This spacious, beautiful, and well-decorated home is conveniently located at the end of a quiet residential street abutting 8 acres of conservation land. The house is fully furnished & equipped, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The main living area consists of a bright and airy open-concept space with cathedral ceiling, multiple skylights, central AC plus a ceiling fan. There is also radiant heat throughout the house and a fireplace in the living room. The state-of-the-art, fully appointed kitchen has a large island, granite countertops and Jenn-Air stainless appliances. Home is tastefully decorated throughout with a mix of antique and modern furnishings as well as oriental rugs and original artwork. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, sliding doors that open to a private deck and an ensuite bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bath, while the third bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bath adjacent to it. The lower level has a TV sitting area with sectional sofa. There is also a fourth full bath with shower and washer/dryer. The exterior includes a large wrap-around deck in back which is ideal for dining or entertaining. Off the master bedroom suite is a private deck with sitting area and outside the lower level is a patio area with additional seating. There is also an outdoor shower and professionally landscaped gardens. This ideal vacation home is well equipped with lots of books, games, a foosball table, wifi and 3 televisions with cable. It is perfectly located only a 5-10 minute drive to the towns of Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs or Edgartown where you will find great shops and galleries, movies, theaters, and many wonderful restaurants. Also within a short drive are spectacular beaches, charter fishing, windsurfing, golf, tennis and so much more to make for a perfect Vineyard vacation any time of year. Please Note: -THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE RENTAL PROPERTY. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE NOR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. -THIS IS A PET-FREE HOUSE. DUE TO PET ALLERGIES WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ALLOW DOGS OR CATS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. (This includes hypoallergenic dogs.) -Minimum age for responsible party is 25 years old. -During the summer season, the minimum stay varies from 7 to 28 nights. We also prefer check-in and departures on weekdays and not on the weekends during peak summer season. -Discounts are available if there will be fewer than 3 people staying. House location was fantastic and so close to "downtown". Decor of house was modern yet comfortable with great attention to details. Open floor plan was well suited for us all to be together. Beds were very comfy and provided us all with great sleeping. The back deck was so secluded and private. House amenities met all our needs for a perfect family stay. Our host couldn't have been more accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Breakfast and dinner on the beautiful deck were part of our daily routine! It was also thrilling to see fledging red hawks flying through the forest, even at one point settling in on the deck railing! Deer families also sauntered through the yard from time to time! The house itself is lovely with so much light and very well designed space. We hope to be able to return!

A gem in the woods
This is a beautiful home set up against a private conservation area. The architecture and art are superb, but the home sacrifices nothing in terms of comfort and function. The location is central to most of the island's best attractions. And the owners were exceedingly responsive to our requests. We will definitely return.

Paradise Found...
Lisa and Ivory are amazing hosts and the property is beautiful and while centrally located, is quite and private. Our families have been renting on Martha’s Vineyard for approximately 40 years and I have to say we have never experienced such caring and responsive owners. We were slightly anxious, as this was our first rental during COVID. Lisa greeted us and we were immediately put at ease once we saw her spotless home. We stayed for a month and spent some time working. We had more than enough space to spread out and participate on our seperate calls. The home is very close to the bike path that can take you to most all spots down-island. We love to cook and grill while on vacation and really enjoyed the well-equipped and modern kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are high quality. No detail has been overlooked. During our stay, Lisa and Ivory were only a text away, answering our questions. We highly recommend this home, for long or short stays. You will enjoy!

We spent a month at Lisa and Ivory's MVY rental that we affectionately coined our Treehouse home. The location was excellent: backing onto a lush forested area which gave the home a sense of privacy and tranquility whilst still providing easy access to all the amenities of Vineyard Haven and beyond. The architecture is thoughtful with windows/skylights to maximize the light and view from inside the house whilst the outside decking facilitated a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. Every element of the interior has been thought through with finesse, from the selection of tasteful furnishings through to the smallest detail of sufficient measuring spoons in the kitchen drawer.
It was our first visit to MVY, Lisa gladly shared local knowledge to ensure we enjoyed every aspect of our vacation.
Every detail of our visit from checkin/checkout through to suggested activities was thoughtful in regards to the current pandemic. The property was spotlessly clean.
We genuinely appreciated Lisa and Ivory's hospitality and look forward to returning to the Vineyard soon.

