We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! View was great the fireplace was a bonus! Location was terrific! Very clean could use more cooking pans like a larger frying pan. Overall awesome place we had a great time! Thank you 😊

Quiet location with amazing sunrise and sunsets. Perfect for our small family to spend time together. Parking lot and entry are on a steep hill so be prepared.

Loved the view. I wish you had stated that it was next to a highway though.

The condo was nice. The toaster did not work we bought a new one. The coffee maker took 1 hour and 10 minutes to brew 10 cups of coffee which was strong and cool. I like mine hot. We were very excited about the pool since my husband is recovering from back surgery and we both planning on a relaxing 5 days. However, the description mentioned stairs into the condo and had a picture which I showed my husband and he felt he could maneuver with me in front or behind him, but, no mention of the cliff we would have to climb to reach the pool. We were both sorely disappointed. Unit was nice but if you are old or disabled count this unit out. I had to help him in and out of the shower as there were no hand rails.

Over all the property was good BUT did not have a blow dryer. I would honestly have to say I would rather have stayed in a hotel because you had to strip all the beds wash dishes wash towels before you left. The view was half way blocked by a big bushy tree on the patio. Just was an okay experience I guess.

Very old, but clean unit. Smells like mildew. Did not have a hair dryer like the unit had listed on site. Gas bottle was almost empty and we were told we were responsible for refilling it if we wanted to use it. Tub drains slow, stood in water while showering.
Decor is cute in the unit. Would not recommend this unit for rental.

Had to leave a day early due to a winter storm that was hitting the area with ice and snow. I asked for a refund on the day/night we were not staying and the request was denied. Which I felt was pretty sad as there is no way we could have ever gotten out of the parking area the next day with snow and ice on the ground (this hill is massive). Other than that the condo was clean and from the inside windows there is great view of the lake. Condo was well stocked with towels and toiletries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Having a boat slip right out the door was great. We were able to enjoy our boat and easily return to the condo without the hassle of having to pull the boat back in. Easy access to everywhere on the area. Beautiful lakes!

Looks much better in pictures, carpets are stained pretty badly, parking is terrible at an incredibly steep incline that when we remote started the car it ran out of gas (we had over a quarter tank) because all the gas ran to back of the car and had to find a ride to the gas station. No locks on balcony doors, which made me a nervous wreck beings as we have a 2 year old. It wasnt terrible but definitely wasnt what the pictures made it out to be.

Valentine trip
We had the most amazing trip. The condo was awesome. Very comfortable and homey. Had all the comforts of home in one beautiful place. The condo was very clean and well maintained. I really like being able to go into a place and just be able to relax. I am so glad we got to go there for our romantic getaway. Right on the lake and close to all the resteraunts and stores what more do you need for a relaxing vacation.

Great home away from home
We loved the condo being able to wake up and have coffee on the balcony over looking the lake it was a perfect location, several restaurants near by and only a short drive to oaklawn. The condo was clean had comfortable beds and cozy furniture also loved that it’s a gated community for peace of mind. We’ll definitely be back during lake season to enjoy the use of the private boat dock right behind the condo and the beautiful lake that it sits on

Unit was dirty. Toilets didn’t flush adequately. TVs were a joke. Location did not provide any quiet time on the patio.

Condo was beautiful and very clean, will definitely stay here again. Waking up to the view of the lake with a beautiful sunrise was a wonderful surprise!!!

Disappointed
We were really excited for our booking due to the amazing lakefront view from the balcony. The place was not as clean as expected. Needs a deep cleaning. Shower curtain had mold all across the bottom to about 1/4 way up. Hot water only lasted about 5 minutes into your shower.

Great Place to Stay!!!
We took our kids there for Spring Break, and the view of the lake is AMAZING! the condo is very comfortable and plenty of space for us (4). We loved the nearby amenities and waking up to that beautiful sunrise! look forward to renting it again for the summer.

GREAT location, adorable condo!!
Master bedroom has balcony facing the water, and a superbly comfortable bed! Nicely remodeled kitchen though the location is convenient to restaurants, so we mostly ate out at the many locally owned restaurants. This was the perfect place for our girls weekend!!

Beautiful area and a great condo
There for nephews wedding and really enjoyed Hot Springs. The condo was great, on the water, well kept with all the ammenities. The owner and manger were very nice, helpful and accommodating. When we return to Hot Springs we'll definitely want to stay here again.
