Nestled in Gilbert, this lovely house for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We would like to welcome you to sunny Gilbert AZ! Experience all the valley has to offer while staying in this beautiful custom home located about 5 mins from the 202 Santan Freeway, about 30 min from Sky Harbor Airport and 10 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. The home is situated in an HOA managed neighborhood adjacent to the prestigious 2013 Phoenix Street of Dreams development. This 3000 sq ft high end rambler enjoys Southern exposure and is filled with amenities including 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, split master, gourmet eat-in kitchen, pool table, washer/dryer, LED TV, Direct TV with HD channels, blu ray player, high-speed WIFI, central air, monitored alarm system, large covered patio with misting system, saltwater pool/spa (pool can be heated), professional Nicklaus putting green, front courtyard with fireplace, outdoor built-in BBQ, fire pit and garage parking . The backyard has Southern exposure so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long. There is plenty to do or nothing to do! The House: The open floor plan, gourmet kitchen and large travertine patio provide a perfect setting for entertaining and gathering with family and friends. Living room: Relax in comfort and keep up on current events on the HD LED TV. Enjoy Direct TV satellite, blu ray, Xbox games, high speed wifi internet or a game of pool/billiards. Kitchen: The large open gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, with beautiful new GE Profile appliances. Bedrooms: All are equipped with wall-mounted LED HD TVs. The house was immaculate!! There are no words to describe how beautiful this place is! Absolutely stunning and fantastic in so many ways!! The backyard was an oasis!! Definitely coming back!!

This is our third stay here and our first since the pandemic. This is our go to house when we are in Gilbert. Not only is the house great for our family (4-6 adults) but it is less than 5 minutes from our family who live there. We all enjoy the backyard even though they have a pool at their own house. The pool table gets a workout each visit as well. It never feels like we are staying in someone else's home, we are all so comfortable there from day 1.
Tina always responds very quickly and we haven't had a situation yet that impacted our stay. We love the new tile flooring and it looked like the pergola was extended in the backyard.
We hope to be back next year.

Great Neiborhood, pool & house did walks every morning the putting green help keep us entertained along with the pool & covered area with misters help drop the temps with the ceiling fans was amazing!

This is the third time we have rented this home. It is our favorite VRBO. It is a wonderful home with a great backyard. We always spend a lot of time in the pool/hot tub. The home is well furnished. It is a definite 5*.

Six members of my family (including myself) stayed five days over Christmas. The neighborhood was cheerfully decorated for Christmas. Upon entering the home's front gate, there is a lovely courtyard with an easy to use fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped for making Christmas dinner. There was a second refrigerator in the garage to hold extra food and drinks. One room had a billiards table. The backyard was awesome. It had a well-maintained hot tub, pool, fire pit where we roasted smores, and putting green. The owners were very responsive to any questions and made our experience enjoyable.

As a former VRBO property owner, we are fairly picky about where we stay. After each stay, we talk about the aspects that did not meet our expectations. However, this property was simply perfect, and we could not think of anything that needed improvement.
The house was so clean, well-equipped, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully presented. There was nothing that was not meticulously thought of. Even the home instructions were spot-on and very informative.
We contacted the owner during our rental and received an immediate response.

We have rented many Phoenix properties over the last decade. Stratland Shadows house was top notch throughout. The house was available on the agreed time. Very well equipped kitchen & plenty of towels, linens etc. The pool was the perfect temp. with 5 lounger available. We really loved this house. Great property and very well managed. Thanks for a great experience. We plan to return in the future. Highly recommend this house.

We so enjoyed this home with its sprawling layout and gorgeous patio/pool area! Spent most of our time outside but we did make a nice dinner one night and found a well-appointed kitchen! Would highly recommend!

My friends and I were quite amazed by the house, its location, a fully equipped kitchen and a pristine backyard. The house was in very good condition, the pool and spa was just wonderful especially after our golf games. The mist outside the patio was also welcome as it helped reduced that temperature a bit. The location was quite central from multitude golf courses, close to grocery stores and restaurant. We really enjoyed the Santan Village and its proximity to the house.
The Keurig coffee machine was broken and we communicated with the owner, she was very quick to respond and ordered us a new one with no hesitation. They were also very accomodating for the check in as we arrive an hour earlier and also requested to have the pool cleaned a few days earlier than the normal schedule because of as a sand storm.
I would recommend this house with no hesitation and it is quite reprensentative of the desciption.

Excellent house
This was the second year we stayed and it was amazing both times. The house was very clean and had alll the space we needed. The pool and backyard was where we spent most of the time and it was perfect.

Visiting Family
This was my second time at this property and we love it. Owners are easy to communicate with. Property is very well maintained. It is very convenient for us as it is close to our son and his children. Was not only a vacation for us, but for my grandkids as well. They were able to stay and enjoy the pool and we all gathered in the large living room in the evening for board games. Lots of fun and good memories being made for all of us.

The outdoor temperature was over 108 F most days, but the pool was still a perfect low 80s, and the outdoor misting system meant we could still eat outside in the evening. Perfect getaway spot!
House was perfect for a week long getaway! The house is well stocked with all the amenities and most appreciated were all the pool floaties and toys! Perfect for families and kids!

Overall very nice property with great amenities! Carpet is shot should be replaced and vents are disgusting and could use a cleaning but other than that pretty clean! Shortly after arriving, we noticed the mosquitos and wasps/bees were worse than we had experienced the last time we were in the Valley. We bought some strong bug spray and toughened it up while enjoying the gorgeous backyard. Then a few days after arriving, we spent 30 minutes trying to get the fire pit to work after following the directions to a T. After being unsuccessful, we contacted the owners only to find out the valve was broken and on backorder. No big deal but would have been nice to know beforehand so we didn't waste time trying to get it to work. Also would have been nice for this to have been mentioned in the listing. Then the next day it was super windy so we were stuck inside. We tried to get the XBOX working but all the games were scratched so it kept loading. We ran to the store to grab a new game but it still wouldn't work. After contacting the owners, the said they weren't sure but it was super old so may not work anymore. Once again, not a huge deal, but disappointing.
But, the 4th day we were there, we noticed what we thought was a spider in the pool. When I went to fish it out, I noticed it was actually a scorpion! I smashed it super fast as was scared to death when I realized what it was when it started scurrying up the net towards me! Then later on that day we found another one in the pool! And then another one in THE HOUSE! After contacting the owners, they said they could have pest control come out and spray the next day but since we needed to be away from the area for 45 min or until it dried, we wanted to wait until we were leaving the next day as our daughter is immunocompromised. Chances are the scorpions started showing up since they had such a good food source at the property (bees and wasps).
Overall the backyard was great and the house was pretty nice. Just be aware that there could be a few surprises during your visit and take the appropriate precautions. And since we had children with us, scorpions were super scary to find as they were light tan and not easy to spot and are grateful no one got stung by a scorpion while swimming or in the house.

We loved everything about this home. This home is beautiful, cozy, and located in a great area! We love having 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths for friends and family that may visit. The big kitchen table is a plus for playing cards and/or eating a meal together. All the beds are very comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. The best part for us is the backyard oasis! The pool is big with a Baja shelf, and the spa has powerful jets. Also, we enjoy sitting around the fire pit on chilly evenings. Another bonus is the Gilbert Regional Park that is just a mile away.
