Unit 706 in the beautiful Sanibel Condominium is a beautifully decorated condo with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts granite countertops. The entire living room, kitchen, and dining area have an open glass front that overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of America.
Public beach access with a boardwalk and shower is directly across the street. West Beach is a very quiet neighborhood,with little traffic, and is surrounded by beach homes, yet is minutes away from all of the local attractions. There are no condos directly in front of Sanibel, therefore the view is breathtaking. The large balcony is a favorite of our guests and spectacular views of both sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed right from the balcony.
This unit is owned by a Christian couple, Craig and Mindy Stringfield, who serve on staff at a Southern Baptist church in Dothan, AL, and take pride in offering a clean, safe environment for your family to enjoy a vacation on the gulf. We do rent by the night, during the off-season only, as well as by the week, and extended rentals are also welcome!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this condo very much! The location was perfect for morning, afternoon, and evening walks. We loved having the lagoon behind us for fishing and nature watching and then the beach in front of us for balcony water watching. We walked the “loop” from the condo to the beach to west beach bridge to the lagoon pass path and back again many times. We did experience double red flags during the majority of our stay and the weather was cooler than normal summer temps, but we didn’t let that hinder our time. We fished, ate lots of yummy seafood, and crab hunted at night. We enjoyed dinners at Desoto’s and The Catch. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with our family. We were thankful for a relaxing environment while there for a ball tournament!

What a fantastic place to stay, it was easy to get to really close to the beach. The view from the seventh floor was amazing and every part of the trip was fantastic. Good communication from the host, highly recommend would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 6; including children ages 9 and younger. The walk to the beach was short and simple, you can even see where you are set up on the beach from the balcony if you need to run back to the condo for something. The fact that a washer/dryer and a full kitchen were available was huge for us. If you do plan to cook while there I recommend bringing extra dish soap, trash bags for the big trash can, and paper towels. A tiny pack of dish soap was provided, but with the size of our family we definitely needed more. The location was great and not far at all from restaurants or grocery stores if need be. Craig was great with responding and informing us about information needed prior to check in and touched base with us during the stay to see if everything was going smoothly or if we needed anything. We had a wonderful trip and are already looking to come back again.

Great condo with great owners. It was perfect for our family of four, offering clean and comfortable accommodations for everyone. Not to mention, a great view and balcony, which is perfect at all hours. This place also offers a short walk to the beach and a great W. Beach Blvd. location that's just out of the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores, but still very close to everything. We'll likely be back and when we do, we'll have fishing rods to take advantage of the fishing access just steps to the northeast of the building.
