About this house rental
Reserve now for 2024 season Beautiful home in SeaWatch at Kure Beach. Has community pool, tennis courts, and ocean side gazebo with restroom and private walkway that leads to the beach. This beach house has rocking chair front porch and 36'x10' back porch. Hardwood flooring, fireplace, and two master bedroom suites. The great room is wide open and spacious and brimming with beach flavor. The third floor has cathedral ceilings and a ocean view deck off third floor master bedroom. Linens are provided. House has six bedrooms. Two bedrooms have on suite bathrooms. The other four share two bathrooms. There are four bedrooms with queen size beds and two with king size beds. Very nice location with beach and swimming pool nearby The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was functional and fully stocked. We did have problems with the AC on the top level but thanks to the quick response from the host, the AC was fixed the same day!!
We do recommend this house if you are planning a vacation in Kure Beach!

We are repeat guests at this house and always have a great stay. Mark is an awesome host - always been very responsive. House is very well equipped with a super floor plan that works well for my family.

The house and the neighborhood were lovely! It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool was very nice! The grandkids would hangout at the beach and then the pool! The house is very clean and well maintained! We will definitely book again! Vickie Michael

The back porch and yard was excellent. The pool was closed during our stay(due to covid19, no fault of the owners) which was a bummer, but it looked very nice. The playground and tennis courts were very nice also.Great place to spend a week with the family.

The house is roomy and well-equipped . We found it very clean and exactly as described . The location is perfect for our large family with a number of school age children and toddlers. We will be back !

Great beach house
Perfect set up for our family gathering. House was lovely and enjoyed by all. Location was great—convenient beach access and the pool and tennis courts right across the street. It was very enjoyable week.

Family Vacation
This was a perfect place for our family vacation. The house was clean and spacious. The location and the short walk to the beach were perfect for us with little ones. The owner was very responsive to any problems we had during our stay. The gas grill was out of propane and a shower valve was not functioning well. The owner made arrangements to solve the issues very quickly.

Kure Beach trip
Very nice property with plenty of room for the 8 adults and 4 children. All the conveniences of home allowed us to make most of our meals at the house. Pool and playground were just a short walk away. Beach access was great, proving an almost private beach for us to enjoy. Owner was very responsive to any issues.

Annual family beach vacation
Family trip with 7 adults and three children. House was nice and well equipped. Great location to the pool. The beach is a little further than the pictures show. Had to cross the road to get to the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Great family vacation!
Wow! What a great week we had at Kure Beach! We traveled with 7 adults, 1 teenager, a 4 year old, a 2 year old, a 9 month baby and a golden retriever. We all had the best time! Seawatch was such an a great community to be a part of for the week. We enjoyed the pool across the street from the house and beach trips daily. The home was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with anything and everything we needed. It was the perfect size for all of us to enjoy each others company but also plenty enough space to enjoy time alone. We are hoping to plan another trip back to this home next year and would recommend this home to all of our friends and family if they are looking for a beach getaway! Thank you!

House was very good for a large family. Close to community pool and beach access. Neighborhood is adorable as well. Only suggestion would be to add a second refrigerator.
