Le parquet, les moulures aux plafonds, les volumes, l'arche entre la chambre et le salon, le confort des sofas et de la literie, la vue imprenable de jour de l'océan comme de nuit (Auckland skyline), la disponibilité de différents cafés avec cookies et chocolat, une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo, bref: tout est pensé pour un weekend ou un short stay parfait. Le chauffage est central et opère automatiquement de 6AM à 10PM. La proximité du bord de mer et de nombreux restaurants.
Pour les séjours plus longs, ce qui n'était pas notre cas, une commode permettrait de sortir de ses valises.
