Our home dates back to the late 1800s and was beautifully restored in 2005. We've preserved many of its historic features, including original flooring and other charming details, while incorporating the modern comforts you want for a relaxing stay.

Each bedroom has its own personality, and the home provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out, gather together, or simply relax.

We take great pride in keeping our home exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Sixth Bedroom — Bonus Room

Five bedrooms are located in the main house. The sixth bedroom is a seasonal bonus room above the detached garage, providing additional sleeping space and privacy for larger groups.

•Please note:

Bonus room is included with bookings of 12 or more adults
At least 2 adults must occupy the bonus room
Groups of fewer than 12 may request the bonus room for an additional fee
The bonus room is available Spring through Fall
There is no bathroom in the bonus room
It is a short walk from the main house

If you have fewer than 12 guests but would like to guarantee the bonus room, please contact us regarding the additional fee.

•Parking

Private driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.

Please note that off-street parking is not permitted under city ordinance.

•Maximum Occupancy | No Events

Our home is intended for overnight guests and small gatherings of the guests staying at the property.

Parties and events are not permitted.

The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 16, including overnight guests and daytime visitors.

A few daytime visitors are welcome, but the total number of people on the property may never exceed 16.

•Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval.

Maximum of 2 pets
Please include the exact number of pets when booking
Pets must remain on the main level or in the basement
A pet gate is available if needed
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
Pet fees are based on the number of approved pets

•No Hidden Fees

We believe in being upfront about the cost of your stay.

Your reservation should reflect the actual number of guests and pets staying at or visiting the property. There are no surprise fees added after booking.

The bonus room is included with reservations for 12 or more adults. If you have fewer than 12 guests and would like to use it, please contact us about availability and the additional fee.
