The owners, Brent and Shannon, invite you to enjoy staying in their cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort. Here's why you will love Bear Condo: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore! STUNNING VIEWS Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo's unique 6ft x 6ft picture window and wraparound balcony. The balcony has chairs and a café table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains. SPACIOUS 1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM Bear Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 900 square feet which sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed, twin day bed with twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom. This charming cabin and bear themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay. COZY LIVING AREA This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a luxurious soft leather sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. GUEST AMENITIES! The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store! ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking. COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe. COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort. OUTDOOR FIRE PIT Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village. TRASH ROOM There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying. ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking. THE NATIONAL FOREST The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes. YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more! At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. This condo is in a perfect location where you can walk to the ski lift or downtown. No shuttle required. The unit is pretty roomy with the living room having two full size couches and a loveseat. The bedroom has a king bed along with a trundle bed. The unit is on the sixth floor and is very close to the elevator. There are luggage carts in the parking garage next to the elevator. The hot tubs/pool/athletic center is in the building next door but is easily accessible through the parking garage so you don’t have to walk outside to get there. We loved having the in-unit washer and dryer. We’ve stayed at several other condos at the base of peak 9 and this one was our favorite. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

This was a great rental. The location to the slopes and shops was awesome. The rental itself was beautiful and had plenty of room for the four of us. I would definitely recommend this place to others and when we come back we will stay here again!

Everything about the condo was perfect. It’s right at the bottom of Peak 9. Gorgeous view and I t overlooks the ski school meeting area. You can walk to dozens of restaurants and stores. It was decorated beautifully with everything you could need for a stay. Communication with the owner was great. Could not have asked for anything better. Will be back.

I chose this condo for its location and cleanliness, at least from what I could tell from the online photos. The condo was exceptionally clean which made me very happy. What surprised me the most were the views from living room window and the balcony. Words cannot express the magnificent views of the mountains and Maggie Pond just below. The location was also a big plus since restaurants and stores were just steps away. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying in Breckinridge!

Loved our getaway!!! The condo was great. Front desk staff not always happy to help VRBO customers but Twila was always happy to help!!!! Once we understood the layout of the property, it was wonderful to enjoy the hot tub and gym area! Plenty of space in condo and great kitchen. Loved the view and very relaxing! Easy walk to main street or to go on a hike! Would rent again!

The location of the Village at Breckenridge and the family-friendly amenities were great! The condo was comfortable, well-stocked and had beautiful views. Everyone working at Village of Breckenridge was most helpful and working with Twilla was a pleasure. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience for our first vacation with small children. This property was wonderful! The manger was so easy to get ahold of a quick to respond, my daughter got sick on the flight and I asked, day of, if we could check in early for her and she was so kind and understanding about it and let us in early so she could rest. She answered every question I had, check in and out was super simple and explained well. Condo was large and beautiful on the 6th floor we had an amazing view of the mountains. It does have a washer and dryer in the condo which I’m not sure that it says it’s actually in the room in the description, but it is! Quiet, but just a 3 minute walk to down downtown shopping and eating. This place was perfect for our family and I’m sure will be for yours.

Great condo, very clean, well decorated, awesome location! Stayed for a weekend with my 14 year old son. A short 50 yards to the lift. The condo is next to Main Street, too, which is where the shops are.

This was the perfect condo for our family. There were 4 of us and it was more than enough room. The location couldn’t have been better. We were really close to the lift, so it was very convenient. The town is really cute as well!

This condo is amazing, the location, cleanliness, and has all the amenities you need.
However the best part about renting this condo is the owner. Twilla went above and beyond with communicating with me before and during the trip.

I can’t believe we are already home from our amazing trip to Breckenridge! Everything was absolutely perfect! The condo was exactly as pictured! Family friendly, spacious, clean and so close to the slopes. My husband and kids ate a quick breakfast in the well equipped kitchen, then off to ski. They took a break at lunch and came in warmed up and ate a bite. You are so close to the lift. It was so convenient and comfortable!
Every evening we walked into town for dinner and some shopping.
I am not a skier. I enjoy time at a local spa (Thanks Twila for the recommendation) and enjoyed some time leisurely walking around the town.
The outdoor hot tubs were a perfect way to end the evening!
I can’t say enough about this property! It was absolute perfection! Great communication and a great time by all.

