The property is situated right on beautiful Lake Delton in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Dells. The property has both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for your year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks or the ice. The space This is a lake front property in Lighthouse Cove. It is located near the indoor pool and the beach. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day. I live out of state but am available if needed by phone or text. There is also a local person that can respond to any situations that may arise. Close to everything! There are either stairs or an elevator required to get to the condo from the parking lot. The condo is down on the lake front one story from the parking lot.

This is a great location, and had it not been for the yucky fall weather, I would have loved to be outside more. It was a little tricky to find, but once I did - no issues and was a nice stay.

Overall, the condo was great! We went over Labor Day weekend and it was so quiet on the property even though a lot of people were there. The view is incredible!

This is a beautiful little condo. Terrific location from which to explore the Dells. We walked to Noah’s Ark and drove to our other destinations from this convenient location. There are a good number of stairs down from the parking lot, so if mobility is a challenge it’s not a good option. We had no trouble carrying our stuff down for our four night stay and back up when we were through. The pool and hot tub were nice. We used them briefly the first night we arrived after a long day and for an hour or so the night before we left. So many other Dells experiences kept us busy the rest of the time, but we were happy to have the pool at the condo too. Kitchen had everything we needed. We got groceries and cooked breakfast each morning before we left for the day. The grill area looked nice, right by the lake, but we never made use of it. So many great restaurants to choose from too. Honestly, this would easily be a five star review and could have been the perfect condo for our stay. The only drawback is the herd of elephants in the unit above. When they weren’t stomping about at all hours, it actually sounded like they were moving furniture. Almost like they were purposely making as much noise as possible. I don’t know if that is an owner or permanent tenant or we just had bad luck with whoever was above at the time we were there. Also this is entirely beyond the control of the owner of the unit we rented. He was a pleasure to work with.

The condo looks exactly as pictured on the website. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only downfall was carrying all of our luggage to the ground floor.

Lovely one bedroom condo unit which looks just like the pictures. View of the lake from the front patio was beautiful and perfect to sit out on and enjoy the weather, quiet and eagles. Look forward to returning in the fall. Highly recommend this condo.

We were skiing at Cascade for two days and this condo was just right. It was clean, had a coffee machine and places to sleep. The decor is cute and waking up on the lake was fun.

Such a great condo very will run. The only thing I’m sad about is we couldn’t come the first night because of a snow storm and unsafe weather conditions. We would love to come back and enjoy the lake in the summer 😃 Thanks for a great stay!

Loved this vrbo and the area. Never been to Dells before but will be coming back, hopefully staying at the same place. The unit was very very clean, exactly as pictured and described. Chris was very communitive and clear. The area was quiet and peaceful. Bed was comfy. Shower/bathroom was clean, water pressure was great. Can't say enough about this place! Thanks

The property was great as a home base for a ski getaway to cascade mountain. There was a maintenance issue that popped up and Chris was very responsive about having a crew come out and take care of things. Place was clean and cozy.

You can't beat the views! Condo has everything you need, very nicely appointed, very clean. Appreciate the easy check in & out process. I would just say the sofa needs an upgrade soon. Other than that, perfect!
