Situated in Manhattan Beach, this attractive condo for $103 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Due to Coronavirus we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize with the utmost care! Our cleaners will be wearing masks and gloves for cleaning and using products with bleach to sanitize all surfaces. We will also be washing and drying all linens on the hottest settings. We will provide cleaning wipes and for guest use. Ok on to the good stuff... Chic and comfortable bests describes this wonderful Manhattan Beach duplex, located in the sand section of Manhattan Beach. Once you are here there is no reason to get in your car, everything you need to enjoy your stay is a short walk away - restaurants, shops, surf rentals, health & beauty facilities and the beautiful beach just outside your door! Newly renovated and furnished with all the modern amenities, this unit accommodates sleeping for up to 3 people. (2 adults 1 child under 15) 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Living room and dining area, outdoor patio & dining area, fully stocked kitchen (no food of course). Bedroom is adorned with beautiful bedding, TV's, AC, Ceiling fan, mirrored closet and storage for your stuff The outdoor patio has a table with plenty of seating, an easy to use BBQ with propane tank. No parking spot is provided for the unit, but there is free street parking within blocks and metered parking out front that is free 8 pm to 8 am. Washer and dryer (shared), High Speed 5G Wifi, Cable and Streaming Services included. Beach gear (beach towels, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas etc.) and cleaning supplies are all provided. All you need is your toothbrush! We had a great week staying in Mahattan Beach. The place was clean, had great modern updates and very easy access to the beach, shopping and dining. A fantastic stay. We would definitely go back again!!

Loved this property. Only a few blocks from the beach and close to Two Guns coffee which became my go-to. Also Wild Cafe is really good too. Stacey and Aida were great and made check-in easy. Good for 1-2 people; everything was well-appointed and the bedroom was quiet. Highly recommend!

We needed a place for my husband to quarantine after a trip away. The apartment is just as advertised and Stacey is an amazing host! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a prime location (so close to great restaurants and the water) with phenomenal hosts.

The unit is small but works perfectly for a girls weekend enjoying the beach and all the shops and restaurants close by and within walking distance. Very clean unit with nice bedding and plenty of towels and beach gear to use. Hosts were so nice to work with. Would do this again in a heartbeat!

I had a great time at this location. The apartment is tiny but has all the amenities needed. It was super clean and the bed was very comfy. Stacey is an awesome host and super chill. Thanks for letting me stay at your property.