Location was great with this property. If you have kids in ski school this is perfect. Very short walk to slopes and Main Street. The updated pool/sauna/game room were amazing after a fun day of skiing. We rented our equipment right there so that was super easy. We drove from Denver airport and the shuttle was going to be a $1000 more than renting a car for our family of 4. Parking was easy, although you don’t need a car. Food options around were pretty good or you could cook in condo.
The condo itself is fine. Dated decor brings things down a notch for me. The bedspreads were dated and sheets tired. Towels were good. The bathroom was clean, as well as the kitchen. There were multiple things left from the previous guest…food, trash and clothing that was missed by the cleaning crew. So it gives you a weird feeling to know you’ve come right after people. (Although you know;))The pullout sofa had food in the bed. For a family of 4 we only had two pillow cases. We used sheets to comprise. With all of the is being said, we didn’t call right away bc we came in 11at night and we’re out the door skiing next day. I feel certain the issues would have been addressed promptly if we would have.
The den is large and had three sofas to spread out on. The bedroom is smaller, and we didn’t end up using the trundle bc there would have been no room to walk around for 4 of us.

Our family took a short Christmas Ski vacation to Breckinridge. Our condo was very nice - we didn’t spend much time there but it was clean, had many amenities & was very close to the lift! The town is so cute, people friendly & very accessible. We had a few hiccups (nothing major) but our property manager was Always available to assist!

You can’t beat the location…ski lifts are a minute away and you are also minutes away from downtown. Love the real wood burning fireplace. Updated health club and outdoor jacuzzis were also very nice. I’d definitely stay here again.

My son and his wife stayed here for a honeymoon trip. The property exceeded their expectations. The convenience to the ski lift was fantastic. They had so much fun. Twilla was very attentive and let us know she was available 24/7 for anything they needed.

the pictures were spot on. upon entrance to the place you feel comfortable. felt like a home and not a rental. quality furniture in a quality setting which was actually comfortable.
the property is right at the end of the main street but right in the middle of the complex at the base of the slope. so you have eveything you'd want within walking distance.
the pool and hot tubs were fantastic the whole area is well kept and clean.
we'll be looking to book this same place next time we plan a trip back to breck.

Went out with fiancé and kids to get married and have a little family trip. Everything was amazing! Place was great, unfortunately we were there during the down season for few items. Yet, the mountains/snow/and town were amazing to take all in. Definitely if you need a relaxing getaway, this is a place to go! Can’t also forget to mention the outdoor hot tubs when it’s snowing and mountains in view :) incredible!

Bear Condo on the sixth floor of the Shavano building in the village at Breckenridge did not disappoint! The online write up was perfectly accurate down to the smallest detail. The unit was immaculate, and the whole building felt safe and secure at all times— no small concern for a couple in their 70’s! If we should be fortunate enough to return to Breckenridge once more, we will most certainly reserve time at Bear Condo. Thank you!

Such an amazing stay! The property exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved it! The condo was much more spacious in person and I loved the warm decor. The patio view was unreal and one of our favorite things to do was just sit and hangout there. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. And a huge plus was we were right on Main Street which was such a good location to walk anywhere. Would definitely recommend and would really enjoy staying there again the next time we’re in Breckenridge. Thanks for being a great host, Twilla!

Very easy checkin and checkout process. I would suggest paying the extra $20 per day to park in the garage as it makes the process even more efficent. You can't beat the patio view and location. Short walk to main street, trails... Would definitely rent this again!

Wonderful condo, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The bed was super comfortable. Check in and out process was super easy. This condo is in a great location, and the mountain views and pond / main street shops from the living room, bedroom and wrap around deck were incredible. Park your car and just walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again. Host was easy to communicate with. No issues.
