Let the sound of the waves wash through worries. New balcony hot tub ready for your soaks overlooking the beach! The water slide is a total WoW! Residing in Orange Beach, Alabama, Turquoise Place resort is located on a sugary white beach, drips with amenities, and beckons a low key, care free lifestyle. Amenities are generous at Turquoise Place and have recently expanded to include a 400 foot water slide, outdoor movie screen, putting green, splash pad and more. Waddle the hours away drifting on the lazy river and soak up the sun with a cool drink on the expansive deck. Nearby is a playground for small children. A grand two story indoor recreation area features a pool, two hot tubs, and a deck overlooking the Gulf. Relax in the adjacent therapeutic sauna and steam room, designed with mosaics in the Turquoise signature style. Exercise with free weights or state of the art Nautilus machines. A heated curvilinear outdoor swimming pool facing the Gulf features water fountain sculptures and a tiki bar. Every detail throughout the resort is a delight, inside and out. The architectural design along the Perdido Beach Drive corridor features modern curved glass walls reflecting vibrant rhythms of the Gulf. Facing the beach, generously sized balconies offer expansive views of glistening water by day and shimmering moonlight by night. Upon entering the covered parking area, a interior courtyard reaches to the sky, featuring a four story water wall. Just steps from parking, one of 6 signature elevators will whisk you up to Rejuvenate. The unit offers panoramic vistas of the Gulf without missing the sound of waves gently lapping on the shore. The unit is centrally located, offering east and west views of glorious sunrises and sunsets. The spacious 2400 sq. ft. unit offers a living area, kitchen, master suite, 2 bedroom suites, laundry, and a three and a half baths. With ceilings at 10 feet, a full height hurricane resistant glass wall facing the gulf welcomes natural light into the master bedroom and living area. The unit is wired for voice, high speed data, and cable. Amenities throughout include luxury faucets, granite counter tops, and quality appliances. In addition to the living area, a generously sized 400 sq. ft. balcony offers lounging and dining. Saunter away quiet moonlit evenings in the Jacuzzi tub or enjoy your favorite fare from the grill with family and friends. At the flick of a switch, a glowing fireplace sets the mood in the spacious living area. Enjoy soft music or a favorite cable channel or movie with surround sound on the 42” flat screen TV. Xbox 360 is also available to play your favorite games. The master suite features a bedroom sized for a king. And it has a pullout full sofa for the kids. The master bath has a large tub for soaking and a double sink vanity, and glass shower with multiple water heads. The kitchen is equipped with appliances fitting of a chef’s dream. Gourmet meals may be prepared with the assistance of a Wolf gas stove, convection oven, warmer, and microwave. The kitchen also features a generously sized Kitchen Aid refrigerator and dishwasher. Enjoy wine chilled from the wine cooler, or mix a cocktail at the bar, conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and living area. An oversized ice machine will more than supply your needs if cold drinks are in order. In addition to the master suite, two bedroom suites offer quiet separation and full baths. One bath features a Jacuzzi tub and the other, a glass shower enclosure with a luxury shower wand. Turquoise Place provides a signature lifestyle experience to those with discerning taste. Note that we are owner managed and no person should ever ask you to wire transfer. The building management has a 2 car limit per unit in the garage. Parking passes and keys are provided at check in at the lobby desk in the D building. They will ask for a drivers license of the guest name we have on the reservation. The requirement is that the guest be at least 25 years of age and that the adult remain in the unit the entire booking period. We also have a clean beach policy at Turquoise Place, which means that personal items cannot remain on the beach overnight--other than those items placed voluntarily in the unlocked bin provided by the property for all Turquoise guests. Note that vehicle parking spaces need to be registered in advance; any vehicles above 2 will go to an overflow lot on space available basis and at an extra fee in the rental agreement as directed by the building management/ HOA. Parking fees are included in your booking amount thru VRBO pricing. My family joined us here for my 50th birthday celebration. We had more than enough room for 6 adults. Ample supplies in the kitchen for cooking, we even enjoyed grilling dinner one night on the balcony. Amazing views!

The condo was just as described. The ice machine was very nice (small cubes that fit great in my thermos). Large balcony with a gas grill. They checked the hot tub frequently. They had to drain, clean, and refill one day during our stay due to PH being off, but we back in it, in 24 hours. Owner was very nice and promptly answered all questions pre-stay. The master bedroom had a pull-out sofa that fit my two teenage daughters. The queen room had a twin-size bed. The other King room has a small ottoman that would only accommodate if a small child. Large, spacious refrigerator. The master bathroom is huge and has an attached walk-in closet with plenty of space to hang your clothing and store your luggage during your stay. I will say, if you are planning on using the oven, it takes an extremely long time to preheat. I would start preheating 30 min before ready to use it. If you are considering using the church parking lot as an option for a 3rd vehicle to avoid extra charges, my dad parked his vehicle there all week and it was safe and there were no issues all week leaving it there. The church is just about a mile away from Turqouise. Overall, we loved the condo and would definitely come back!!

Loved our stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location is great, nice pool, right on the beach, lazy river, restaurant poolside. They have fun activities for the little kids all thru the day! Will definitely book 806-D again!

This was our 2nd vacation at Turquoise Place and it was great to see the property in excellent condition even after 7 years since our first visit. Our condo was fabulous with a spectacular gulf view, very spacious for the 7 of us and had plenty of activities for all ages including the lazy river, pools and beach.

The views & unit itself were something out of a travel brochure. Just beautiful! We had a wonderful time cooking in the kitchen and grilling on the balcony. There was one slight hiccup while at the unit and that was actually a building-wide issue where the hot tubs were out of commission for our entire 10 day stay. We were bummed and we’re really looking forward to enjoying the balcony hot tub. Other than that, our trip was phenomenal!

Size and location of the condo on the property were excellent. It’s right in front of the second set of elevators, which is very convenient to accessing the pools and parking deck. Highly recommend this condo/property and look forward to renting again next year.

We have a girls trip every year and this was our first time at Turqoiuse. The condo was beautiful and was fully stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! The Owner is very sweet and very helpful! We will definetly stay here again! Dale Miller

Such a great condo at one of our favorite destinations, Turquoise Place! The condo is so comfortable and homey feeling. It was just as pictured! Great stocked kitchen! We had a minor maintenance issue and the owners handled it so quickly! They were so easy to communicate with. We will absolutely be repeat guests!

Beautiful and Relaxing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our first vacation since my mom has been in a wheelchair. The owners answered all of my questions immediately and put my mind at ease. My mom was able to easily navigate around this super spacious condo. My children would have stayed at the lazy River forever. It was a perfect place for them to float and play. My family, all ages, had a fantastic time!

Magnificent Condo!
Absolutely Gorgeous Condo with a hot tub on the balcony!! The interior decorations were spectacular (I am going to paint my bedroom and guest room to match) We had absolutely everything you need in the kitchen. A dream last beach trip for my 84 year old mother. Sitting on the deck was as enjoyable as going down to the beach or pool. We were able to manage her mobility issues from garage to condo with direct elevator access to both just a few steps away! Thank you for sharing your bounty by making such luxury accommodations affordable for our family! ❤️
