Very well taken care of condo with cute decor. Even more spacious than we thought it was going to be. Owner addressed a concern we had and was prompt to respond. Cute town with the most beaituful beach. Best sand we have seen in Florida. Would stay at this place again.

This condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and in good working order. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was perfect and close to everything.

Booked last second for New Years week. Great location on the beach with tons of stuff to do. The owners responded to every text within minutes. The only drawback is no guest bathroom, but if it's just family all is good. We loved our stay and look forward to getting back to Orange beach soon!

We booked this condo for a thanksgiving getaway to escape the cold in Ohio. This condo had everything we needed!! Spacious, extremely clean, stocked kitchen and a stunning 180 view of beautiful Orange Beach. We will without a doubt be renting this condo again VERY soon!

Beautiful Condo. Condo photos are accurate. Everything we needed & more was supplied. Beautiful view from the deck. The white sand beach is beautiful & the sand is cool to the feet even on sunny days. Communication with Penny was excellent. Only Surprise I had is there is an additional $57 fee for parking if you choose to drive.

Property was great. We liked using the pool and fitness room. We weren’t able to use the balcony as people in other units smoked. We won’t stay here in the future. People smoked at the pool too!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! We had great views of dolphins swimming every morning. The beach wasn’t crowded and the pool was nice. Very clean property and the owners were very friendly! It was a great location and had many amenities in the building.

Penny’s Place was just perfect for 3 friends needing to unplug and catch up! The property had what we needed to just bring in groceries and exhale. Beds were great and the common area was all we needed to hang out. Coloring and card games and reading with lots of conversations. What a blessing!

Great 1 night stay at Phoenix. We especially loved getting to use the pool and access the beach prior to check in. The one downfall is paying $55 for one night. But, the condo was beautifully maintained and we had a great stay! Kids loved being able to utilize all of the pools too! Thank you, Penny!

This was a lovely condo. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a carefree beach vacation. The bedrooms are spaced nicely for privacy. Loved the 9th floor view of the beach! Book this one, you won't regret it!

Really felt like home! Very clean, the kitchen had everything you needed, ocean view was great, plenty of stuff around the condo to do, restaurants across the street were excellent, and the grocery stores were very close! Will definitely stay here again for sure!

This condo was beautiful! Inside and out. Comfortable seating on the balcony. The spare bedroom had its own bathroom. Basically, it was like a second master bedroom with 2 queen beds. The downside I’d like to let future renters know is, if you have a mobility issues (i.e….hips, knees, any problems that prevent you from lifting your legs), you will NOT get into or out of the showers. It’s a very high step to get in and a long step down to get out. The showers definitely need to be upgraded to a ‘walk-in’ type. At least in the master bath.

Everything lived up to the pictures. The condo was clean and well stocked with more than enough kitchen items. The view from the condo was amazing and we loved watching the dolphins. If we visit Orange Beach in the future we will definitely book this condo again.

We had the PERFECT long weekend getaway for my sister’s bachelorette trip! The condo was so nice and spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. Penny was super easy to work with and so nice! We had a few minor hiccups with the microwave, and Penny was very quick to respond with all of our concerns! Will definitely be back.
