Situated in Montego Bay, this lovely villa for $1,495 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. ELSEWHERE by the SEA is a stunning beachfront villa in the upscale gated community of Lagoons, just 20 minutes from the Montego Bay international airport. The beach, pool and expansive outdoor living area make it the perfect location to celebrate a special occasion, gather for a family holiday or indulge in an adult getaway. 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a private bath, sleep up to 12 guests. Four King bedrooms and one bedroom with a pair of twins (that can be made into a king) comfortably sleep five couples. An additional bunk bed in the twin room can accommodate two additional children or teenagers. The home is complemented by a large veranda and bar area, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets over the Caribbean Sea while sipping a frosty cocktail. Continue your evening with a special dinner prepared by your private chef and served on the breezy veranda, the sandy beach or the dock with the water glistening around you. A magical evening! The private pool features a Baja deck for tanning and an infinity edge that blends seamlessly into the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The pool deck provides access to a lovely beach that is suitable for watersport activities and comes with complimentary kayaks and paddleboards. Elsewhere is located in a protected sanctuary with abundant marine life right off the dock. Explore the waters surrounding Elsewhere with our newest addition to the property, Anywhere, a 26 ft power catamaran perfect for sunset cruises, snorkeling trips or a tour of Montego Bay with a stop at Doctor's Cave beach or Margaritaville. A complimentary sunset cruise or reef snorkeling trip with our captain is included for all rentals of seven days or more. Additional trips can be arrange with the captain at a reduced price. For swimming in the sea, we recommend a short boat or car ride to Doctors Cave Beach or a short walk to the private residence beach (formerly Hard Rock Beach Club). In addition to your private villa, guests have access to the amenities of the Lagoons including a playground and tennis courts. Within minutes of the villa is the Hard Rock Cafe Beach Club, the Montego Bay Yacht club and the Houseboat Restaurant. You will be a few minutes from five top notch golf courses and all that Montego Bay has to offer!

Beyond expectations!
Our group of 8 friends were constantly commenting how wonderful this Luxury home was to share. Its location perfect and beautiful. Pictures seen online were great, the real thing even better!
The professionalism and constant attention to details by the Elsewhere staff of 4 amazing people put this place over the top!
Thank goodness it only took us two days to realize Elsewhere’s Chef Casandra runs the best kitchen in Jamaica……..

I was looking for a vacation spot where I could celebrate my husband 70th birthday with a few other couples. This was the Spot! It was just like the pictures and more. We enjoyed everything about it! The staff were so accommodating. We loved the food. Each meal was better than the last one. Ms Kassandra prepared all his favorites, lobster and steak!!! Ms Delores was amazing. We took the boat out for an evening ride into the sunset, it was so beautiful. We came from different parts of the USA, everyone was so happy with the stay. One wanted to pack up the chef and bring her back home LOL. I highly recommend Elsewhere!

Ahh-mazing!!! 5 couples comfortably lived in the villa for 8 days! The staff is EVERYTHING!!! They are so attentive, yet you forget they are there! Miss Dolores watches out for everyone and makes sure you are taken care off on and off site of the villa, she’s like a grandmother and auntie all in one! Miss Kassandra’s cooking skill are unmatched! I’m vegan and she made all my dishes vegan friendly even the desserts and everything was absolutely delicious and that’s an understatement! Kemoy is there to take care of everything else from bartending, to captain of the boat, serving dinner, answering questions and directing us wherever we wanted to go. Rafic is the master behind the breathtaking grounds in addition to serving us with love and care! This was truly the best experience and we will be back with friends, family, ourselves, whatever our plans this is where dreams become reality! Thank you again to everyone you all made us feel like royalty! Pictures don’t do justice and reviews are on point! I love this place, thank you having us!

It’s been two weeks since our family visited and we are still talking about our week there! The house was amazing, clean, and up to date. We definitely took advantage of the pool, paddle boards, kayaks, beach, and boat. Besides the house being fabulous, what really made us feel at home were the people, Kassandra, Kemoy, Rafik, and Delores. To say we were treated like guests is an understatement. They treated us like family, all very welcoming and going above and beyond. Kassandra made the most amazing meals! From chicken fingers and waffles for the kids to caramelized salmon, jerk chicken, lobster salad and much more. She truly is a fabulous chef! Rafik helped Kassandra with meals and made sure we had everything for the beach and snorkeling. He was a ray of sunshine each morning. They both memorized what our kids preferred for meals and what the adults liked as well. Kemoy was an amazing boat captain, making sure our kids had a good place to fish and we all had fun snorkeling. Kemoy also made sure we had all we needed throughout the day. A true gem. Delores, just like the others, also very warm and lovely! She did our laundry each day, checked in with us throughout the day and made sure we were happy. Again, everyone was amazing and made the trip extra special. There’s so much more I could say! We did reserve transportation and glad we did. Nice to have a car at our disposal. Thank you Connie and Winsome! We look forward to returning!

