This property is well kept and in the perfect location from anything you made need while staying there. The view is beautiful and quite breathe taking early in the morning as you watch the sunrise. The property grounds was very clean with great landscaping.

This place is awesome! Perfect for our family of 6. Conveniently located and close to everything. Kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We will be back! Scott and the team were a pleasure to work with. Do yourself a favor and book!

Our room was nice and updated. Bedding, blankets and towels had stains and hair on them. The condo was old and outdated and we didn’t love the location it was in. We would probably stay somewhere else next time but our overall stay was a positive experience.

Condo worked out perfect for our National Park trip. Very clean, good location (about 10-15 drive to park), beautifully updated, comfortable beds, awesome water pressure. Would definitely stay here again if we are in Hot Springs

The Condo was absolutely stunning! Everything you need to prepare a lovely meal is available at your finger tips down to the amazing spice rack. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The best deep rest I have ever experienced. Everything was beautifully arranged and decorated. The view was breathe taking. I didn't really want to leave for activities because I was so in awe of this spectacular home. Book it now and thank me later!!

What an amazing place! This had to be one of the most beautiful units our family has stayed in. Just cannot say enough about this place. Updated and decorated beautifulyl. Views were breath taking as well as relaxing. Was a little sad to leave. Excellent location. We did not have to drive far to places we wanted to explore. Just perfect! Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I look forward to booking again!

We took our three 7-9 y/o grandsons with us for short vaca. Condo was very nice and well appointed. Great location to all we did. Nice and roomy and clean. Views and size of pool were definitely a plus. We took kids to Ron Coleman Mining and to Mid America Science Center. Both were big hits. Want to come back and do an adult trip. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is more beautiful in person. Great features and amenities. Everything that you need is available right at your fingertips tips. I just wish we could have stayed longer. I had the most relaxing time and the best sleep in my entire life. Yes the beds are that comfortable. The view was breathe taking perfect for tea and meditation on the balcony. Trust me you will absolutely enjoy your stay here.

Brought our kids to Hot Springs for Christmas. We were on the fence about a condo because we always rent a house, however this condo was beautiful and so spacious. Had everything we needed for our family to be comfortable for the week. There wasn’t a thing overlooked. We use evolve as a rental agency often. This definitely didn’t disappoint.

My husband and I took our three kiddos (9, 7, & 3) on a quick fall break trip to Hot Springs. This condo was beautiful. Plenty of space for us and our kids. The balcony was a nice retreat for all of us. My husbands fear of heights was not present due to the nice tall wall on the balcony (his biggest concern is kids climbing over any balcony and falling - this wall made that impossible for them to do, which made him happy) while the adults were still able to enjoy the view. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The beds were so comfortable for all and the kids enjoyed playing the games that were available when we stayed in. I gave a three-star rating on communication because I messaged the owner on the number provided in the email regarding two minor issues that didn't negatively impact our stay, but I wanted to make sure he was aware of it, and I never got a response. Maybe the phone number listed in the email was incorrect/ out of date. The minor issues: The shower head in the master bathroom wasn't working - no big deal - the shower in the second bathroom was - so we just used that one. The network connection on the TV quit working on day two, but my husband was able to reset the router and got it working again. Everything else was perfect. Plenty of cooking utensils and things to use to make meals. Great location as well - close enough to everything we wanted to see and do, but not so close that we didn't have peace and quiet to be able to relax. Thank you!

We were immediately impressed by the entrance to this beautiful property. The older appearance of the building is deceiving because the interior had such a modern feel. Property was very clean and well maintained. The views from bedrooms and balcony were gorgeous sunrise to sunset. Kitchen was well equipped with the exception of trash bags and dish brush…minor. Condo was super clean and comfy and residents and other guests were very friendly. My family and I enjoyed our relaxing weekend out and about in downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs, and spending time together. Will remember this one for the future!

Very Nice Lake Hamilton Condo

This was a last minute rental for the weekend. My family loved the newly renovated condo, Lake Daze. It was tastefully decorated, and very clean. All of the owners we encountered at this Beacon Manor condo were extremely nice. The moment we pulled into the parking lot, the maintenance man asked if we needed assistance, and gave us directions for the best place to park our boat trailer. I would rent this condo again, if it's available the next time we come to Lake Hamilton.
