This home is the perfect house for family reunions or beach front weddings. Watch the sun set from any of the three Gulf front balconies, take a break from the beach and relax in the Gulf front splash pool, or spend the day at the Frangista Beach community pool. This is the perfect house to get away from it all and live in Bliss. The first floor has a bunk room with two bunk beds (full over full) and a flat screen TV, and a guest bedroom with a King bed and sleeper sofa, private bath, mini bar, and private gulf front balcony. On the second floor you will find the kitchen fully stocked with all the appliances you will need, dining room with seating for 6 at the table and 2 more at the bar, living room with flat screen TV, Gulf front balcony with more seating to enjoy, Gulf views from every angle, a guest bedroom with 1 king bed, and a guest bathroom. The third floor hosts the Master bedroom with a King bed, private Gulf front balcony, private bath with tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity, and another guest bedroom with a king bed and private bath. While you're here, the gated Frangista Beach neighborhood pool is within easy walking distance, and is heated during cooler months. You can also make your way on foot to several dining establishments, and the neighborhood ice cream store! First Floor: King bedroom w/ sleeper sofa and full bath, Bunk room with two bunks (full over full) Second Floor: kitchen, dining room, living room w/ Sleeper Sofa, guest bedroom with one King bed and guest bathroom. Third Floor: Master bedroom with King bed, private bath, private gulf front balcony, guest bedroom with King bed and private bath. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5 Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

House is overall nice! Beds were comfortable!
Nice location. Washing machine broke while we were there, but the rental management company was VERY good about getting it fixed and helping us out with washing some of our stuff in the meantime! Living room furniture (couch and recliner) was NOT comfortable. Kitchen needs updating. Bottom floor bathroom has no counter top because of pedestal sink which makes it hard when traveling. Otherwise, great place!

House location was great. Proximity to beach was also great. The House was very dated and was over due for many of the appliances, Kitchen utilities and TV's would be great if they were smart TV's. We had to purchase a Roku to use apps. You could tell it was a rental for sure, due to heavy signs of usage. But overall it was satisfactory.

Destin is a beautiful place. This property was further down and closer to a younger crowd. The year before we stayed at Frangista Tide and I believe I prefer that location better. However, the stay was very nice. The cocktail pool heater had to be replaced but management was very helpful and quick to get it fixed. Frangista is an amazing place to experience Destin.

It was nice to have the house available early on our day of arrival. The house was great and met our expectations, but I do have a few suggestions. The family room furniture is not very comfortable. The pool needs new plaster because it stains everything that touches it white. All the TVs were smaller than expected. Otherwise, all was great. Plenty of cookware and kitchen utility. Beds were all very comfortable and the extra beach towels were appreciated.

We came to Miramar Beach in September for a family vacation. We loved the location and parking for 4 cars. The house was clean, cool, and had a decent stocked kitchen. I liked the fact that when I called to ask questions someone ALWAYS answered the phone and was pleasant. The office was in walking distance to the house. Being able to use the elevator was a blessing because we had a 3-month-old and an old, small dog. Thank you for that!

We spent a week here with all of our children and grandchildren. The property was right on the beach and close to the community pool. Other amenities were all around us. We appreciated getting a text informing us that our unit was available a little early, allowing us to enter and begin our fun week. The unit was clean, cool and everything was in working order. The townhouse was a duplex, but we never heard any noise from our neighbors! During the week, management was very prompt and professional in resolving our questions and issues. We appreciated the phone calls we received during our stay just to check on us and make sure everything was okay. Our only negative was that the living space was a little small for 11 people and the street noise was a bit loud late at night and early in the morning.

