Phoenix Orange Beach 1603 Come enjoy one of the newest Resort Complex on the Alabama Gulf Coast!! Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 16th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 58" HDTV in the master, and a 43" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10. All beds have upgraded memory foam mattresses and we even have a high chair for the little ones. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have the 3br unit directly next door and the 4br unit on the same floor should you have a large group and need more space! Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Phoenix Rentals made it super easy to reserve & stay in this beautiful condo in Orange Beach. Our group really loved the space, the large round table for gathering and the balcony offered plenty seating. The minor issue with the ice maker was addressed with one phone call. We were very pleased. We did find the lazy river in need of cleaning but it was off season so maybe that’s why it was not attended to while we were there. Would recommend.

This was our 2nd year staying in the Phoenix Orange Beach but the first time in this particular unit. We LOVE the location, views, and access this property provides. However, our family felt this particular until was not as clean or well-maintained as the unit we stayed previously. Once we got into the unit, we noticed a few things: there was a bag of dirty linens or trash left on a side table in the living room, a lamp was broken in the primary bedroom (still functional though), and the floors felt somewhat grimey. We also noticed that the couch was quite worn (and not the most comfortable) and the rug and some of the furniture looked dingy. The other callout from our family was that a couple of the mattresses were extremely hard/firm. Overall, the unit was OK. The unit we stayed in previously was one of the most well-maintained properties we've ever stayed in so our expectations were very high. However, I think better/updated furniture and a better cleaning crew could really elevate this property.

We had a great stay at this condo! If you're looking for a great place 1603 is the one you want. We enjoyed seeing Dolphins swim by every morning and watching the fishing boats set out for the morning as well.
If you're looking to relax and enjoy every moment then this place is it. Will stay here again!

The condo was perfect. Enough room for everyone, the kitchen has everything. Time on the patio provided great conversations and daily views of dolphins and/or sharks. The lazy River was so relaxing and one of our favorite things to do. We’ll be back!

Phoenix Orange Beach was the perfect location for our family trip. It is on a beautiful beach. The balcony was perfect for watching beach life or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The grandkids loved the lazy river and water slide. The zero entrance pool was perfect for the littlest ones to play in. Conveniently located so we could walk to the store for groceries or other supplies.

The actual property, The Phoenix was amazing! Our “hosts” on the other hand…AWFUL! Take pictures of everything right when you walk in the door, they accused us of breaking a chair that was already broken, damaging the linens, and trashing the place. The male host called me 30 minutes after leaving the property yelling that we had trashed the place. We’d taken the trash out, did the dishes, we swept the floor. We paid a cleaning deposit when booking and they are now trying to charging us hundreds for “damages.” I have not received an invoice or anything explaining the extra charges. 100% do NOT recommend booking with these hosts. Awful experience

One of the best condos I have ever stayed in - everything was clean and ready on arrival. Three couples staying together for a week and we all had our own bedrooms with attached baths. The living room has one of the best views EVER. Panoramic ocean views complete with pelican fly overs. This condo was larger than my home and the open concept and balcony allowed you to converse ir sit and read. Everything was easy from check in to check out.

We just love this property!! The condo is beautiful and spacious for our large family. The water slide and lazy river is great for the kiddos who don’t always like the ocean water. The chair and umbrella service is fantastic and worth it. My mom comes with us and always gets to know the security and cleaning crew and they’re all so wonderful! The location is perfect and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the publix grocery

Spacious. Comfortable beds & seating. Lovely ocean/beach/pool view. Fabulous in almost every way! Everything was almost perfect and we throughly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach! We would definitely choose to stay here again. The biggest reason this isn’t a “perfect” rating, is because of how absolutely disgusting the floors were. They “looked” fine but we quickly found out how in dire need for a deep clean the tile and rugs were. If we walked around barefoot at the condo our feet would be black!! We had to wear shoes or socks just so we didn’t have to wash our feet multiple times a day. Could use a good deep steam clean of tile & shampoo on rugs and that service kept up on a routine basis is.
Also, there IS a need for maintenance to fix the door stop to the main door as it does not stay up and we had to tape it. Parents, who are older, we’re having to bend down and try to hold it while they door shut and it often was a hassle as it was not easy to maneuver, especially for them.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more. Close to some awesome stuff. No issues. Quiet. Relaxing. We will be back!

Every year we take a family vacation with our two grown girls and their spouses and we always stay at VRBO’s. This one was by far the best one we have stayed in. Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom, the kitchen was so well stocked that we didn’t need to use any of the items we brought with us due to not having them in previous rentals and the view and lazy river were amazing! The only thing we wished we had were a couple of beach chairs.
Definitely will recommend to other family members who also do yearly family vacations.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at
Every year we take a family vacation with our two grown girls and their spouses and we always stay at VRBO’s. This one was by far the best one we have stayed in. Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom, the kitchen was so well stocked that we didn’t need to use any of the items we brought with us due to not having them in previous rentals and the view and lazy river were amazing! The only thing we wished we had were a couple of beach chairs.
Definitely will recommend to other family members who also do yearly family vacations.

The unit was beautiful! Exceptionally clean and everything worked well. Beds were very comfortable- I would make one recommendation- upgrade pillows. We love MyPillow bc you can wash and dry easily and always stay fluffy- the pillows they had were pancake flat. Bring your own or upgrade for the best sleep. Everything else was top notch and would not hesitate to recommend or book again!!
