About this house rental
Located in Park City, this attractive house for $704 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located just steps from historic Main Street in Old Town Park City. It has a large open floor plan with 2 Large King Main Bedroom Suites. Relax outside in the hot tub or by a fireplace after a day at the ski resorts with Main Street restaurants, shopping, and nightlife all just a short walk away. This home is ideal for 2 families or small groups that like to cook like we do. The home offers a large open concept with fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Room that seats up to 10, and 2 Living areas with plenty of seating to lounge. One of the large Guest Bedrooms has 3 queen beds and a sitting area with a 55' HDTV. Working from home is a breeze here complete with a desk, plug-in large desktop display, Scanner/Printer and an ultrafast wifi internet is available throughout the home. For those familiar with Old Town in Park City, this home sits near the upper entrance to Main Street near the Wasatch Brew Pub. There are dozens of highly rated restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk from the house. The street location is near the intersection of Hillside Ave and Prospect Street and just off Marsac Avenue where you can drive straight up to Silver Lake Lodge, Stein Ericson Lodge, The Montage, and Empire Lodge in Deer Valley. The Town Chair Lift it is a nice walk and all downhill on Main Street. Uphill at the end of the day you would definitely want to use the trolley or transportation but if you do walk you have lots of bars and restaurants along the way. The Town Lift is located near Butchers Restaurant at 751 Main St Park City, UT 84060 Bedroom Info: Ensuite Bedroom 1 Upper Level - King Bed (bath has a two person jetted tub and shower) Ensuite Bedroom 2 Main Level - King Bed (bath has large soaker tub and shower) Bedroom 3 Upper Level - 3 Queen Beds + TV area (private bath) Bedroom 4 Lower Level - 1 Queen Bed (shared bath) Bedroom 5 Lower Level - 1 Full and 1 Single Bed (shared bath). Can sleep up to 14 people all in 8 beds total. Extra Guest Fee: There is an extra guest fee that is added to groups of over 6. The first 6 guests are included in the base rate. I charge $25/night/guest up to 14 guests. More than 14 guests are not allowed. The 14 guests limit is intended for families, and I do not recommend more than 12 adults. Note: There is a 5th bathroom with shower located on the main level. Towels, sheets, cookware, most spices, paper towels, shampoo and toiletries are all provided. There is a cone filter coffee maker provided and ground coffee. There is also a Kureg single cup coffee maker but you should bring your own pods for that one. All 6 TVs are new UHD smart Android TVs on a Dish HD satellite DVR system 65" OLED TV in the den has Airplay 70" UHD TV in he upper master bedroom also has Airplay For Work From Home: Lightning fast 150+GB Internet Large desk workspace 32" 4K Monitor w/ USBC charging HP OfficeJet 8035 Printer/Scanner No Pets - No Smoking Inside - No Parties - No Extra Guests Initial deposit can be paid online by credit card. If booked through my Poole-Properties site there are no added fees. Remaining payments will be requested by check and include a 5% discount.

Park City Mardi Gras
This property was perfect for my family and friends. We have 3 small children who very much enjoyed the upstairs bedroom next to the master. Perfect for a family. Then 3 other bedrooms on the bottom 2 floors, plenty of space for our friends who tagged along. Super convenient location to downtown. We did have to have someone drive us to the base, but it worked out perfectly b/c my husband doesn't ski and was able to play chauffeur. I would be a hike with gear to get to Town lift, I will say. BUT if you are a group of friends and up for the challenge, certainly a beautiful walk. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. Spice drawer was on point, so no need to buy any of that at the grocery store :) Overall, we were so happy with our trip and would absolutely stay again.

Amazing home in a perfect location!
Our family of 7 stayed in this home for a hiking vacation. Wow, the location and comfort of the home couldn't be more ideal! The home itself is large, super comfortable, and gorgeously furnished. Our boys enjoyed the hot tub every day after hiking, and we were able to spend wonderful quality time around the large dining table or in the two spacious living areas. The house is just a short walk to Main Street, so we could easily enjoy shopping, dining, and gallery hopping. It's just a 5-10 minute drive to Park City, Deer Valley, and Canyons resorts (or easily walkable to the Transit Center to use public buses to the resorts). I would recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy Park City!

Nice big home close to Main Street! Amazing open kitchen for cooking.
My group all really enjoyed staying close to main street with great restaurants, bars and shops. Some liked to take a day off skiing and walk 5 min to town to shop and eat and meet up with the skiers as well. The 2 master bedroom configuration is great for 2 large families and with 3 more guest bedrooms (and 1 with 3 queen beds) it was perfect for our group. The TV setup worked great with good sports coverage and we used the DVR to record our favorite sports and TV shows on nights we went out. The open kitchen was well equipped and we stayed in and cooked some nights over the holiday then had fun playing games. The hot tub was awesome for a soak to warm up and relax after a day on the slopes. We also loved having the Sonos sound system throughout. And after either connecting to the adaptor (or adding the Sonos app to my phone) we could play our music. The Sonos also has "Alexa" to ask "Play Music" or ask "What is the Weather" or "Set the alarm for 8AM" on powder days. I highly recommend this home.

The house was great - lots of room to allow the family to be very comfortable. Many meals and games were shared in the kitchen and living areas. Plus the skiing was awesome!
