About this condo rental

Nestled in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $104 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Der Steiermark is ideally located approximately 100 yards from the Peak 9 base area, and only half a block off Main Street on the mountain side. We are right on the Blue River and you access the Riverwalk right out our back door. Our location is very convenient to the Quicksilver ski lift and ice skating at the Village, and all restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. Our favorite Mexican restaurant, MiCasa, is located on our first floor; along with Blue River Sports for all your skiing, boarding and biking rentals. We have internet access, outdoor hot tub, locked heated garage with elevator; and we completed an extensive facade remodel a few years ago. There are nice views from the balcony and we have woodburning fireplaces. My one bedroom loft with one bath has a queen in the downstairs bedroom, and a queen and two twins in the large loft. It is nicely decorated, comfortable and very affordable as you can tell from the rates. Keywords: Condominium

It may not be the newest, largest, or most updated condo in Breck, but I've never found a good condo in such a perfect location for such a great price as this. Unless you're planning on spending your entire vacation sitting around inside a condo, this place can't be beat for the price. Walking distance to all my favorite restaurants, private parking garage, great view from balcony, perfect for what I needed for my vacation.

This a fully stocked condo within walking distance of everything you could want to do in Breckenridge! My husband skied for six days while I shopped, read and looked at the view, and enjoyed every minute. We went to the hot tub in the evenings, and while it is small, it wasn't too crowded to find at least a little open time. If I ever had a question the host was very quick to respond. The kitchen has everything you need!

Fantastic location, especially for skiing and access to down town. Property is a bit out dated and could use TLC/Updates. Overall we were very happy considering location and price. Manager/Owner was very responsive to our needs/requests.

Our choice in rental for our annual visit in celebration of our marriage did not disappoint. We were pleasantly pleased with the lodging and all that it offered. The kitchen was well equipped, firewood available and is clean. The best part is the location!!! This rental is accessible to everything you may want or need by foot. We will definitely be back. If you are looking, stop scrolling and look no further. BOOK THIS PLACE as you will not be disappointed!

I stayed in this property with my son for a week as we hiked several 14ers. The apartment is in a phenomenal location! Right in the heart of Breckenridge and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. The property was very clean and stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen. Don was always quick to respond on a few questions I had before arriving. It was a great stay and I couldn't recommend the property more.

Went to Breckenridge for summer get away. Had a blast and our apt was perfect and convenient to all the activities we had planned. There were two of us with plenty of room to spare. We contacted the manager when checking in and once during stay. He was very responsive and super nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Great experience renting, owner communicated well. Clean, comfortable, beds are good. 10 minute walk to Quicksilver lift, but it means if you meet up with someone they may have a tough time finding close parking since the unit has only one garage spot. We would stay again.

Very easy check in instructions. Excellent location to mountain as well as town. Rentals right downstairs and Mexican restaurant. Fireplace and indoor parking were a plus. Would definitely stay again!

The room was very spacious and had a balcony overlooking Main Street also love the fact of the private garage and you could leave your car here while walking to everything on Main Street not to mention Peak 9 lift was right around the corner so I would highly recommend staying here!!!

This property was cleaned and well maintained. The location was great just across the road from the lift. Lots of wood for the fireplace. Took us a minute to find the parking garage, but otherwise it was great. Beds were super comfy

We were so very happy with the location to both the slopes and town. That was so important for our trip! The covered parking was also a perk, as there was a lot of snow during our trip. The condo, as shown in pictures, is dated, but had everything we needed.
