About this house rental
Located in Cary, this lovely house for $122 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our cottage is in beautiful downtown Cary with easy access to restaurants, shops, cultural center, theater, parks and much more. It is a one bedroom, one bath (1-4 guests), cottage with large kitchen, living area, deck, and convenient at-the-door parking (the upstairs is used by the owners for storage). It is a bright, open floor plan with 10 foot ceilings. Kitchen is well designed with modern appliances. This is a detached home (864 square feet on lower level) in a safe, quiet, and private compound that includes two other homes. Owner lives on premises. Conveniences include widescreen TV, Direct TV, Blu-ray DVD player, high-speed internet/WiFi, computer/reading desk, additional pull-out bed, and new washer/dryer. Our cottage is conveniently located and is just a few miles from NCSU Carter-Finley Stadium, NC State Fairgrounds, PNC Arena, RTP, RDU Airport, SAS Institute and is perfect for a work or leisure stay in our town. Linens and towels, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, are furnished. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and features a Keurig coffee maker, a standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, and flatware. It even includes a basic supply of cooking herbs and spices and olive oil. We are close to: Downtown Cary -- 2 blocks The Mayton Inn -- 1 1/2 blocks Cary Arts Center -- 2 blocks Cary Library -- 2 blocks The Matthews House -- 4 blocks Heater Park -- 2 blocks Cary Theater -- 4 blocks Cary Town Center Mall -- 1.5 miles SAS Institute -- 3 miles PNC Arena -- 3.5 miles Carter-Finley Stadium -- 3.5 miles NC State Fairgrounds -- 3.5 miles RDU Airport -- 6.5 miles Downtown Raleigh -- 11 miles (with easy access from the cottage) Downtown Chapel Hill -- 23 miles (easy access from the cottage via I-40

Exactly as stated in description. Owner came over and introduced herself shortly after we moved in. Great customer service as we had a minor problem with the TV. It was handled immediately by owners. Looking forward to coming back.

We loved staying at The Cary Cottage! It was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and is in a great location, easily walkable to downtown Cary. The hosts are responsive and the communication regarding our stay was good.

We came to visit family in the area. The place was very nice and well stocked for our stay. The owner was there to meet us at checkin. Wifi and streaming service for the kids while we were in and the new park just opened down the street. Will definitely come again. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The hosts know what to provide for a very comfortable stay. The cottage is within walking distance to some neat shops and places to eat. We would definitely go back!

Cary Cottage models what a welcoming elegant BnB can be. All of the welcoming touches - especially regarding coffee, snacks, personally created cookbook, cleanliness feel like coming home to a favorite relatives place. In addition the neighborhood’s trees and walkability add to its appeal. Many local restaurants are nearby. ( I recommend Pro’s Epicurean.) Parking is so convenient as well. A Top notchy are place to stay! We hope to return

Located in the heart of downtown Cary, with lots of restaurants and shops close by. The cottage was cozy, clean, and with plenty of room to relax. Very clean property. It was truly home away from home. Very nice owners that was welcoming shortly after we arrived. Very centralized to where all of our activities were around the Raleigh Durham area. Again very clean property and grounds. Definitely will stay again if we return to that area.

The location is perfect for any place in the Triangle including access to Raleigh. The cottage is delightfully decorated and extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated having outside and interior lights on as I arrived after dark. The privacy and safety of the location were outstanding. For one or two nights or an extended stay, the Cary Cottage is excellent.

The cleanest cottage we have ever stayed in!! Beautifully appointed, good coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, bottled water, snacks and a pizza in the freezer just in case. We loved it! Perfect location for us. Had a great dinner in town and a great recommend breakfast spot. Definitely a great space.
