About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $166 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Snowbirds Welcome 25 & Older or Families Welcome Unit is on the 1st floor No Pets No Smoking WiFi Heated Pool (The small pool) You'll also enjoy complimentary beach service, which includes two padded chaise lounge chairs and umbrella (a $60 daily value from March 1st thru October 31st, 2024). Extra Large end unit with two bedrooms, balcony for master bedroom, and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Master bedroom has has a king-size bed, TV in armoire, and walk-in closet. Master bath has been renovated recently. Second bedroom has two queen-sized beds with a good-sized closet. 2 bathrooms - one in master suite, and one off the second bedroom, with additional access from hallway to second bathroom. kitchen area is large and has been completely renovated with new stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a large storage unit in kitchen. There are plenty of dishes (approx a setting for 12+) as well cutlery for 12. There are plenty of pots, pans, and fry-pans. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three. Dining room has seating for six Living room has queen-size sofa bed, loveseat and small Lazyboy style chair with footstool. A 52" flat-screen TV. Balcony has patio table with 4 chairs, and a lounge chair. The small balcony off the second bedroom has a small table with two plastic chairs. Owner are here every winter, so unit is maintained and updated as needed. Unit is on the first floor, at top of stairs, as to avoid using elevator. Unit has private parking spot below unit. Telephone in unit. There are two pools in front of unit, one of which is heated year around. There is a tennis court. Easy access to the beach. Exercise room in E building for guest use. Gated community with 15-1/2 acres, with lots walking area. View of the ocean from the condo.

We had a great time while making memories with our family. The condo was very spacious, especially with having 4 teenagers and 2 adults. We enjoyed being on the first floor so we didn’t have to worry about the elevator. The condo had everything we needed to cook. The views weren’t too bad either. The only thing I would maybe say is that the second bedroom needs to have another air vent added to it. The room wouldn’t ever cool off so we had to go buy a box fan. But that’s the only complaint I have, and that was a minor thing. We will definitely rent this place again!!!!

Nice property but....
This property was truly beautiful but unfortunately due to the spotty communication with the owner and the property management as well as unsecured payment options (this was the first property that I wasn't able to make payments thru VRBO. Instead you have to either mail a check [who actually still trusts USPS?!] or fax them your credit card info which could easily be used by anyone) I won't be booking with this property or anyone under their management again.

We enjoy visiting Panama City Beach and do so as often as we can. Our condo at Dunes of Panama was one of the best places we have stayed. It is not high-rise condo complex, which we enjoyed immensely. Our rental was on the second floor which was the first floor of rentals. The short flight of stairs was almost right outside the back door, which was handy. There is also an elevator close-by. The parking was super. It is close to the elevator and stairs, and you have an assigned place.We had four adults and the condo was perfect. There were plenty of places to sit comfortably. Everything was clean and accessible. At night, you can hear the waves crash against the beach! The balcony over-looked a beautiful landscape which had 2 pools, shuffle board and plenty of chairs. Just beyond that area was the beach. The ocean can also be seen from the balcony.Our only thing I would say is that if you like bath towels that are large and a little fluffy, you might want to bring a couple with you. We purchased some at Wal-Mart so no "biggy". It was definitely a personal preference. We also loved the location. Very peaceful and less traffic.I hope to return to this condo in the future. We had a stress free, relaxing, and fabulous time.The only problem we had was leaving!

We had a wonderful time. The unit could use some updating but otherwise was great. The only issue we had was the construction in a unit close to us. When we came in from the beach around 3:00 there was a constant tapping. Otherwise I would recommend it to friends and would consider coming next spring

Everything was great and the location was good. However, the apartment needs to be updated, and although it was clean there was too much dust! I’m super allergic to dust and having to be sneezing, with itchy throat and eyes during my vacation was not pleasant. Maybe taking out the faux tree in the second room, cleaning the fans blades and lamp shades could help with the dust.

Getting in contact with management is very easy and they are so kind and helpful. The location of the condo is perfect and the covered parking right under the unit is a big plus. The view of the beach and pools from the unit is wonderful. Quiet end of Thomas drive and the beach is not overcrowded. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

My grandsons love to watch TV at night until they fall asleep...luckily they had their iPads with them. The air conditioner needs to be updated also.
