The condo was just what we needed for a awesome vacation. We love Carolina Beach and the condo is prefectly placed for a great view and was vey quiet. It was clean and comfortable. We loved having a table on the deck.

This little condo was the perfect size for our small family! We took our 1.5 year old twins and they loved sitting on the front deck and were very happy with how close the beach access was to the condo!

We had a fabulous time at this condo! Super close to the beach, and top floor makes for awesome views! My fiance, daughter, and I enjoyed the balcony the most! Condo has everything that was needed and we would come back!

The condo is in a prime location, literally around the corner from the beach (walking distance). Be aware that when they say they have no linens, they mean it, not even hand towels. The owner had perfect communication. We would stay here again.

This property and location was perfect for our needs. We were able to view the ocean from our balcony, which we enjoyed throughout the day. The kitchen was stocked with all the things needed to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. Matt was very responsive anytime I had a question. Would highly recommend.

This is my second you’re staying here and I enjoy it very much I love the location I love to sit on the patio and look out at the ocean I would like to see additional cable channels added to the television some of our evenings were cold and forced us indoors

This Vrbo included all of the basics and was priced as such. It was close to the beach (although some accesses were closed) which was nice. It did not provide linens but that was communicated prior. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

My husband and really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well-appointed and in a great location; you can enjoy the ocean from the balcony and the beach is a short walk away. The steps up to the condo are a bit of a hike, but we thought it was worth it for the view. The beach directly across the street is inaccessible due to anti-erosion measures, but accessible public access options are only a few blocks away in either direction. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Overall we really liked this condo and location and would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stat. We had an AC issue when first arriving, Matt had a repairman out that night to get it fixed. Was super impressed with how prompt he was! It was clean, we really liked the layout in the bathroom. Getting to the beach was hard with a 4 month old baby due to the rocks on the beach so just be aware of that. I was terrified I would slip & drop her so we just drove down to the beach access at the boardwalk the rest of the trip. Parking is tricky & very tight to get in & out. Also we left some of our stuff in the parking garage just long enough to take 1 load of beach stuff up & when we got back down, some of our stuff had been stolen out of our wagon. Totally not the owners fault (our bad for leaving it unattended) & hopefully it was just a random guest of another condo who won’t be back next time! Other than that our stay was great! Great for a clean & affordable weekend.

The views were wonderful considering it is not an ocean front condo! We felt the rental was as advertised. Our only complaints were major construction happening on the unit below us made it difficult to get up and down the stairs at times. Also, a lot of noise from the work and unfortunately the constant smell of cigarette smoke. No fault with our own unit, but did affect our stay. Still thankful for our time away!