The view was beautiful. The private beach and access right down the steps perfect. The property was very clean. Our dishwasher flooded and was not working well. Repairman came out within a few hours of the call to fix it. We can't get that kind of fast service at our house! Staff was very responsive. Building is older, but has been remodeled without removing some of the old charm such as transom windows and molding. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with supplies Loved being able to use a grill. Only downside is that this area is crazy busy and traffic is terrible. We went snorkeling at paradise adventures in Panama City, parasailing, sunset cruise on the Daniel Webster Clements, rented bikes from Coastal cruisers, ate many meals in the house and enjoyed eating on the balcony, also ate at Fat Clemenzas, Mezical

The staff reached out to make sure I had what I needed, including making sure the pool was heated, as I had inquired about it month before my arrival and they had it in their notes. The property was as described and better. Ive stayed at a few Destin beachfront locations and this was by far the cleanest, most up to date location with beautiful views and great amenities. We had a small issue with a dryer, but their App with direct contact to maintenance made the request quick and easy. I was contacted via text and a repairman was there within the hour. I would HIGHLY suggest using Frangista Beach properties for ANY of your Destin area beach rental needs. A first class operation lead by a first class team.

We had an amazing time. The property was fully stocked with the basic essentials. It was a little smaller than we thought it would be compared to the photos however, it was not a problem. The 3rd floor Master bedroom has a million dollar view!Hope to revisit soon.

We had a party of 16 girls and it was the perfect girls weekend. The house is right on the beach and so conveniently located by everything! The staff was also so nice and helpful. Hector answered every email I sent with questions within 5 minutes which was really great. Make sure when you first get there you call the chair service (dolce vista?) and make sure they will have your 2 free chairs setup in the morning. Ours were not the first day but the property management was on top of it and the chairs were delivered within 25 mins which was great and then they were set up the rest of the weekend. We also called about the AC and they came right away and looked at it and showed us how to work the elevator. Overall it was a great stay and we all really enjoyed the house ! The views were just amazing!

It was our family’s first time at Frangista Beach and we loved it! The property was clean and well maintained and close to everything (restaurants, golf, outlets) We were specifically looking for a not so crowded beach so that we could safely social distance during COVID 19. The private beach was just one row of Beach Umbrellas, but as you walked East towards Whale’s Tail and West towards Pompano Joe’s it got super crowded due to high rise condos and public beach accesses! We just turned around and walked back to play it safe. We were a family of six adults and a puppy and felt very safe in Frangista Bliss. We loved waking up in the mornings to the Views off the balconies. Every night we had family discussions on the main floor balcony while listening to music. It was so relaxing!! A great place to hang out and just be one with nature. For those of you travelling and having to telework, the WIFI gave us no problems. Four of my family members had to telework during the week. The close access to the beach, however, enabled them to join us even if it was just for 15 minutes every now and then. We chose to cook in five nights, but did take-out from The Backporch and Fat Clemenza’s on the other nights. Both delicious! Finally, thanks to William who was kind enough to check in with us periodically to make sure our stay was comfortable. We had nothing but good things to report!

Wonderful Family Vacation!
The location and accommodations of this property were perfect for our family. My dog was welcome and enjoyed being with us. My boyfriend's 82 year old Mother was able to enjoy the beautiful views and actually got down to the beach as we were right on the beach. The property could use a small amount of TLC - cabinets not closing properly and their finishes a bit worn down but overall an excellent experience! We will be back!

Great! Beach was clean and beautiful! Stepped right out from condo to beach.
Condo was well equipped with dishes , towels, appliances etc. easy access to beach...just a short staircase to sand. Condo was clean with nice bedding and towels. Some of the furniture was a bit “tired” but not bad. Beach chair/umbrella service was very convenient. We ordered extra chairs and umbrellas for week and that saved our spots. Water and beaches were clean and beautiful. Several People set up chairs behind us (dont think they were supposed to as it is a private beach, but it was july 4th week, so more crowded and it didn't really bother us so we didnt say anything ) So much less crowded than down the beach by the big hotels. Thought about renting golf carts for the week, but glad we had cars to get to grocery and shopping...grocery store and outlets seem too far away for golf carts even though we were told they were accessible by carts. Need to allow time to get places...there is construction on the highway 98. On our last day there were lots of small jellyfish. We saw dolphins swim by early one morning. Several days we saw a large 6 foot stingray swim by...tried to swim along with it. Very beautiful!

We have stayed at this property several times. The location can't be beat and the house is spacious for a large group. However, the bathrooms need updating as they are getting worn and moldy. Bring it up to snuff please. I'd love to continue to visit Bliss.
