Our home is large enough to accommodate your family or multiple families comfortably. We are offering you a home with over 2,700 sq. feet of living which includes: • Completely furnished home with 2 floors of living space • Main floor includes very large living room with large deck overlooking the water, kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. • Lower level includes living room with walk out to the backyard & water, 1-bedroom, full bath and large laundry room. • Home sleeps 14 comfortably in beds • Rural & private setting to ensure a relaxing vacation • Updated interior to include all the conveniences of home • South facing deck overlooking the water with a patio set and grills • A large grassy front yard along with lawn down by the water's edge for enjoying the sunshine, bonfires and star gazing • Attached 2-car garage with electric opener • 2 Kayaks, 2 Stand-Up Paddle Boards, Peddle Boat and Swim Platform • Open boat house with electrical for your boat • WIFI, YouTubeTV and DVD players on each TV. • We are firm supporters in recycling and have a system set up for your convenience. Trash is picked up twice a week. Our home is fully furnished with everything you may need. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware and utensils you should need including array of pantry staples including spices, olive oil, cooking spray, baking soda/powder, plastic wrap, tin foil, storage containers and much more. We provide 2 full size refrigerators, one with an ice maker. All the beds have fresh laundered sheets and blankets. Bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, toilet paper, tissues and hand soap. We are located 5 miles from Stearns Beach in downtown Ludington and 5 miles from the State Park which is home to the Lake Michigan beach and Hamlin Lake beach along with the dam and walking bridge, numerous running/hiking trails and the popular river to float down. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and do our best to accommodate requests. We will personally meet you when you arrive to welcome you to our lake home along with having fresh baked treats ready for you. Please Note--Our home does not have central air conditioning. We do provide stand fans in each room and the upstairs bedrooms also have window fans Usually, there is a breeze off the lake which cools the home. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and do our best to accommodate requests. We will personally meet you when you arrive to welcome you to our lake home along with having fresh baked treats ready for you. Our rental week during Memorial Day to Labor Day is Saturday to Saturday with a 7-night stay requirement. A deposit will hold your reservation. We require 50% deposit with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We do require a rental agreement to be signed when deposit it made. Marta will forward rental agreement for review and signature via email. In reviewing our calendar, if your dates do not appear available or you have questions, please contact me to discuss. I also have several other homes in the Hamlin Lake area which may be available for your dates or if you need additional space. We do make exceptions for stays shorter during our off-season. We value all our guests! We are personally available at all times to address any issues that may arise or recommendations you may need. Dog Friendly: We are dog friendly to one family dog. We do charge a $150.00 pet fee, $150.00 refundable deposit and a pet agreement must be executed. Please advise Marta at the time you make your reservation if you wish to bring your dog. Prior arrangements are required. No other pets are allowed. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We are not able to rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 24 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Fall Disclaimer: Due to the unforeseen weather conditions after Labor Day, the docks, kayaks, gas grill and lawn/patio furniture will be stored for the winter. If weather permits, we may leave leave these items available for you during your stay. We are a non-smoking home. Please honor our request.
