Randy at the front desk was very helpful. The area is quiet and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel also stored our luggage after checkout which was very helpful.
Everything was great. We didn't end up using the pool but it did look a little smaller than in the photos.

Close to Manhatten beach, very safe upmarket area with lovely pier and eating options. Still about 40mins to get to Hollywood/Universal etc. We booked a 2 queen plus sofa bed and got a duplex with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms and separate living room with sofa bed and kitchen. It was huge!
Breakfast could run later than 9am. Parking charges 25 dollars. The retainer of $500 was steep.

It was mostly clean sheets were nice. The spot was nice.The only little downside is that we are downstairs.And the people above us were stomping
They took an excessive amount of money when I paid for this hotel and my holding fee that was $1000, which was very excessive for them to hold. They took more money than they said they would. So I feel scammed out of my money. Also I had to deal with the people above us constantly stomping on the floor probably because they had kids which made things worse, but yeah, I would probably not come back because I don't wanna get scammed again.
