Nestled in Ocean View, this lovely house for $445 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Bethany Beach Hotels. Rehoboth Beach. Dewey Beach. Ocean City. Sea Colony. Kayaking. Faculties Access Update May 2022: the Salt Pond Community implemented a Key FOB system to access the pool & gym. An Amenity Access Card must be purchased for each person over the age of 16 (there may be some wiggle room with the age). There are two types of cards: (a) the card providing unlimited use of all facilities for a full week costs $50 and (b) the card providing unlimited use of all facilities for 3 consecutive days costs $25. These cards can be shared among as many people as you wish; for example, if no more than 4 from a group of 8 people plan to use the facilities at the same time, you would only need to purchase 4 cards. This information may change, so please refer to www.sphamembers.org for more details. Also, we are offering a unique 'Surf & Turf' promotion to our renters! For every week you rent during the summer season, we offer you an 'off-season' week at 50% discount. This is an ideal way for summer vacationers and golf enthusiasts to enjoy another week vacation during the year. Home is situated in the exclusive 5th hole putting green, sports the latest wireless internet and is ideal for the golfer who is looking for extra fun but needs to stay-in-touch with the work place. This is a squeaky-clean, work-play home! It has been completely redecorate in early 2005 using pleasant, pastel colors, white wall-to-wall carpeting, all new furniture, cooking and serving utensils. As a bonus, you are no more than 20 yards from the 5th hole green from the screened back porch with adjacent open deck and enjoy magnificent daybreaks, every day, from its eastern exposure! This home has four bedrooms and a sleep sofa in the living room. This home accommodates up to ten guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen, bedroom #3 has two twins and bedroom #4 has a twin bed with trundle. The living room has a pull-out sleep sofa for two. The dinning table seats 8 comfortably and breakfast bar seats 4. For our professional guests who need to stay in touch with the workplace, we sport the latest wireless internet technology. For your entertainment, we include a big screen TV with digital cable and DVD player. Once you arrive, it will be difficult to leave! No more than a ten-minute walk from our home sits the Salt Pond Clubhouse, offering a long list of guest amenities. Open year round, our guests have access to the Salt Pond's Executive Golf Course, complete with a fully-staffed Pro Shop and driving range. Clubhouse indoor amenities include heated pool and hot tub, weight/exercise rooms, and Ping-Pong table. During the spring/summer months, the clubhouse offers pool, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, and walking paths. The Pro Shop is augmented by a conveniently located snack bar. (Additional fees apply for the use of Recreation Facility and Golf.) As a special treat for our younger guests, the Salt Pond also offers a real-grass putting green and game arcade (open spring/summer). The house is very well maintained and clean. The layout is nice for family with rooms for kids, a large common area and a screened porch with deck. The neighborhood is quiet.
A.bonus was that a supermarket is located about a minute away by car so trips for things needed during the week was easy. The pool was also great for the kids.

Our two families enjoyed this house as a great base of operations for going to the beach, the pool and for exploring the surrounding communities. Fernando was very responsive when we hit some snags with accessing included amenities and when a minor maintenance question came up. We especially appreciated the spacious parking, the central location and the screened in porch. Thanks!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We loved the amenities of the community but also were so close to the beaches and town. The property is very well maintained and clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great about checking on us and we couldn’t have had a nicer vacation. This is our second time staying at the house and we will be back.

Good overall family stay
Clean house, well appointed. Overall we had a positive stay, and I would recommend this rental. A few words of caution: the VRBO listing and information lacks some important detail and has some inaccurate information. When I did contact the owner, he was very responsive and provided additional detail. Be aware: the community center and pool are NOT included in your rental, but can be accessed for an additional fee. This was important to our rental, and was a big disappointment. The owner did send the correct information through the email communication, but it was buried deep in the email in a very dense document. That should be trusted more than the listing for property detail.

We were in town for a wedding so my siblings and families rented this house. It was conveniently located and the space was great. Not having linens and towels provided was challenging since many of us were flying in.

Holiday Happiness
This was our family’s first experience using vrbo, and it could not have been easier or more enjoyable. The rental process was simple and straightforward. The property was lovely, very tastefully decorated, and came with everything we needed, which was especially nice since we ventured there for Thanksgiving and prepared our meals at the house. We also enjoyed walks around the neighborhood path and evening family foosball tournaments. Oh, and yes, the beaches (which are very close and easy to access, especially during the off-season)! But most important to us was our interaction with the host, Mr. Lulli. Throughout our rental experience, he was very kind, easy to communicate with, and really seemed to care about our family enjoying our time at his property. We couldn’t recommend him or his vacation home more highly.

A wonderful community experience
We very much enjoyed our stay on the 6th hole of a golf course set within a wonderful community. A wonderful friendly open air experience where we enjoyed bike riding to the beach, golfing in the sunshine, and sitting on the back deck or in the Adirondack chairs out front of the house for coffee in the morning or relaxing close to the day. The perfect house for a simple getaway vacation!
PS - the hosts we absolutely great with communication and very responsive!

Family vacation
We had a great week. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. It was a nice, quiet location, a quick drive to the beach or to town to shop. Fernando was great to work with and answered every question we had very quickly. We were a little uncertain about what to do with our vacation plans this year but we are definitely glad we decided to still go!
