About this apartment rental
Beautiful first floor condo literally right on the beach (be sure to ask as most are not). Huge patio/balcony with table, umbrella, chairs, chaises, etc. You can actually "holler" down to the kids or the rest of your group to 'come eat'. The beach is in full 180 degree view and only a few steps away. There are only 6 condos like this in the Sans Souci, and the balcony is 30ft by 35ft...the biggest you will find!
This complex was freshly painted in 2019, with new turtle friendly lighting added in the garage. The balcony staircase and beach walkover are brand new for 2020 as well! If you enjoy swimming laps, check out our awesome pool and hot tub, and all of our walkways and patios were re-surfaced with brick pavers in 2016. The Sans Souci is right across the street from Peg Leg Pete's, a local favorite seafood restaurant, oyster bar and grille with children's playground in the sand. Also an island favorite convenience store, Tom Thumb, is right across the street as well. You never have to get in your car after unpacking.
You have covered parking in the garage for one car right under your unit and an outdoor parking lot for one more vehicle. This is a gated property, so please do not bring extra vehicles.
This first floor unit has been a requested rental for a long time and many of the guests return every year as everyone simply loves it here. We finished a facelift for the kitchen with new countertops in 2014, and I have put a new 55 inch Sony 4G smart tv in the living room. 32 inch smart televisions are wall mounted in both bedrooms. I think everyone will love the newly remodeled bathrooms for 2020! No more shower curtains, tubs to step over or mirrors on all of the walls! Everything has been replaced...even the sheetrock and ceiling. Fresh paint on the kitchen cabinets as well. This is my personal vacation home so I like it to be comfortable and convenient-as well as pretty.
Just as a note, the view out of the sliding glass door is almost like being on a cruise ship, the ocean is just a hop, skip and jump away. You will love it here!

Our hostess was very hospitable, excellent communication. The condo itself was clean, well decorated, great amenities, convenient location to everything. Great view from the patio which is right on the beach. We look forward to returning.

The building itself is an older building but really well maintained. The condo is on the smaller side but comfortable for 4 people. Well supplied, there was nothing that we wished we had. The communication with the owner was the best I’ve had. Would highly recommend.

The note were written by my 12 and 13 year old daughters: We could not ask for a better place to stay for vacation! From the nice decorations to the awesome ocean view, we really enjoyed this condo. Love all the works and efforts put in to help us enjoy our stay. This is a marvelous week and we looking forward to staying here again some time. Until next time.
