About this condo rental
Located in Orange Beach, this charming condo for $349 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is a 'Premium' rated condo (with lower than Premium prices). Items such as granite counter tops, large flat screen HDTV, stainless steel appliances, new LVP floors, comfortable living room seating with two rocker recliners and very comfortable beds will be in this condo. This is unit 1012, on the 10th floor. Sorry, NO pets, NO Smoking and the person checking in has to be 25 years or older. !!!KIDS SPLASH PAD!!! IS A BIG HIT! Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you'll need. Keyless Entry doors (no Keys, codes furnished at check-in). Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas. Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing family condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. There are plenty of activities: In addition to the Pirate Ship themed Splash Pad for kids, there is a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and a large outdoor beach side pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bar-b-cueing. Many enjoy the reasonable short walk from the condo to the beach/gulf. Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf that is right above the large swimming pool. Sleep on the large king bed in the master bedroom with a very comfortable memory foam topper listening to the ocean waves thru the bedroom balcony door. There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, another king bed with new foam top mattress in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room - sleeps 10 and perfect for two families, to share the cost. Phoenix V is conveniently located next to many restaurants & grocery stores, two Walmart's and not far from the outlet malls, The Wharf (shopping, movie theaters, activities), The Hangout and Flora Bama. There is an ICE MACHINE with bags of ice down on the beach floor so that you don't have to go to the store often to get ice. The beach at Orange Beach is one of the best beaches around. The beach is close to the Ph V building and very clean. You can bring your own chairs, umbrellas or square tent cover to the beach. You can also rent benches, chairs and umbrella's from a vendor on the beach. This is a very family oriented place to stay. Parking not included in the fees or rate. Guests pay $55/parking pass for each vehicle, paid at check in. Avoid the commoners by heading to Cosmo's for an ace seafood dinner or The Keg for a cheeseburger that’ll send you home in a daze. Don’t leave without: Stopping in for church service followed by a rager at the legendary Flora-Bama, just 20 minutes down the road.

Absolutely loved staying here! The place is cozy, the view is spectacular, the place has everything you would need, and the owners are awesome. We had to come in a day early due to a blizzard hitting where we live or we wouldn't have made it at all. I contacted the owners and they were able to get us in. And didn't even charge us. We are already trying to figure out our next trip to stay here.

I stayed with my husband and 3 adult sons, daughter in laws and 2 granddaughters! It was very roomy, nice furniture with enough seating for us all! We enjoyed the tennis courts, raquet ball and splash pad! Very clean and nice with a beautiful view! The host were so pleasant to work with! We hoped to go back next year!

Overall we loved the place. The view was amazing. The beach and emerald waters were clean and beautiful. The staff were nice. The location was near a Neighborhood Walmart and local restaurants. If I would have to complain about one thing it would be the elevators. They have 4 elevators but it just didn’t seem like enough for the amount of people that are in and out of those things. Also the pool could’ve used a good cleaning. What seemed like a blob of built up sunscreen was floating around the pool at times.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo, and communication with the owner was great! They were very helpful and nice. The condo was clean and well decorated, and had all the kitchen supplies we needed and more (plates, cutting boards, pans, spatulas, even kid cups!), plenty of towels, and a pack n play which was a nice addition that we used for our baby. All the bedrooms had good blackout curtains (especially handy with two little kids that I wanted to sleep past dawn lol, which they did)! The view from the balcony is beautiful. My only complaint is the blankets on the beds are pretty sad, but I think that’s a management company issue, not specific to this unit. And we still slept well. But if I stayed again I’d bring my own blankets :) Thanks Tom & Debbie for a wonderful place to stay for our very first vacation as a family of four! We hope to be back!

Our stay in this condo was amazing. We had the best time. The condo was clean. Everything was as pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was available anytime for us, and he sent us many recommendations in the area. The kids loved the pirate splash pad and both pools! This condo is in a great location- we did not even have to rent a car. We walked to dinner reservations/stores nearby or used driving services. I would absolutely stay here again!

The three bedroom condo was the perfect size for our family. Everything was clean and spacious. There was plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining table. .The view from our balcony of the ocean was amazing. The surrounding area had plenty of eating places to choose from, with lots of souvenir shops and nice grocery stores.

