Welcome to our home in a quiet neighborhood that provides all the comforts and amenities of your home. Relax in your private pool (w/optional heating) surrounded by palms and a spacious covered patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy outdoor living with the large turf area, BBQ grill, outdoor TV, and fire table or unwind on the front porch swing. **Pool Heat is optional and has an additional $65-$70 daily cost (dependent on length of stay) to cover natural gas expenses and must be paid prior to check-in. If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know at the time of booking. *Ring Security Doorbell at the front door. *By booking a reservation you are confirming you have read and agree to the House Rules. The large and open kitchen is fully stocked including coffee and a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, large griddle, dishware, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, blender, and more. There are additional Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom (with your own subscriptions). Ceiling fans complete each room, along with, plenty of closet space and dressers. Conveniently located close to all that Arizona has to offer--hiking, sports (spring training, football, PIR, hockey, and golfing), Lake Pleasant, and Westgate Entertainment District. There are 67 golf courses in or near Surprise. LOCATION: *Under 2 miles you will find Starbucks, major grocery stores (Fry's and Bashas'), gas stations, salon and spa, and restaurants. The home was perfect for my brother and our families to meet and spend time for the holidays. The hosts were exceptional at having all the amenities we could need!!! I will ask for the pool to be heated next time! We cant wait to come back and visit!

The house and pool were great! We did Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was decently furnished for that! The knives left somewhat to be desired and the cookware had to be cleaned before we could use it, but that was an easy enough fix for us. The owners were very prompt in responses and helpful with any problem we encountered. The couches in the living room weren't "movie night" comfy, but they sufficed. The lamps in the bedroom and the living room didn't work but we didn't need them so it was not an issue for us. Overall it was a nice vacation for us!

We were so impressed with the home which is tucked in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and total cleanliness throughout the house. We brought our 2 small dogs and the back yard was a blessing all fenced in with artificial turf so safe. We will stay here again and recommend to everyone! Thank you 😊

We had a wonderful stay. The homw was comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything you could want/need. We spent a huge amount of time relaxing by the pool, reading, having meals, and just enjoying the winddown from a very full summer. We would definitley come back for another stay.

We loved this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious, modern, and clean, and everything that we might have needed was provided. The layout of the home really worked well for our group, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice, and the location was close to most all of the things that we had planned. One of the best parts of our stay was getting to use the amazing pool - it was awesome! The owners made sure that we all all of the information that we needed about Check-in, Check-out, and the use of the home. We enjoyed it so much that we would make it a tradition!

Great house for a small group. Beds were comfortable and it was great having 2 bathrooms. Just a couple of friends taking a getaway from home. Enjoyed the pool and patio soaking in the sun. Nice quiet location. Did not have any issues with neighbors. The internet was hit or miss most of the time which made streaming movies difficult but overall was fine. Nice house and I would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time ! The property was very clean and comfortable! We had a hiccup with the heater on the pool and the owners responded and fixed it promptly. They also offered and reimbursed us for the inconvenience ! Will hopefully be able to stay there again in the future , as our son and family live close by !

A couple items that I addressed with owner: 1. Lack of chairs for pool area. 2. Spa light not working. 3. Refrigerator leaking with water on floor when we checked in. 4. Dishwasher damaged. 5. We had 4 vehicles, so $20 for each vehicle to park at the house seemed excessive. Overall, great experience because we had the entire family. But a few improvements necessary.

There is great wifi for streaming on the smart TVs but there is no cable TV. This is fine if you are familiar with streaming and have subscriptions. It would be good to know in advance. The home is very nice well equipped and the king bed in the master is very comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood except for the frequent weekday jet flyovers from the nearby Air Force base. All of that considered we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful modern house in a safe quiet neighborhood. Owners are very friendly and good communicators. Plenty of stores and restaurants in close range. Nice pool in the fenced in backyard with lovely landscaping. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this property. The pool was a saving Grace from the heat. The TV outside was awesome. We used it for music and really enjoyed BBQ at patio, The seemingly instant communication when we had questions and such was amazing, We HIGHLY recommend this property.

Wow! Great house with an amazing backyard! The backyard was so incredible with a fantastic pool, grill and even a TV for a perfect night under the stars.
