Salty Breeze is the perfect spot for your group of family and friends to gather, relax, and spend a glorious week in paradise right on the beach! The walls of windows on the entire main floor bring the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right into the open concept living and dining area. This great space lets everyone be together yet allows a separate dining/game/tv area; large kitchen/prep area; and another tv/lounging area. Plenty of room to spread out!!! Everything you need to cook a simple or gourmet meal can be found in this kitchen. Dine around the large table, sit around the 2 kitchen islands, or throw open the sliders and serve under the sun or stars on the huge gulf front deck. 2 picnic tables will fit your entire group outside while listening to the the waves crash on the shore and the seagulls fly overhead. Grab a drink or a quick snack before heading down the stairs to the sand and surf! Salty Breeze features 2 separate king-sized primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All bathrooms have recently been re-modeled. A third roomy bedroom sleeps 4, featuring 2 new full-sized beds. The fourth bedroom is a great place for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds and a large play area to do puzzles or games, sleeping 4. These two bedrooms open up to a large soundview deck, a great spot for your morning coffee or perfect place for a nightcap while watching the beautiful sunsets in the summertime! The upstairs fifth bedroom is a loft, featuring a queen-sized bed, and is a wonderful "private escape" area. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is a full-sized laundry room with new washer and dryer on the main floor. The beach access is just out your back door. The wooden dune crossover next door makes it very convenient to bring coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to the surf. There is enough parking to accommodate 5 cars as well as a charcoal grill for your use. This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.. After a long day of relaxing, playing, swimming and shelling, rinse off under the outdoor shower under the house and sort your shell "treasures" in this shady area. You can even grill your lunch or dinner here, where there is always a Salty Breeze awaiting you! My family gathered here to celebrate Christmas. We had nine people total: my parents, my brother and his family, and my family (six adults, three teenagers). We loved how the home is laid out--all common areas (living room, kitchen, dining area) are open and connected, and on the beach side, with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. We loved the large coffee table, which accommodated all of the big puzzles we worked on together. The four bedrooms are on the street side (the two on the ends also had ocean views). The large laundry room came in handy (roomy side-by-side machines, not small stackable ones). The outdoor shower came in handy on multiple occasions. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck, which offered clear views of truly spectacular sunsets. This was also hands-down the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in. We would all love to stay here again!

We stayed there for my wedding. We had a great time on the beach and appreciated the floats and toys left for our use. However, we had some issues during our stay. A mouse got into the house and ate our bread the first night. Maintenance put out two traps and by day 3, it was caught. The bigger issue was we discovered bed bugs! I will say the maintenance responded quickly and thoroughly cleaned, but this is not something we should have encountered in the first place. While I appreciate the refund they gave me, it did not even cover the cost of one nights stay. They did provide an option of moving to another house or getting a full refund, but we opted to stay since the wedding was 2 days away. It would have been nice to have more basic amenities too like extra toilet paper and more than just one trash bag. We asked maintenance about the trash bags. He said he would find out then never followed up. We ended up buying our own. The door handle to the porch broke as well, but maintenance did respond quickly again and fixed it. The overall condition of the furniture was not great. One of the Adirondack chairs was broken, the beds were not comfortable, and the couch had a hole in it. Furthermore, the house sleeps 14, but with the couch and loveseat, there’s only 5 seats in the living room. The rest of us had to stay in bedrooms or on the hard Adirondack chairs outside. So, while it’s a nice view, it was way overpriced for all we had to deal with when I should have been able to just relax and get ready for my wedding.

Loved the location and the view. We were able to check in very early which was so nice! Only issues were that several of the outlets don’t work throughout the house. I understand the home is huge and takes time to clean and turn over, but the 9 am check out was just a touch too early.

The house was amazing. The view and location was great. There is a little shower beach toy storage area at the bottom of the stairs which was perfect for leaving beach things in and showering sand off. Rooms were cozy and plenty of bathrooms for everyone

We rented this house as a Christmas gift to our children and their families. The house was wonderful! It was the perfect size to hold us and all three of our daughter's families,12 of us in all, and provided each family their own space. It was wonderful watching the sun rise over the ocean from the spacious deck every morning. Our grandbabies loved that it was just down a short path to play at the beach. The kitchen was open and centralized. Everyone could be part of conversations even from the living room. The house felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach access was perfect! We did have a hard time keeping the house as cool as we wanted during the day and the fridge went out the 4th day of our stay. They had someone come out immediately to address the issue. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it!

