This luxury beachfront townhouse has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach and sleeps up to 16 people. The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors throughout the second and third floor with travertine tile on the first floor. The first level has 2 bedrooms, a wet bar and easy access out to the gas grill, splash pool and beach. The king bedroom overlooks the beach and has a large flat screen TV along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom on the first level has four built in bunks with 4 queen beds, a flat screen TV and an Xbox 360. The second floor hosts the living and dining area with a dining table for 6 and extra seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed and provides an amazing view of the Gulf. A large flat screen TV, two comfortable leather chairs with ottomans and a queen sleeper sofa complete the living area. The second floor beachfront balcony has an outdoor dining table for 6. Down the hall is one queen bedroom with a large closet, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the third floor is the master suite with a balcony which overlooks the beach, a king bed, a comfy chair and ottoman for relaxing, and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking bathtub. The beachfront balcony on this level has 2 chairs and ottomans for your evening respite. Down the hall from the master suite is another king bedroom with flat screen TV, closet area, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway. The private residential elevator in this home is made available only upon request . Please discuss with us in advance of your stay. The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes) First Floor: Sleeps 10 Bunkroom with 4 Queen Beds, King bed with full bath and balcony. Second Floor: Sleeps 2 kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bedroom with one king bed and guest bathroom. Third Floor: Sleeps 4 Master bedroom with King bed, private bath, private gulf front balcony, guest bedroom with King bed and private bath. The splash pool can be heated for an additional $35 per day plus tax for your entire stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5 Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

The home was large and spacious for 4 couples and 4 children. The kids loved having the bunk room to stay in. Everyone was already asking if we're going to book again for next Thanksgiving.

This was our 6th family vacation through Frangista Beach Properties in Miramar Beach. We stayed at the Frangista Finale property this year. Like all our previous stays, this condo on the beach was awesome in every way! We enjoy coffee and Bloody Marys in the morning on the balconies before heading to the beach where our complimentary chairs and umbrella awaits. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and near restaurants we come back to each year. This property was very clean and comfortable. We will be back next year!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable! Beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, and loved the close proximity from the condo to the beach. While the condo looks updated, it needs some attention! The mattress in the master suite needs replaced...badly! It is need of a new refrigerator. It barely kept things cool. The 1st floor bedrooms need more storage for clothing and the bathroom on the 1st level needs a cabinet with a countertop to store belongings, towels, bathroom essentials, makeup etc... It would also be nice if there were hooks in the bathrooms and outside to hang towels and swimsuits. Parking was tight for 3 vehicles. Not sure how you'd fit 4. Overall, our family had a great time in Miramar enjoying the beaches, water, food, & entertainment, but we probably wouldn't pick this place to stay again.

Great place and property manager quick to respond to ?,s. we had 11 guests so 5 bedrooms and 4 adequate bathrooms it was perfect for us. Appeared clean except ne bathroom we did find hair in shower which the person using didn’t report to me till our last day so too late to notify property manager. elevator is inside 2 of the bedrooms and the exit to beach is in lower bedroom as well but we managed fairly well. well stocked though some scissors and tongs that actually worked is needed. we fit 2 suv’s and a Buick LaCrosse in drive easily. we had tricks beside us that kinda oozed into our area a bit first few days so one of played traffic guard during blind backing out into the road. all the restaurants we frequented and stores the local workers weed were so friendly and efficient. traffic was bad from 5pm-12am

It was a little expensive , but for the atmosphere, location and access to the beach it was perfect. Parking can get tight trying to get out of the driveway with traffic coming through the main road, but other then that it was beautiful and very relaxing, the house was very spacious and pretty . Plenty of room for a family or friends of 14 mayb 16. Can't get much of a better beach and the sand is very soft not a crunchy shell sand beach ..

The location was very easy to find and was right on the beautiful white sand beach. The kitchen included lots of useful things that made it convenient and homelike. Beds were very comfortable. Also allowed access to the elevator which made navigating the levels easier for two of our older guests who have difficulties with stairs. The wifi didn't work most of the time which was inconvenient and the patio set was very rusty and sharp rusty chunks fell from the table anytime we used it. I'm sure this will be replaced soon since season is closing. Overall the staff was very polite and accommodating. Will definitely be staying with Frangista Beach Properties in the future.

Place was amazing with great location. Only criticism is that the first floor bedroom on thwe beach side of the hose, with the small pool, is the least accommodated room in the house. First floor walks right onto the beach and the pool is nice, but no dresser and a tiny bathroom, tiny closet. The upstairs rooms all have walk in closets and huge bathrooms. Kinda backwards, but other than that(which is a little picky) we loved it. HAd 7 adults and 1 kid, and had plenty of extra room.

Our family of 9 had a completely fabulous week. There could not be a better location on any beach in the world! Our three cars fit in the driveway and a fourth could have. The staff were extremely responsive to a few requests, and were always so helpful. The elevator proved essential for our stay, especially for our two senior members. Convenient stores and dining. We would gladly return in the future.

We were not expecting the amount of steps so the carrying a heavy suitcase up 3 floors was tough. The construction next door on their pool was morning til late night on the weekend.

Spring Break 2021
The property is great. The pool, though small, was used throughout the week. Location is pretty close to the other non-beachfront Frangista beach access, which makes this a busy part of the beach. Spring break traffic made it difficult to get out of the driveway. But overall, the property was everything I expected. Which was great. If you have bad knees, use the elevator. We did not and there are a lot of stairs if you take one of the 2 3rd floor bedrooms.

Beautiful beach, great location, but house needed some major upkeep. Floors need refinishing urgently(our feet felt dirty all the time no matter how much you washed them and I mopped the floors to see if it would help...but they had no top layer), needs to be painted inside and out (rust on the ceilings outside and mold on master bath walls in shower room), sad looking limp fans and rusted outdoor lights, terrible appliances (fridge either too warm or froze items and dishwasher very dingy). Could be a real gem of a place if shown some love. We still had a great time, but it could have been much better if it didn't feel so dirty. It could easily be taken up several notches. We did like the decor and how everything was labeled in the kitchen. The beach area is gorgeous, but was VERY crowded. I assume that is because of COVID.

Gorgeous beachfront home!
We absolutely loved our stay at Frangista Finale. We brought 10 people from ages 8 to 77 and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home is gorgeous and well stocked. It was so conveniently located on the beach for our kids ages because at 12, 10, and 8 they could run back and forth from the beach and house as needed on their own to grab something or rest for a bit without an adult because we could see them the entire way. This is HUGE for us and really cut down on hassle. Everyone had a relaxing time.

The property was very nice and clean. Great location with easy access. The customer service before and after the stay was excellent and appreciated. The couple of suggestions I have for improvement would be to fix the GFCI plug on the back porch. We didn't use the electric BBQ grill but if we wanted to it would not have worked since the plug didn't work. The ladies staying with us would have liked to have a full-length mirror in the property. There were multiple people from other properties using our gate to access the beach, an access code for our gate would have been great.