My family & I visit Orange Beach at least once a year, every year. This would make our 7th trip to the area. This condo was by far thee BEST! We cooked a lot of meals during our visit. We were a party of 6, with 2 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen lacked absolutely NOTHING. Every appliance or kitchen tool you think you MAY need, is here. Every size pot x 2! A plethora of serving dishes and every storage or prepping tool has been provided. If you plan to cook, don’t bring anything but the food… lol…
Seriously! The rooms are very spacious and there’s ample amount of seating for a very large family in the living room. Extra bedding can be found in every closet of each bedroom. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony are amazing. I don’t have ANY complaints. All instructions for check-in were communicated timely and clear. Tom was kind and accommodating from the very beginning. He supplied his personal number and made sure we knew we could contact him at any time during our stay. Although we didn’t have to because everything was perfect, lol.

Unit was great, as described but, 5 yr grandson fell on the splash pad needing 4 stitches and security guard sent us a text asking for information and ended the text with “LOL”. This isn’t a unit issue but more Phoenix.

Beautiful condo, exactly as described. Stunning views and so clean! Our group was 4 adults, 2 9 year olds and a 2 year old, great setup for us. Large balcony—can see the pool and splash pad. Check in was a breeze, I even had to overnight a medication and the front desk was so helpful! Owners are just so sweet and so forthcoming with info! Thank you for letting us use your space for a great vaca.

What an amazing property! Absolutely beautiful. This was exactly the vacation we needed and had been looking forward too. The condo is exactly like the pictures show. Very comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen amenities, and plenty of bath towels to accommodate our family of 9. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit that makes washing towels a breeze. Trash shoot is right around the corner so you don’t have to walk far. The property is filled with plenty to do for the family. Our littles loved the splash pad and the indoor pool when we weren’t relaxing on the beach. The balcony is large enough for most of us to sit on and enjoy it together. Lots to do around the condo and Gulf Shores is just a very short drive down the road. There was one balcony chair that had a rusted arm rest, but was still usable. That’s the only thing that was wrong with the actual condo. The beach has a steeper incline than I like and am used too. There were jelly fish the first couple days we were there, but nothing we couldn’t avoid. Will definitely consider this property again if we decide on Orange Beach for future vacations. Great management to deal with which is always a plus! Thanks for allowing us to be guests in your amazing vacation home.

If you are looking for the perfect getaway with your family and want to have the comforts of home, this is the place to be! Reasonably priced, close to many restaurants and shopping destinations. Mini golf and arcade opportunities are close by as well. Also, this condo has recliners. Can you say “game changer”? The Phoenix V property is just as impressive. Indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, and an incredibly safe splash pad for the kiddos to run around and play. Access to the beach couldn’t be any better, and the atmosphere was just wonderful. We hope to stay again real soon!

I went with a group of girlfriends and this unit had plenty of room for all of us. It was a beautiful condo & the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining, the beds were sooo comfortable, the description of condo is accurate and it is was close to many restaurants, grocery stores, & souvenir shops. I would definitely stay here again and recommend staying at the Phoenix V in unit 1012 on the 10th floor. Views were amazing!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Phoenix 5 - in this particular condo. I give my overall rating of 4 stars for very minimal things. First, the check in/check out times and process. When booking the condo the check in time was listed as 3 pm and the check out was 11 am. I received an email maybe 2 weeks before stating that check in time was 5 pm. I personally think that is way too late and should have been listed upon booking - so just be aware of that. The check in process was easy and smooth. We did find a sock under the couch during our visit but other than that - the condo was in great condition of cleanliness. We did have to report some minor things to the owner and he was great. Responded quickly and very nice. The location is perfect. Great access to restaurants and shopping. The splash pad is a nice added bonus. We would stay there again!

Bama stay
Stay was great, however really wish the unit had more hooks in bedrooms, bathrooms for hanging items and a way to hang wet towels and bathing suits to dry out on balcony against the wall unit and not over the railing. was warned that anything that falls over balcony is immediate dismissal from unit so afraid to hang anything on railing.

Accomodations were absolutely above average! Beds were comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Condo was clean and well appointed. The amazing view from our balcony went on and on forever. Dolphin siting from balcony on last day capped off an amazing trip! Our family can't wait to hopefully return to #1012 again someday!
