Nestled in Virginia Beach, this attractive house for $407 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The TREE HOUSE sleeps 10. The TREE HOUSE and an open and spacious cozy home is located in peaceful and safe Old Beach community. Our home is a 7 minute walk to the oceanfront and beach, market, Convention Center, Museum of contemporary Art, amusement parks, and more. It is a short driving distance (10 minutes) to the Aquarium and local golfing. The Tree house has two bedrooms with 2 queen size beds in each room with a TV(sleeps 4 in each room). The third bedroom has a king bed and TV and sleeps 2. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a half bath in the living area. There is ample parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles and a huge deck offering outside eating and relaxing space. The home is equipped with all linen and towels, pots and pans and eating utensils, grill and more. Washer and dryer. Beach cruisers, surf boards, beach towels, umbrellas, toys are available locally for rent. Trained animals are welcomed at an additional fee. We go to a different location every year and this year as others was a wonderful experience. Owner had great communication when I had questions and the neighborhood was peaceful. Short walk to the beach and a nice deck to sit and visit in the evenings. Thank you!

Came to visit family who live in VA beach. We have a large family and this was by far the most accommodating. Decor was beautiful and it has all the essentials you need. Large deck and fenced in yard was a huge bonus. Super clean and owner was quick to respond with questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. Everything was as described - clean, plenty of room and light, great internet, and plenty of parking. The house being half a mile off the oceanfront boardwalk meant we didn't have to try to find parking during the Neptune Festival as well! Plus it's within walking distance of the Oceanfront area's many great restaurants as well as a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the very spacious house. The kitchen was well stocked except no toaster. But we used the broiler. We plan to return next year. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your place.

This house was perfect for us! The main floor was open and spacious with a bathroom and a gorgeous deck with plenty of room to eat out on. Each bedroom had large beds, their own bathrooms, and balconies. We didn't see them until we were packing to leave but there were boogie boards we could have borrowed. The house was perfect for my husband and me and my daughter's family (with four kids). We will definitely rent this again. The host answered immediately if text. :)

Family of 7 here, stayed for 6 days. House was just like the pictures and was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a few hiccups during our day but the owner was so quick to fix the issues and was great with communication. The home was very comfortable and the whole family had their own space which made it feel much more home like. We would stay again if we visit Virginia Beach again!

This property was in a quiet cute neighborhood. It is close to a park (Tennis Courts) and a grocery store. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. We had a great time and would book it again if we are in the area.

This property was very unique. The spiral staircase was such a neat touch. The upstairs bedrooms are huge and each has their own bathroom. I love this. This is great for larger groups. The upstairs really did make you feel like you were in a treehouse. I loved listening and watching all the birds. This house was very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The house is in an excellent part of town, a couple of blocks from the ocean, plenty of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Beds in the home are good, the main bedroom bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked, although more silverware would be good. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, clean, and well furnished. It had everything that we needed and then some. Easy check in and out. We'd have preferred an hour later checkout time (11 instead of 10), and window coverings on the glass doors for privacy, but these are just nitpicks, and we'll be back again next year either way. Thank you Tom and Allison for an excellent setup!

We enjoyed the convenience of short strolls to the boardwalk and shops with the kids, neighborhood walks with our two dogs, and being a 10 min walk to Murphy's pub for some adult time! The space in the house suited us perfectly! I savored my coffee on the porch, while the teens enjoyed sleeping in upstairs in their own spaces, and Chewie and Koda stretched their legs in their own fenced in area outside.

We stayed here for four months while our home was being renovated. With a toddler and infant it’s never easy but the house has ample space in the three bedrooms with a central living/kitchen. Thomas and Allison are wonderful hosts and took care of any concerns or issues promptly. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach or nearby parks. We are so happy we found this great home!

Working with Allison from the beginning of our trip to the end of the trip was fantastic! She’s such a quick responder which we appreciated. Her home is very clean and actually well stocked from her and the previous renters. We enjoyed coffee on the oversized deck and enjoyed the short walk to the beach! She provided beach towels and some beach chairs which was appreciated. I loved the skylights to wake us up in the morning and that wasn’t mentioned in the listing so it was quite a nice surprise. The whole beach house treehouse as a comfy vibe to it and really great for a family. My son loved going up and down the spiral staircase. Overall it was a great time and we really appreciated the tree house as a rental!
