There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore! STUNNING VIEWS Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo balcony. The balcony has Adirondack chairs and a small table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains. This condo is a bright condo with a 270 degree view and natural sunlight. SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOM / 2 FULL BATHROOM The M&M Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 1,181 square feet which sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. This charming mountain modern themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay. WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals. DINING AREA The dining table seats six guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats two more. LARGE LIVING AREA This condo has a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking. THE NATIONAL FOREST The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes. At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street.
