This property was excellent for visiting for the football game and seeing our college kids. The place was extremely clean and all the notes around the house made for no questions about where something was. So many thoughtful items from wine, cheese and crackers to to-go coffee cups, to a bag of ice left in the freezer, this host covered all the details. Highly recommended!

The house is adorable and fit our party of 3 very well. I visited with my mom and aunt, and our KStater also stayed one night. The kitchen has everything you need, and the backyard is a great place to relax and hang out. Would love to stay again before graduation đź’ś

We absolutely loved our stay! Incredible host and fantastic location. Everything was incredibly well kept and stocked. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, and dishes. We loved the backyard too, which had plenty of seating and a well manicured lawn. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This house is absolutely perfect! It’s located within walking distance of downtown and the mall (the farmers market on Saturday morning is amazing). Also, we were so impressed with how well the house is stocked, the grill worked great and fire pit was a perfect ending to the day. My family will definitely be staying here again.

This is a gem in Manhattan. We went to Farmer’s market, Bramlage, downtown, and Aggieville and it was central to everything. Super clean and organized. Would 100% stay again!

Smooth navigation throughout the whole process, this rental was perfect for our needs. My husband and I along with our young adult sons traveled up for a holiday visit with our eldest son and his new wife. There was plenty of space for everyone; plenty of beds and a bonus bathroom was a big plus. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well-outfitted had we wanted to. The home was very clean and well-maintained. We'd love to stay there again when we travel back to Manhattan!

We rented this home for the week of Thanksgiving. We were in town to spend time with our son in the Army. We come up each year to cook a turkey dinner for our son and his friends. Sheryl has made this home a great destination and an overall awesome experience. She is very easy to communicate with. The home is clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding are way above standard. House has everything you need and 2 baths are a plus! Destination is awesome. You can easily walk to downtown and grab a smothered breakfast burrito at Chefs, or walk over to Aggieville and grab a chicken fried steak at Kites. Campus is just a few steps further. This is a great college town to enjoy a football game - students and alumni were very accommodating and outwardly friendly. Hope to make it back and if I do I will definitely reach out to Sheryl and stay here again. Thanks so much for having us!

This house is just as listed! We had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for our group of 6. The location is great. The backyard is awesome with chairs, wood stacked and ready for the fire pit!
Kitchen is fully stocked and organized with anything you need for making meals. We will be staying again.