The house was perfectly located with direct walking path to the beach and next to public access if wanted. They had a great selection of beach toys available for the kids and lots of space for everyone.
The only downside was the refrigerator, which the instructions said to wait 24hrs to fully cool. We were a family of 9 staying only 4 days, so we felt the property management should already have that ready for guests upon arrival.
We had basic groceries that never cooled the following day, so we put everything in the freezer, but that never cooled either. When we called the property management the following night, he was prompt to arrive and said it froze and needed to be defrosted (which wasn't caused by us since it wasn't ever cold). He did bring us a cooler and ice to remedy the situation, while the fridge defrosted.
Overall the house was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The house definitely needs improvements. Subfloor is horrible! When walking in bathrooms, laundry room and hallway you feel the floor is going to cave in. First impression was disappointing since there was a leak that they didn’t tell us about until we brought it to their attention. After we brought it to their attention nothing was done. One of the bedrooms had a horrible smell from us having to dry carpet and clean up a leak that they should have done before we checked in.

Salty Breeze provided a lovely experience for our family vacation. All of us enjoyed the ocean views from every angle due to the abundant windows in the kitchen/dining/family area spanning the entire length of the house. Step outside the common areas to a genius deck pesky spindles or railings to obstruct your views. The Salty Breeze deck spaciously accommodates large gatherings. Furnishings were comfortable, the property was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware & utensils. We especially enjoyed the islands & dining seating for food prep and gathering for meals & snacks. Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provided excellent, responsive communication/service and promptly answered our questions & requests. Family members snorkeled, captured great shells, kayaked for fun and for fishing, surfed & soaked up the sun........all made easier due to the beachfront location. Our wild America sightings? Dolphins, rays breaching out of the waves and a manatee swimming close to shore! We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This was our first Beach House / Home Rental vacation, and Salty Breeze hit all the marks. Great views and direct access to the beach. The house was fully stocked, and shopping was convenient to get anything we needed. Bluemoon was highly responsive to all requests and concerns. The house was more than big enough for our group of six adults and one child. The deck and front area of the house overlooks the beach, which is always busy with activity. We were surprised to see so many people fishing right off the shore and still could not figure out you could swim there and not get hooked, but we managed. The first few days were perfect for swimming and having fun on the beach, but the weather did get windy and the remainder of the week were Red and Double Red flag days. A Red flag means High Surf and/or Strong Currents. We decided not to take a chance on going into the water, but for the rest of our stay, we had Double Red Flags, which meant the water was closed to the public. We still went to the beach through and had fun.
Salty Breeze has plenty of room for everyone to eat together, and we received three additional deck chairs so we could all sit on the deck! It seems the proximately to the public beach allows deck chairs to be taken. Though the public beach entrance is next door, it was not obtrusive and worked out for us as more kids were on the beach for my son to play with. The beach sand is so soft and clean that your feet will squeak as you walk barefoot. One tip is to keep the doors closed to keep that excellent beach sand outside.
We had a great trip and spent time with family we have not been able to see in some time. Our time there was in late April, which is just before the busy season, so traffic wasn't dreadful, and we had access to everything that would usually be packed. We would unanimously give Salty Breeze two thumbs up and recommend it.

Overall we had a great experience and the views and location were exactly what we were looking for. However, we were a little disappointed with how the house was stocked. The sheets were cheap and not soft, there was no garlic press (we were told that isn't standard kitchenware) and there was no large pan with a lid. The wine glasses were old and very cloudy. I also didn't like how the living room was set up to face the wall (not the ocean). Patio furniture was in rough shape too.

Perfect Week in Paradise
Everything was perfect about this property! As my son In law said, “The deck is epic!” It was a perfect place for our grown kids, significant others, and my parents! We had plenty of room and the weather was perfect! It’s not ultra fancy but we loved that about the house- we felt comfortable! Highly recommend!

The main deck on the beach side of the house needs some repairs. There were several screws sticking up that are hard on the feet plus much of the wood is cracked, splintered, or rotten. One of the wooden deck chairs was rotten and falling apart. The rest of the house was nice.

This was beautiful location!!! We saw dolphins and mantarays playing about 50 yards off the coastline.. you have your open private walkway across the dunes, but you are also adjacent to a beach access so if you had elderly they could use that walk way and wouldn’t have to walk up hill over the dunes. Easy to navigate wheeled gear here as well... the kitchen was shockingly stocked for anything you could imagine.. large pot for a possible crab boil... which I would also recommend checking out the seafood market in Navarre... east access to Walmart and Winn Dixie...
