By Far Cottage is a luxury five-bed, seven-bath home located adjacent to Farmington Country Club, less than five minutes’ drive from the University of Virginia and within easy reach of all Charlottesville’s amenities. This gracious living space features premium furnishings and bedding, ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom (primary bedroom on main floor), multiple entertaining areas with two gas fireplaces, an eat-in kitchen seating 12 guests, screened porch with dining table and chairs for 8, card room with exterior deck, pool table and wood-burning fire pit set in three leafy acres.
Up to five couples can be comfortably accommodated. Please note that no parties or gatherings of any kind may be hosted at our home, out of courtesy to our neighbors.
Our preference is that all guests be aged 13 and above.

Very nice house in a beautiful, quiet location, but very near to the University and shopping. Everything was as stated on the website. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again, if traveling to Charlottesville!
