This unit is a three-story Oceanfront Tri-level with three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath located in Crescent Beach Florida, Four Winds Condominium. Enjoy the huge beautiful beach and this quaint community. The third floor has a master bedroom with king bed overlooking the ocean, a walk-in closet connected to a full bath with tub and shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and shares the master bath. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor. The Four Winds is a 150 unit complex that provides a casual atmosphere in an idyllic setting. You'll have easy parking, access to two pools (heated in winter), a tennis court, a basketball court and shuffleboard. Short boardwalks with your choice of stairs or a ramp provide easy access to the beach. The beach is huge at low tide and has a gentle slope at high tide, making for manageable depths and the occasional slough. You're pretty close to the Matanzas Inlet, Fort Matanzas, and the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive to Marineland, St Augustine, Flagler College, the Amphitheater, outlet malls and more. Surf fish from dawn til dusk, bring your own boat to do some inshore fishing or rent one down the street at Devil's Elbow. For the serious anglers, take a charter from the Conch House for some near shore or offshore deep sea fishing. The area has many great restaurants to choose from, and the grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away if you prefer to cook.
