Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach SMALL DOGS OK WITH PET FEE OF $300 PLUS TAX. THIS FEE COVERS UP TO 2 ADULT DOGS, EACH 25LBS OR LESS. This luxury beachfront townhome has four bedrooms and a new bunk room with four bathrooms and a private splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale living room, granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless steel VIKING appliances, and hardwood floors throughout the second and third floors. This three-story Gulf front home, located in the Frangista Beach community, features breathtaking balcony views. The first floor of this home offers a living area with a wet bar and flat-screen TV, and has a full bathroom for guests making use of the King bedroom. There is also a new bunk room located on the first floor. There is a private, jetted splash pool on the balcony, overlooking the Gulf. When you step outside you will find a private walkway to the beach. The main living and dining areas are located on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with Viking professional appliances including a gas cooktop, plus granite countertops and custom cabinets. The guest room on this floor is furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a charming Romeo balcony. There are two bedrooms on the third floor. The master suite has a wet bar fridge, a private balcony on which to sip your morning coffee, and a large private bathroom with a walk-in travertine shower that has two large shower heads and a garden tub. The third bedroom is furnished with a King bed and is adjacent to another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Seaside Treasure is an all-clean bedding participant. If water sports and outdoor activities wear you out, head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!). In addition to local restaurants, you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10-mile radius of your community including two beachfront options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes). If you are looking for a bit of nightlife, head on over to the Village at Baytowne Wharf. The private residential elevator can be made available. Please discuss with us. NO WEDDINGS ALLOWED. POOL HEATING - The private splash pool (not a hot tub) can be heated for an additional $35/day plus tax, and must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5 Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off-site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more than 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

We loved our stay at Seaside Treasure. The location could not have been better. We had our own walkway to the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We took our dogs, but only owners dogs can go on the beach. Spring Break was busy, but not too busy. This is a very nice beach. We would definitely recommend this property for a nice family vacation.

The property was exactly as listed. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. The pool on the balcony was so nice for the children at the end of the day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the ice machine was a definite plus!!! The elevator was great for our 90+ grandma who travelled with us. The beach chairs and beach towels were great. The location was perfect! I will return to Seaside Treasure as soon as I can!

We've been renting this house from Frangista for many years. The service is much appreciated, and we love the house and location. Beach houses have problems, so this trip was between refrigerator replacement, which was not a problem, and we lost gas service, which we believe was an issue with the gas company and not the house. Frangista was on top of everything right away. We love Frangista and plan to continue our rentals.

We had a fantastic week with my 3 daughters, their husbands and 6 grandchildren…The weather was perfect all week, property was clean, location was on the beach and close to all restaurants and grocery stores…Even though the property management was always prompt with any issues and concerns, we had two unresolved issues…The Viking refrigerator temperature never went below 45’… which caused us to put baby formula and certain food items in the 2 wet bar fridges… also the washer quit draining and spinning due to an outside pipe being clogged… appliance company said it would be 4 days before they can fix it which took us to the end of our stay… owners need to resolve these issues before the next party arrives. Still had a grand stay.

Home was was clean, had great decor and fully stocked as always. We love this home and will plan to rent again. We would recommend this unit to anyone who is planning a trip to Destin. It is centrally located, very convenient to restaurants and stores and the views are impeccable.

There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to dine in. The ice machine was a nice surprise and we loved the convenience of it. We will be back!

All in all it was a very nice vacation with a rough start. I had a call pre-vacation that made me a little wary that we were going to have problems with the hvac and we did! The person that called said that some people had problems with the air but it was there own fault because they left the doors open. After I spoke with this person I actually called back because it put up red flags for me that there might actually be a problem, plus I told him that we're from GA and don't leave doors open. Sure enough at our arrival it was unusually warm especially on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We had been unloading our cars though so we said we would wait until Sunday to see if it improves. Well as the day progressed on Sunday, our 2nd day, it kept getting hotter and hotter inside! At this point is where things improve..:-) I called and left a message and was called back very quickly. An HVAC repairman was there within an hour. He worked on the upper unit and by evening things were finally cooling down. The rest of the vacation the air was fine! I just wish that they had addressed the problem before we got there as the first two days were not comfortable. The townhome was very nicely and simply decorated just a little smaller than I envisioned. The proximity to the beach is awesome!

We had a great time! The Frangista Beach Properties staff was very friendly and helpful. The Seaside Treasure property was very nice and made for a very comfortable stay.
The location was great and allowed for quick access to West 98 all the way down to the Harbor Walk Village as well as East on 98 to the Sandestin area which is amazing.
We highly recommend a stay at the Frangista Beach properties and hope to be back soon!