Elsewhere met our needs and exceeded our expectations. We planned an intimate gathering with only family for our 25th wedding anniversary. Elsewhere provided the perfect backdrop and location. The staff was phenomenal in providing top notch service. Don't worry about packing a lot of clothes because Deloris does laundry everyday. Being waited on and foot by Kemoy and Rafic really sealed the deal and made me remember that I was truly on vacation. Kassandra's culinary skills are exemplary and unmatched. We relied on her to plan our meals - we were not disappointed. In fact, there was a few times when we had leftovers. Elsewhere provided us with a most magnificent time which I will never ever forget. I am not sure that a resort could provide this level of private, customized or sophisticated service.

It is hard to review this property because it is hard to know where to begin. The first thing I will mention is the pictures do not truly reflect the beauty of this home. It is exceptionally beautiful and extremely cozy.
The staff was exceptionally kind and very attentive. The food was out of this world delicious. Ms. Cassandra's pepper pot soup is to die for! My sister who do not like the taste of lobster ate it all and cleaned her plate!! Everytime we go out to eat now everyone states ... that was not Ms. Cassandra with a sad face. 😁
But for me personally, Kemoy the butler is an angel. He was extremely kind and attentive to our differently abled son. He taught him how to snorkel and gave him every opportunity to enjoy the activities we all loved. He is truly a wonderful human being.

This property is absolutely amazing. You are in a court at the end of a private gated community .So many cool areas to relax from patio , bar, pool, beach , dock etc… The staff was incredibly nice and attentive and food off the charts.

We have stayed at many short term rental properties but this one beats them all. If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. The house is amazing and perfectly suited for our family of 9. This was my parents first time out of the country and “oh my” were they spoiled. The outdoor spaces are majestic, the sunset views are incredible, and the house comes with paddle boards and kayaks which we used everyday. Another fun experience was taking the boat out with Khemoy for a sunset ride and a 3 hour snorkeling excursion. The icing on the cake is really the staff. They are absolutely incredible. Kassandra in our opinion might be the best chef on the island. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner left us rubbing our bellies in pure bliss. She was also able to accommodate the kids and make them kid food they would eat. Another big shoutout to Dolores who made our beds and did our laundry everyday (what an amazing treat) and Rafic who tended the grounds and set our table most nights. He also makes a mean painkiller. And lastly Khemoy who is a jack of all trades and wears many hats including captain, event planner, table setter and part time cook. This trip reminded us how bless and grateful we are to have these types of experiences with family. If you can find an availability on the calendar book immediately. Cheers!

The house has everything you need and is well appointed with tropical and plush decor and is comfortable and welcoming. Kemoy took us on a sunset cruise which was the perfect way to end a perfect vacation. And the sheets on the bed are like none I have ever slept on! Kasandra's meals were 5 star (the pepper pot soup is delicious!) and she is very thoughtful about preparing what you like and want. Kemoy was a first rate bartender/captain of the boat and attended to any need we had. Rafic was always there when we needed anything. And Ms. Delores was welcoming, warm and felt like the grandmother you loved visiting. Her hugs are amazing! The staff truly made this vacation special. Connie was helpful to organize what we wanted and even managed to get us a driver for the week - which was key! We were able to visit many places and did not have to worry about driving. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing our friends Kasandra, Kemoy, Rafic and Ms. Delores very soon!

We are a family of 6, plus our grandson.
I have to say, all of the reviews are spot on.
The house is more than comfortable, with plenty of room to be together or take those few minutes of personal time to reflect. A place to really relax.
The staff makes this experience five star. I really can not say enough about how Kasandra, Kamoy, Dolores, and Rafi made us feel right at home. Every need from food, to drinks, to toys, was met. No ask was too much.
We celebrated our grandsons 3rd birthday, with a magical light installation and a magnificent cake made by Kasandra.
A week was too short. None of us wanted to leave.
I also want to give a shout out to Roy, our driver for the week. He was great.
Wen are already talking about going back next year.
The only aspect we were not prepared for was the loud music coming from the resort across the bay. Maybe it was just last week (spring break), but they did not abide to any noise restrictions, if any are in place.

Our family of 8 adults, 1 toddler and 3 babies had an amazing stay at Elsewhere Villa. The house was huge and very accommodating with bathrooms in every bedroom. We particularly enjoyed all the outdoor covered areas, the pool and the private beach. The staff at the Villa were incredible and so very accommodating. It was truly a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We would definitely come back.

