had the dishwasher or laundry going. We all did enjoy our stay on Marco Island but because of all the HIGH fees it was extremely expensive. Dawn the Owner was extremely helpful with quick responses to all my questions...much appreciated. The best part of our trip was seeing Manatees and Dolphins at the beach almost daily. One bad thing was that the internet went out twice while we were there.

A wonderful stay for our family which included 9 people ages 1 through 66! The pool was amazing, the neighborhood was beautiful, and the house was so comfortable and lovely! Overall, this home was great to stay in for our family. Having the pool screened in was also a treat right on the canal. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to various venues! The service team was very responsive when we ran out of propane in the gas grill. Overall a very good experience for the family!

Family had a great time swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock and biking around the island. House was just what we needed. Only minor issue was only 2 baths for our 9 people. Overall, one of the best vacations with family.

This house was perfect for our group of 8 plus a 2 year old. We spent the week here celebrating my parents' 50th anniversary and my dad's 70th birthday. The house had everything we needed, including a crib for the 2 year old. It was well stocked with bath and beach towels as well as pool toys and items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) We didn't use the bikes because it was too hot, but those would have been really fun. We loved the pool and used it everyday. It was a gathering place for the whole family. My 14 year old twins appreciated the fact that there was murphy bed in the office so they had their own rooms (we intended for them to use the room with two twin beds). Everything was clean and in good order. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on Marco Island.
