Professionally managed by Frangista Beach Properties FREE DAILY BEACH SERVICE MARCH 1 - NOVEMBER 30 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach During peak periods this property has 7-night minimum, with Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out. DOGS OF AGGRESSIVE BREED OR AGGRESSIVE BREED MIX NOT ALLOWED DOGS OK PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX AND COVERS UP TO 2 ADULT DOGS . PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT LARGER DOGS This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach and sleeps up to 16. The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floor. A bright and spacious kitchen with granite countertops and tropical ceiling fans is the perfect place to prepare an afternoon snack or family meal. The kitchen is fully-stocked with utensils, dishware, pots and pans, casserole dishes, cutting boards, Pyrex containers and more. A comfortable living rooms offers a pull-out sofa and flat screen TV. There are flat screen TVs throughout the home and the house is equipped with dual band Wifi with range extenders so no part of the house is without excellent coverage. An AT&T microcell vastly improves cellular coverage for AT&T customers. Two of the five bedrooms face the Gulf with king beds and private bathrooms. The luxury bathrooms for these rooms feature jacuzzi bathtubs, two sinks and a rainfall shower. Relax on the private veranda and enjoy the sound of the surf and the smell of the salt air. The Gulf facing bedrooms offer a level of privacy found in very few townhomes in Frangista Beach, while at the same time, providing an unobstructed sunset view for most of the year. Cool off in the verandas plunge pool or it can be heated during the cooler months. The owner goes to great lengths to ensure that guests feel like they are staying at a first-class hotel. Enjoy white luxury striped sheets and duvets on every bed, a welcome package (wine, bottled water), white luxury towels, Gilchrest & Soames bath and shower soaps and amenities, a fully-stocked Keurig and beach/pool towels. A BBQ grill is replaced each season. If needed, a private elevator is available. Please inquire upon booking. First Floor: Sleeps 8 Bunk room with 2 Twins and 2 Full Beds, Guest bedroom with King bed with private bath, Pool and Beach Access Second Floor: Sleeps 4 kitchen, dining room, living room w/ Sleeper Sofa, guest bedroom with one queen bed and guest bathroom. Third Floor: Sleeps 4 Master bedroom with King bed, private bath, private gulf front balcony, guest bedroom with Queen bed and private bath. A beach setup consisting of an umbrella and two chairs is included at no additional charge for the entire season between March and October for your use. Additional beach setups, along with jet skis, baby equipment, parasailing, bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards and more are available from the beach service. This home is perfect for reunions, large families and weddings on the beach (contact the local homeowner’s association for more details. Frangista Beach is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues. POOL HEAT-The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $35/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool dimensions are 8.5 x 6 Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen.
Ceiling fan in third floor bedroom was not working. I contacted management and they delivered two box fans. We used one in the third floor bedroom and the other fan in the bunk room which was also hot. On Friday, a repairman entered the condo without our knowledge and took the fan from the third floor bedroom, Management said he had repaired the ceiling fan, which was not true. It did not work. We were not notified that the repairman was coming. My adult grandsons were asleep in the bunkroom and did not hear anyone enter the condo. Very dangerous! I did talk to maintenance management but never got an apology and a solution. Very disappointed.

This was our 2nd year staying at Sea La Vie. We love the property, beach and beach service. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping that we’ve come to enjoy the past 6 years. The Frangista staff is always very accommodating. Hector has always answered any questions we’ve had. We will be staying at another Frangista property next year as there was a pretty hefty price hike for this property next year.

We loved the location of the home - start the day with a walk to Bad Ass coffee and end the day with a walk on the beach to Pompano Joes’ for beach cocktails. The kitchen was so well equipped for the cooks in our family. The layout gave everyone there own space for bedrooms and baths.

It is difficult to find beach houses in or around Destin area and we came across this place. Was a great location, the home was well furnished and was a bonus having the plunge pool.

Loved the fact that it was on the beach and you can hear the ocean. The pool was like a jacuzzi didn’t like that you had to walk through room to use elevator and get to pool or go to the beach. Loved the rooms and location everything within walking distance. Renters very attentive. Loved would rent again

Very nice place!
We have been coming to Destin every year for the past 4-5 years and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The elevator was very handy for my mother who is not able to go up and down stairs. It was also handy for bringing heavy suitcases down to the first floor. The house is located directly on the beach and the views from every floor are spectacular. There were only a few small issues which were nothing major. The house really needed a good cleaning including the curtains. The pool was dirty and had a lot of sand in it when we arrived. It was supposed to be cleaned on Saturday and Wednesday but never got cleaned. The bed in the third floor master suite was very uncomfortable. All the other beds were fine. The biggest issue we had was the neighbors parking in our driveway and even blocking us out of the driveway. We spoke to Hector about the situation who suggested we knock on their door and ask them to stop parking in our driveway. We did this twice, but they continued to use our driveway. Other than that, we had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this home!

Could not have been better! The house is beautiful - right on the beach with fabulous views from all 3 floors. Great location - convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. Especially enjoyed the kitchen - fully stocked with every kind of dish, utensil, etc you could need! My dad (who is handicapped) used the elevator and was able to enjoy the beach from the porch. Will definitely go back!
