This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa is located on the 4th floor of Building One in the Villamare Complex on Hilton Head Island. Villamare villas are set up so that you enter the open living area, and the bedrooms are on either side, so everyone can enjoy their privacy. Upon entering the property, you will find a great open foyer with white shiplap walls and a bench seat. There are beautiful wood floors throughout the villa. To the left of the foyer is one guest room that has two queen beds with ocean themed bedspreads, an accent chair, and a 39” mounted TV. This room has a private covered balcony with three chairs and offers spectacular ocean views. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and read a book! The private bathroom has new double granite vanities, a claw foot soaking tub by the window, and an updated stone and tile walk-in shower. The open floor plan allows guests to converse while in the living room, kitchen, dining area or out on the balcony. The updated, fully equipped kitchen has new cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, smooth top range located in the updated island and breakfast bar with seating for five. The kitchen also has a new washer and dryer. The living room has ample seating with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, two coastal themed swivel chairs, one armchair and a 39" TV mounted on the wall. A slider door leads to the balcony with a table with six chairs. The adjacent dining room has a table and six matching chairs with a door leading to the shared balcony with living room. The Master bedroom, off the kitchen/living room, has a king bed with ocean print spread, two high-top chairs, and a 38” TV. The balcony off this bedroom is very large and has two chairs and a small drink table with great ocean views. The master bathroom has new double granite vanities and a large stone/tile walk-in shower with rain showerhead and handheld wand. Off the dining room is the second guest room that has a queen bed and 37” TV. The private bathroom has double granite vanities and a walk-in shower. Complex amenities include a large oceanfront pool with hot tub, children's pool, charcoal grilling area, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center, an abundance of Adirondack chairs on a reading deck, and covered parking with elevators. Villamare is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Beautiful views, spacious, clean, updated place, beach, pool, hot tub and neighborhood all in minutes. Can cook or go out. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. Beach is perfect and not crowded! Huge win for families with toddlers! Love it and will come back many times! We had 9 people and had loads of room!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. The location was perfect and everything was as-advertised. The condo was clean and the views were spectacular. We didn’t realize (until we arrived) that there were three separate patios/decks - all with oceanfront and pool views. We couldn’t be happier with the space and the host property. There was one toilet in the master bathroom that is sitting loose on the floor and would wiggle when we sat on it. And the shower in the master was a little confusing to operate and only seemed to have the rain head that worked. But honestly—very small things in a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this condo and property to all renters - you will not be disappointed. Added the comments about the bathroom really only so management can fix them. One of the best places I have stayed in a very long time!

The property and unit was as described. The communication from the property manager and the check-in process was easy. We even received a phone call letting us know that the unit was cleaned and available for early arrival. We appreciated the beach towels that were available for our use, but could have used a few more than four since the unit sleeps eight people. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved this place! 3 patios and each with a fabulous view of the ocean and sunrise. So close to the beach you can almost touch it. Large well-stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms with great showers, and very comfortable beds and couches.

The condo was decorated nicely with stainless steel appliances. Although the places was cleaned very well, we did have an issue with roaches. Someone below us must have sprayed, and they exited upwards. Also, the refrigerator needs a new filter. The sleeping couch in the living area has seen better days as well. I feel that no one has mentioned these situations because I am sure they would have been corrected. Of course, my family didn’t let these things affect our vacation. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful location. We will definitely come!
