I came to hot springs to celebrate my 60th birthday with my adult children. This house was perfect for us!!! The location was perfect! It was quiet and very peaceful, but close to everything. We fished every morning and most evenings if we were home before the sun went down. The house was well stocked with essentially everything you need and the hostess thought of everything down to the fresh flowers in the foyer. My only complaint would be the mattress on the hall lower bunk bed, but even with that, I will book this house again. It's perfect for small family gatherings or a girls trip!!!

It was a girls weekend 25 yrs in the making and we relaxed, laughed and cried. The place was beautiful. We hung out on the dock and in the screen porch. Very clean house. We will be back!

Such a great house, and it’s newly renovated. But the best part is the lake view! This was a family friendly and VERY CLEAN! The kitchen is roomy and there are new appliances. The bunk room for the kids was perfect, and the master overlooked the water. So relaxing after a trip to Oaklawn! We will definitely book again when it’s lake time!!!

I want to say thank you to our hosts for a wonderful long weekend with ladies. It was our 14th annual gathering and my turn to host. I'm local here in Hot Springs and will highly recommend this home for anyone headed this direction! The other four ladies asked me to relay their thanks as well. It was the little and big things they did to make us feel so welcome. The home was so clean and neat as well as making sure we had a snack available when we arrived (just in case needed)!! Thanks again for opening up your home to all of us!

This home was amazing! My family and I enjoyed our stay. The photos just don’t do the place justice. It has such a beautiful lake view. Very cozy and inviting. We had so much fun we didn’t even go into Hot springs. We spent our time at the house swimming, floating on the lake, fishing off the dock, chilling and grilling. The house has a great layout and was super clean!

Awesome property; quiet neighborhood other than a yappy dog at the house next door; lots of shade, so even though it was 100 degrees, we were comfortable sitting outside. My son arrived from Texas earlier than planned. The owner graciously allowed a slightly early check in, and I met him when I came in from New York later. We had a bit of a snag when confronted by the owner about my service dog, a Leader Dog who guides me because I am blind. He said he was afraid she would tear it up. She is likely better mannered than the children and many adults who stay there. I can assure you that they found their home in the same condition I started with. He honored the VRBO service animal policy despite being unwelcoming about it. I recommend this property and would return. Thanks for the hospitality basket of goodies!

Our experience with this property was top notch!! We travel a lot and this was probably our best experience to date. The house was clean, new and updated. The host thought of everything, down to fresh cut flowers in the entry way. I can’t recommend this cabin too much.
