The newly expanded private balcony is the best seat in town—perfect for morning coffee, lazy lunches, and sunset dinners as boats cruise by and the harbor turns gold.

I have never had a better POC than Robin! She was amazing. Incredibly communicative and responsive. She followed through over and above for anything I asked about. The space itself was as advertised, at a good price, in a wonderful location. We walked in to downtown every morning for coffee and brought it back to enjoy the lovely deck overlooking the canal, then walked back later in the day to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Most of the people we talked to in the shops were the owners themselves, and every person was friendly and helpful. The beach was an easy walk, but there was also plenty of parking there if we had wanted to drive. There was a restaurant right next door where we sat at the patio bar for dinner and to watch a World Cup game. The area felt very safe and quiet, but there was still a lot to do. Lewes was lovely!We spent one day in Rehoboth, which was an easy drive, and walked the boardwalk there where we saw a pod of dolphins fairly close to shore! My one issue is with the apparent restriction (whether from the city or the management company or some other entity I do not know, but many properties in Lewes have this restriction) that limits things like providing linens, paper products, etc. That’s a first for me, and it felt like a warning instead of a welcome. The only reason I still left a 5 star rating was because I knew the host did not have a choice, and because Robin was so amazing! We already want to go back to Lewes!

Really cute condo! Great location on the canal. Walk to the beach was a little too long. We did end up driving and it wasn’t too hard finding a parking spot closer. Close to restaurants and shops!

Overall wonderful experience. Communication was great and the check in process was very easy. Pool is very nice and the sunset views is the cherry on top! Highly recommend.

Great location, very short walk to all the restaurants and shops and about a mile to the beach. The unit smelled a little musty, but that can be expected for an aged beach property. It’s not mentioned in the posting that renters need to provide their own linens and toiletries. We found this out just days before our stay and had traveled from the west coast.
