Located in Wellfleet, this attractive house for $403 per night is a great option for your next break. Very spacious, light-filled contemporary home with all amenities, including air conditioning, located in a prime Wellfleet location. We are close to bayside beaches and coves for kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Oceanside beaches and freshwater ponds are a short drive away. Perfect rental for families looking for a peaceful setting and plenty of space. Our home offers one-level easy living. The spacious open plan Great Room (living/dining/kitchen) has large windows on three sides, with sliding doors leading onto a large deck overlooking the private back yard. Walk through a wide hall to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master bedroom has en-suite bathroom) as well as a separate sleeping area with 2 twin beds. The house has plenty of outdoor space for kids to play. It is very peaceful and quiet on a private circular road. Our house has everything you need for a great summer vacation - location, comfort, space, fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, high-speed wifi and a Smart TV linked to wifi with access to Netflix, Pandora, Google play, Hulu and other apps. Wellfleet is one of the most beautiful, welcoming communities for vacationing on Cape Cod with its many bayside and oceanside beaches as well as its large freshwater ponds for swimming, and miles of national seashore for biking, walking, and birding. Wellfleet is also an arts and cultural center on the Cape with the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre, Preservation Hall, Harbor Stage Company, many art galleries and potters’ studios and shows, exhibitions, and restaurants in nearby vibrant Provincetown. There are endless recreational possibilities within a few minutes of our home such as biking, kayaking, fishing and golf. Choose to swim at a bay beach, ocean beach or freshwater pond, or rent a boat and head across Wellfleet Bay to Jeremy Point. You can browse through second hand book stores, visit the Wellfleet flea market, and at night go to the drive-in or movie theater. All of this and more is a few minutes away... This house is great in every way. The layout is ideal for both family time & privacy. The kitchen is UNBELIEVABLY well stocked. The location of the home is convenient and accessible while feeling totally private. Owners are delightful to interact with. Super helpful and kind. Cannot wait to return next year!

Beautiful property with a big deck and grassy backyard that my kids loved to play in. Really liked the great room for spending time all together. Outdoor shower was a hit too. House is well stocked and clean.

The property was perfect for a family or a group of friends. Plenty of space. The living room, kitchen and dining room are beautiful and very spacious. The outside deck is amazing— very large and well furnished with Adirondack chairs, a beautiful table and chairs with umbrella. The outdoor shower was great and the hammock was very relaxing.

We had a lovely week in Wellfleet! The house is very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could ever need. The back deck and yard are awesome, with an outdoor shower, fire pit and hammock. It was a great spot for my 4-year old. Shirley was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Greatly recommend!

Beautiful inside and out. Filled with everything a person could need or want... from kitchen items and pantry supplies, to beach chairs and umbrellas. Gorgeous and huge living area ... very comfy and clean. Beautiful outdoor wraparound deck with gas grill, great table and chairs. HIGHLY recommend this property.

Wonderful property in a great location with quick access to bay side beaches for kids, downtown Wellfleet and ocean side National Sea Shores. Lovely neighborhood, quiet and relaxing. Everything you would need for a nice day at the beach provided e.g. beach chairs, sumbrella etc. Powerhouse grill on site. Quality a/c in every room, every room comfortable in High July heat. Cabinet full of family board games to play with. Shirley very helpful and easy to deal with. Recommended.

We had the best stay at Shirley’s Wellfleet home. The layout of the home is perfect. Living space on one side and sleeping on the other. This worked out well with our 6 and 8 year old. The home is spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The deck is an amazing space to enjoy morning coffee or a cocktail after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower is perfect and the back yard and landscaping is beautiful! We cooked a lot and couldn’t have been more pleased with the kitchen and grill. We can’t wait to return next year!

We stayed at the Welfleet house for a week over the summer and it was perfect for our needs as a large family with children. The huge great room was a fantastic place for all of us to hang out, the kids had a great time in the well-maintained backyard, and having A/C units which can be adjusted by room was great for days and nights when it was hot. The house is also located in close proximity to many of the Outer Cape attractions, and we really enjoyed swimming in the ponds and exploring all the different beaches, both bay and ocean sides of the Cape. Highly recommend this property!

I spent a week at the house with my girlfriend, more than enough room for the two of us. It was great hanging out in the open/airy Great Room/on the deck outside and the house was immaculate when we arrived. There were no hitches whatsoever and the owners were responsive/very cordial throughout communications. I would highly recommend a stay here for a nice, tranquil time away!

The house and yard are spacious and lovely. The great room makes the house! It is huge and comfortable, and well equipped. We were 5 adults, and we had ample place to be together, or do our own thing, without getting in each other's way. The huge deck off the great room is another fantastic feature. The bedrooms are in another section of the house, which was a nice feature too. They were very comfortable. The house is located in a woodland area, which is beautiful to walk in. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.

Visiting Cape Cod from London, England, we stayed at this property for a week. We fully endorse the previous review comments, and found that the delightful owners and this excellent house exceeded all our expectations. The owners' description and photographs do not exaggerate in any way. Nothing was too much trouble for Shirley and Charles. With loving care, they have equipped and furnished the house with every convenience and comfort.We took advantage of all the opportunities to visit the nearby beaches and lakes (which the locals call 'ponds') and to explore the quaint little villages and harbours and the glorious town of Provincetown at the tip of the island, all within easy reach.We would heartily recommend the house no matter how long or short your stay. It is a peaceful treasure we will be delighted to revisit.Anita and Philip
