About this condo rental
Nestled in Rockwell, this lovely condo for $162 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautifully remodeled two bedroom, two bath condo on Lake Hamilton with a boat dock. This condo is located at Kleinshore Resort, one of Lake Hamilton's first lake resorts. Kleinshore is known for its vintage look and laid back atmosphere. People have enjoyed this resort for decades, and the most of the owners have recently remodeled their homes and condos. Our condo is a very cozy place to chill out on the lake! When you're in the unit, you feel as if you're out over the water, and views are simply spectacular. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom. The second bedroom is a bit smaller and has a bunk bed (twin over full). The main bathroom has a huge walk-in shower. The sofa in the living area pulls out into a queen bed. Cool and contemporary furnishings and decor. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. New flatscreen smart tvs in living area and master bedroom (both with Roku). Netflix and other channels/apps complimentary. Complimentary wifi. Great pool area for swimming. One of the most convenient lake locations in all of Hot Springs! NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES: We want you to know we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc. This is done after every stay. We use a very professional and well-trained cleaning crew who uses only the best professional cleaning products. As an added precaution, we supply additional cleaning supplies for our guests to use during their stay.

We reserved the condo for an extended weekend (Thurs. - Sun.). We stayed one night and checked out the next day. The AC units created a lot of humidity, which made the air inside the condo extremely damp and warm. There were other issues, but that was the main one.

Absolutely Amazing View! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great communication with the property owner. Everything was so wonderful but again, sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view was awesome. Would stay there again.

The property was nice. Being on the water was great. Everything we did was 15-20 minutes drive away so the location was good. Enjoyed our little getaway.
I would recommend someone tighten up the bolts on the bunk beds. Each movement from our kiddos causes it to make a creaking sound. Perhaps tightening the bolts could fix this.

The stay was amazing with the exception of a few things.
The property is true to it's description and pictures. Check in was very easy; the owner was always willing to answer any questions. The communication was extremely proficient.
The only thing that could have been better are a few things available for the interior stay. We would have enjoyed having a lighter and scissors available to us. Citronella candles for outdoor dinners and conversation. Also, the smaller room would have been more accommodating had it had a small table, lamp, and perhaps a small chair. Lastly, there were a short supply of face towels; which are very much needed when you are equipped to accommodate six guests. We had three; and it was a hard stretch. The Gazebo would be beautiful if it were lit with string lights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; and would definitely come back again😊�

Perfect!
This house is adorable, spotless, and in the perfect location. It’s tucked away to give a secluded feel while only being a short drive to downtown. On top of that, the host is super responsive and great to work with. I’ll definitely look into staying here during my next trip to Hot Springs!

Nice clean condo right on Lake Hamilton. Beautiful balcony over lake with boat slips. Five- ten minutes from all attractions. Nice owner who promptly answered any questions. Will def go back!