An easy experience renting this beautiful villa. Food, location, amenities, and staff were the best. We already booked for next year. Highly recommend!

You won't find a better place to book. I just enjoyed the Christmas/New year holidays with my family including 8 adults 2 toddlers and two infants. Cribs & Highchairs were arranged. Upon arrival an initial shop was already stocked including full bar. Subsequent meals were planned with the chef. We had a New Year's Eve dinner of local lobster and Beef Tenderloin which was on par with the best NYC restaurants.
We spent numerous hours with the kids in the pool and sandy beachfront. Don't miss the boat ride around bird island. My wife and daughters use the kayaks and surf boards to paddle to the nearby reef for snorkeling.
This is a very safe and convenient area. My kids went jogging several miles down the road passed Secrets Resort and MoBay Yacht club which is open to the public. Nearby dining on the Houseboat Grill is a must.

There is not enough space in this box for all the things I could say about ELSEWHERE! We literally felt at home from the moment we landed at the property. Kasandra and team felt like family. The house had such an amazing energy that cannot be explained. And Connie’s communication I cannot express how communicative she was… no stone was left unturned. Every request was met. The only negative is we had to leave!!!! :(. We will definitely be back in the future!!!! Thank you to Kasandra, Kemoy, Rafic, Delores Connie and Grace, I cannot sing your praises enough! What an absolutely spectacular experience. The property and grounds were incredible and even more beautiful then the pictures. Everything from the bed linens to outdoor cushions were so of top quality. The grounds were exceptional and maintained daily. I cannot say enough nice things and compliments about the property staff. They are truly what made this experience exceptional for us. Each individual member goes above and beyond without even being asked and with a smile on their face. I got married on the property and they truly helped me organize the most perfect day. The food was exceptional. Cancel all your dinner reservations because you will not find better cooking then Kasandras. If tou are looking for a sign to book this house … this is your sign. BOOOK IT and you will not regret it. Elsewhere by the Sea was amazing! Everyone was so great! Cassandra is the best cook and the food was amazing! We pretty much ate in everyday and the one day we went out we wished we had stayed in for dinner! For my Birthday they surprised me with a delicious cake. The property is as shown in the pictures and the views are amazing! We will definitely be back!!

Cassandra, Kemoy, Rafic and Dolores were absolutely amazing and took great care of us. We were 3 generations staying at Elsewhere and there was something to do for everyone. Great location, great house and absolutely the best service one can imagine! We will definitely be going back here again.

We went with 3 generations from 5 to 74 in age. The house was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The best thing about the house was the staff. They were kind and thoughtful and great at helping us plan our activities and meals.
The bedrooms are in a slightly different configuration than the photos show, the garden bedroom has two bunk beds, and it was quite crowded with 4 kids in there.
The pool and views were amazing. We didn't go swimming at the beach because of the sea grass but we did spot some cool fish, starfish, rays, etc.
We took the boat out snorkeling and for a sunset swim, and it was amazing. Highly recommended!
Be sure to give Connie your credit card in advance otherwise you have to get *a lot* of cash to pay for groceries and gratutity. We found it hard to communicate with her once we were there, and would've liked more communication before the trip too.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our recent stay at this house. We went down as 6 adults all celebrating a major milestone birthday. The communication leading up to our trip was perfect. Easy to have the house pre-stocked with food/drinks and share our preferences. Pickup at the airport was simple. We were greeted by all 4 staff when we arrived. A quick house tour and we were immediately on vacation. But here is where the magic happened.
Kasandra helped us plan an amazing menu for the week. She listened to the foods that excited us (shrimp, lobster, snapper, jerk chicken, etc) and then incorporated all of those into the menu throughout the week. The food was top tier. In fact, our group ate out once, and we regretted paying for a dinner out, when Kasandra's amazing cooking was available back home.
Keymoy, Dolores, Rafic were each individually amazing. They are true professionals and extremely personable. They took care of every detail, while also not being overbearing and allowing the 6 of us to have our privacy, which made it feel like we were living in our very own Jamaican vacation home. Albeit with amazing multi-course meals magically served 3 times a day and the bar/pool/snacks getting cleaned continuously up throughout the day.
Now lets talk location. It's in a beautiful lagoon, calm waters, beautiful sunsets over the bay. We saw starfish, jellyfish, stingrays, tropical fish, pufferfish, sea cucumbers, crabs, anemones all close by. We kayaked daily across the lagoon to the coral reefs and even took stand-up paddleboards over to 'bird island' for a fun morning stroll.
We WILL be coming back... with friends... with family.... with kids! The house is the perfect size and location for everyone.