Over the last 15 years we have stayed in many rental homes on the Vineyard and this is our most favorite to date!
The home is just beautiful with every amenity you can imagine to make you feel comfortable and right at home. Lisa truly thought of everything! The home was immaculate, spacious and perfectly located, and just a quick drive to downtown Vineyard Haven, which we love. Lisa could not have been more gracious or accommodating, and even greeted us with a beautiful bottle of wine and card. We will definitely be returning next year!

Beautiful Island Home
Our family felt lucky to find this gem on Martha's Vineyard. We used to live on island year 'round and have rented many homes over the years for trips back. This home is centrally located (close to Vineyard Haven) but quite private, thoughtfully built with a variety of spaces to spend family time in and around the home. We loved all the little private decks! Lovely owners, easy to communicate with. One of the best homes we have ever rented on MV, we will be back!

Spectacular Home in Quiet Setting
This was our first visit to the Vineyard. We chose Vineyard Haven because of its close proximity to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown.
The house was bright and roomy, with a new home feel. Lisa met us upon our arrival to give us the low down on all the great features of the home and the area. There were only two of us staying at the house. It is well equipped to handle more people comfortably.

Beautiful Vineyard haven
We’ve just returned from spending 5 relaxing days at Lisa and Ivory’s gorgeous rental nestled amidst the trees; a peaceful retreat close to all the Vineyard has to offer, yet amazingly private. The photos are lovely, but hardly do it justice, the reality is so much more stunning. We were a party of four adults, 3 generations of a family, some of whom are VERY hard to please. We were all blown away by the clever layout of the space, the luxurious accommodations, the interior design, the cleanliness, the gorgeous natural light everywhere. No detail has been overlooked. It was a pleasure meeting Lisa & Ivory and enjoying the love and skill that went into their creation of this exceptionally beautiful space.

A peaceful paradise where you'll make lasting memories
Beautiful home which offers many comforts and luxury. The home was spacious and provided many places for a retreat. Sitting on the multiple decks provides you with a feeling of being in a treehouse. The house is situated next to conservation land which provides an oasis for many birds, deer and other wildlife.
The kitchen is a place where you'll enjoy to cook. The kitchen is well stocked with good cutlery, pans for cooking and baking, and serving platters/bowls etc. Great space to prepare your meals. Grilling is also an option with plenty of outdoor space to spread out.
There are plenty of bathrooms including an outdoor shower.
Comfortable beds, good linens/pillows promote a restful sleep.
The gardens provide a variety of flowers, shrubs, and trees which are beautiful and wonderful to explore.
Lisa and Ivory are great hosts and really care that you enjoy your stay in their home. They encourage comments on how they can improve your rental experience. You know you can call either Lisa or Ivory if you have concerns or just general questions.
This home will afford you a wonderful vacation in a serene and lovely space.

Great hosts - welcomed us with wine & flowers and gave good info about MV. Home is well stocked to cook some great meals, clean and well maintained, great central location, stocked w/ beach gear, plenty of room for our family, lovely views of the surrounding trees while sitting on the deck. excellent base for exploring MV - beaches were wonderful! first time using VRBO and was a great experience! highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our family - comfortable, extremely clean, and very spacious. Lisa was wonderful and kind and she took a lot of time to show us the property and share ideas on restaurants and things to do in the area. Our stay was lovely. This home, while close to town feels very private because of the surrounding woodlands. Because so much was provided, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, etc, it made packing for travel super simple. Lisa is an accommodating and gracious hostess! We would definitely stay here again!
