Nestled in Surprise, this lovely house for $136 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to the Cottages at Sierra Verde in the city of Surprise! Located in a very Quiet and Family-Friendly neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is fully furnished and ready for you to simply Relax and Enjoy your vacation. The master bedroom has a King Bed, private bathroom with double sinks and 32” flat screen television. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and 32" flat screen television. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed. All mattresses are of high quality and are very comfortable, and sheets are also of highest quality. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet for all of your clothes. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located upstairs. Downstairs is a living room with 42” flat screen television and two leather love seats. The kitchen has Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances and a full set of cookware to enjoy cooking at home. The dining area is located just off of the kitchen and has sliding doors to the outside area where you can barbeque for dinner. A patio in front offers a place to enjoy your morning coffee and ease into the day. A large green space is in front of the home and provides a nice area for children to play within view, or to simply watch the quail wander by. Utilities, linens and other amenities are included. The home has cable television and wifi Activities near the home are numerous. A Community Pool, Hot Tub and Playgrounds are a short walk away. You are just minutes from the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Major League Baseball spring training and under 10 miles from the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres spring training. An aquatic center and tennis complex are a short distance away. The area around Surprise has many golf courses and plenty of hiking opportunities. A beautiful Fitness Center (offering weekly memberships) is within two miles. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and you are close to a movie theater and shopping centers. We loved this VRBO. Super clean, plenty of space, comfy bed. Checkin instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Once inside the unit, the included instructions for our stay were extremely helpful. We had a minor issue at the beginning but we reached out to the host and he quickly responded and helped us resolve the problem. Having access to a garage was so much easier than needing to find parking. Highly recommended - we plan to stay here again next time we are in the area! Thank you!

We didn’t have a perfect stay but it wasn’t Larry the property owner’s fault. We were there to play baseball, and it was 120 degrees most of our stay. Yuck! But that’s Phoenix in July. The property is very nice, Larry is a super responsive host, and he bent over backward to get us in the pool when our key fob wouldn’t work. Everything is as advertised. He is a great host.

ONLY complaint would be pool is a few blocks away, its a townhome community. But nice pool and hot tub. Family neighborhood with parks near by. Owner was quick to reply to my 1 or 2 questions. nice time!

This location is minutes from the Royals training center and close (20 minutes) to Dodgers/White Sox and Padres/Mariners training facilities. Larry was accommodating and easy to communicate with (prompt responses as well). The home was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Each child had their own room and the master bedroom is big with a large walk-in closet. The house was well stocked and we really appreciated the extra goodies in the closet including the pool toys, lawn chairs, coolers, frisbee golf. Having a garage was a nice bonus as well. With family in the area, we don't have to look any further the next time we're in town because we'll be staying here again!
