Situated in Dennis, this attractive house for $511 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. SPACIOUS, IMMACULATE, WATERFRONT, professionally landscaped home in a well kept, quiet neighborhood that overlooks Cedar Pond. Our street backs up to a championship golf course for those who enjoy tee time. A large deck with a grill and patio allows for entertaining and relaxing, or you can drive five minutes to take a lobster roll cruise from Sesuit Harbor. Central A/C, spacious, comfortable areas for a large family or two to spread out comfortably. Master suite includes king sized Sleep Number bed and private bathroom. The house comes with a well equipped kitchen, main level laundry room, outdoor shower, a 2 car over-sized garage with plenty of parking, 3 cable televisions and wifi. A canoe, 2 kayaks, beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, games and books are available for your enjoyment. Don't forget your fishing pole if you'd like to unwind and fish on the pond! The pond is lovely, and there are a variety of seating areas in which to convene, ranging from a lovely deck, to a sunroom, to a large kitchen/family room. The house is well stocked with books, games and toys in case the weather does not cooperate!

We have been going to the Cape during the summer for many years and this is, without a doubt, the best house we have stayed in. The house is beautiful and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We found the house to be very clean and extremely well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen, laundry room and beach chairs etc, (too much to list all). Carol responded to all of our inquiries expeditiously. The beds are very comfortable. The house is large and roomy. The view of the pond is exquisite. What more can I say other than I hope we have the opportunity to stay here on our future visits to the Cape. Thank you Carol for your hospitality!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carol and Nick's home! The house was huge, impeccably clean, and had literally everything we needed! The kids loved having an entire gigantic floor to themselves, and we all enjoyed morning coffees in the sunroom and evening dinners on the deck overlooking the pond. Carol and Nick were incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. This place comes as advertised and I would certainly recommend it to anyone!

We had a fabulous stay at Carol’s house with my family. I don’t think I’ve ever had a host who put as much effort into making their guests feel welcome as she did for us. The true measure of good service always comes when things don’t go to the original plan. This is where she shined! We had something break while we were in the house, and she was on it, and got it repaired immediately. During that process she kept is informed the entire time, and then followed up after to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The house itself is great, we had a full house of 10 guests, and everyone was comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck or in the sun room if it was a bit too hot outside. Dinner’s on the deck every night looking over the pond, and sunsets at the nearby beach. Hopefully we’ll be back!!

This home met all our needs! Family consisted of grandparents, parents and 4 children.Plenty of room for everyone! A great place to relax after the beach!
Carol was easy to contact and was so gracious to respond to our every need or question. We hope we can stay there again the next time we visit beautiful Cape Cod!

Such a great space for a large family. Everything was as expected. A couple things would have made the stay a little more comfortable with better pillows and sheets. I know that I go a little above and beyond with them at my place. It was a great stay and the hosts were exceptional at keeping us informed about the stay.

The ideal house for our family with plenty of space and all the amenities. We shared breakfasts and some dinners on the deck over looking the natural setting of Cedar Pond, quiet relaxation and great fun with our grandkids. Our hosts responded very quickly to all inquiries and thought of every detail to welcome us into their home and make the most of our vacation. The location is ideal for the majority of Cape attractions that we hold dearest yet far away from the bustle of typical Cape traffic. The place to unwind, build memorable times with family and friends and experience the beauty of what the Cape has to offer. This house and hosts deserve the highest recommendation.

We have been vacationing on the Cape for 30+ years, with our family and friends. This is one of the best properties we have ever had the pleasure to rent. It is truly a home! VRBO can be filled with rental properties, but this house was a home shared by our host Carol. Too many amenities to mention them all here - but you feel like you're staying in your own house. Dishes, glasses, kitchen gadgets, comfortable beds, lots of room, outdoor gear - you name it. AND the pond! only down side is you can't swim in it, (too weedy) but my husband fished every day and caught many different kinds of Bass. Loved staying here !!

Excellent location, close to family. Very cozy but not on top of each other. My spouse went fishing every morning on the pond, best part of his vacation. Big hit was the outdoor shower. We enjoyed it tremendously and we would recommend this place for anyone with families. Keep in mind you do need to bring your own linens or rent them.

For us, the great draw was it closeness to Cedar Pond - you can literally throw a pebble from the deck into the pond, it’s that close. The deck and the sunroom next to it have beautiful views of the pond and it was a quiet hideaway from our city life. All you hear are the sounds of birds and the breeze. The owner was very helpful when we had a few questions and got back to us right away. The kitchen and bedrooms are well appointed and we were able to find everything we needed. There is a canoe to use to go into the pond but with the chilly weather of April we didn’t use it. We were able to park our car in the garage which is also unusual for a rental. There are three bedrooms upstairs in the main part of the house so it’s great for three couples. The downstairs has several twin beds and it’s great for kids or teenagers that don’t mind being in one big room together. Our daughter came down and stayed with us, using the basement to work remotely and enjoy a view of the pond from the desk. We will definitely be back again! Thanks again, Carol!

We were looking for a place specifically in the East Dennis area that could accommodate our entire family. We were coming for a Memorial service for both of my in-laws. We had family flying in from around the country. It was a very emotion and stressful time. Carol couldn't have been more understanding and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. We would definitely stay there again. You don't have to be right on the shore to enjoy the Cape.
Lovely house on a picturesque pond. Just a bit south of 6A and a bit east of 134. Very quiet street, neighborhood. Very close to the bay beaches. Carol, the host, is a great and communicates well. We recommend.

Wonderful Vacation Home
We enjoyed staying at this property so much! We have rented properties at Cape Cod several times in the past and this was by far, the best place to stay!
The home is very well appointed and spacious. There is plenty of room as we had our young adult children and their families, including our toddler granddaughter. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of room to spread out and also to be together. We enjoyed eating out on the deck and the views were wonderful! The hosts were very responsive and pleasant. We were sad to leave, and will definitely be back again! I just hope that this house is available when we want to go back!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was also very clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the location was great for getting to all the things we like to do on the Cape. I would definitely recommend this house to rent to others.
