Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a large fenced back yard for entertaining. 4 blocks from the high school and 5 blocks from K-State campus, your family will be close to everything! The 3 bedrooms are spacious, sleeping up to 9 with a king, 2 queen's, a full & a twin. Open living room & dining room with 4 recliners, 65 inch Roko TV and panoramic Wi-Fi. This is an excellent house to stay in. It’s even better than the photos. We were in Manhattan to visit family and this house allowed us to either be inside or outside at a table on the patio. There’s sufficient parking in the driveway for two vehicles. The house is located near the zoo and only 10 min or so from downtown where we enjoyed restaurants, the Farmers Market, and shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely spotless! Very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when we accidentally locked the bathroom door and couldn't get back in. Was very gracious and attentive. Would definitely recommend anyone staying in Manhattan to choose this property! Very nice!

Nice large home, plenty of space, backyard is a nice retreat. Host was responsive and made sure everything was okay. Very clean with good bedding, fluffy towels, and all the basic needs. One of the few properties that i haven't had to make a dollar store run to pick up a basic item. Location is in an older established neighborhood, quiet and safe. Close enough to the college and other area attractions. It is very close to a beutiful Cemetery. Kitchen had all that we needed for supplies. Large fridge and newer appliances throughout.
